Abstract

Penjadwalan bus adalah salah satu proses rencana operasi diperusahaan angkutan umum yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan melayani penumpang secara cepat dan efisien dari tempat asal ke daerah tujuan. Analisis dalam proses perencanaan angkutan umum terdiri dari banyak tingkatan dan sangat kompleks. Pada tingkat operasional, pengumpulan data dan peramalan jumlah penumpang pada setiap titik transfer adalah hal yang sangat sulit dilakukan. Proses pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan penjadwalan bus adalah trade-off antara kualitas pelayanan dan biaya operasi. Hal ini disebabkan, disatu sisi jika menggunakan terlalu banyak bus akan meningkatkan biaya operasi dari perusahaan bus, disisi lain jika menggunakan armada bus terlalu sedikit akan menurunkan tingkat kualitas pelayanan. Saat ini Perum DAMRI melayani 21 rute yang menghubungkan bandara Soekarno-Hatta dengan beberapa wilayah di Jakarta, Banten dan Jawa Barat. Data jumlah penumpang menunjukkan tingginya perbedaan antara tiap periode waktu (peak dan off-peak) yang mana membutuhkan jumlah bus yang berbeda untuk melayani setiap periode tersebut. Akan tetapi, Perum DAMRI cenderung menggunakan jumlah bus yang sama disetiap rute sepanjang hari tanpa mempertimbangkan fluktuasi jumlah penumpang. Hal ini mengakibatkan, beberapa bus terlihat kosong (load factor rendah) sementara armada lain terisi penuh (load factor 100 persen). Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan kinerja yang rendah terkait dengan produktivitas atau penggunaan bus, jarak dan jumlah perjalanan serta konsumsi BBM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki system penjadwalan bus bandara (DAMRI) Soekarno Hatta berbasis demand flexibility dengan menggunakan metode program linier khususnya rute Gambir dan Bogor. Secara umum system penjadwalan hasil optimasi memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 5 persen. [The Scheduling Optimization Modeling of The Airport Interconnecting Transport Modes With Lindo Program Approach (Case Study Damri Bus of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Cengkareng)]Bus scheduling is a process of operational planning in public transport operator which is related to passenger service quality. A decision making of bus scheduling is a trade-off between service quality and operational cost. In one side if public transport operator employs too many buses, it will increase operational cost of company. In another side a low number of bus fleet causes the declining of service quality. Nowadays DAMRI serves 21 routes connecting Soekarno-Hatta airport with some destinations in Jakarta, Banten and West Java. Passenger data shows that there is a significant difference between time period (peak and off-peak) where it needs a different bus number to serve each period. Nevertheless DAMRI is still using the same number of bus in every route without considering daily passenger fluctuation. As a result, some buses look like empty (low load factor) at off-peak hour. This condition reveals a low performance related to bus productivity, travel distance, trip number and fuel consumption. In average, the daily load factor is approximately 65 percent. The purpose of this research is to improve airport bus scheduling system based on demand flexibility with linear programming method in Gambir and Bogor line. The improvement could be examined by minimizing total trip without sacrificing the service quality. This strategy will surely decrease the operational cost and increase company profit up to 5 percent.

Abstract

Perhitungan komputasional dinamika fluida pada model 3 Dimensi pada pesawat Wung In Surface Effect sangat penting untuk mengetahui data hasil uji towing tank dan uji terbang. Konfigurasi Lippisch mempunyai sayap berbentuk inverse delta dan punuk di atasnya menggunakan airfoil jenis Clark Y yang telah dirancang untuk memenuhi karakteristik efek permukaan. Piranti lunak pertama Maxsurf digunakan untuk membandingkan hasil uji model towing tank saat fase hydro planing. Piranti lunak kedua ANSYS CFX digunakan untuk menghitung gaya hambat air dan gaya angkat aerodinamika dari pesawat Wing In Surface Effect kapasitas 8 orang model 3 Dimensi dengan konfigurasi Berat Maksimum saat take off sebesar 32000 Newton pada kecepatan cruise 80 knots pada ketinggian terbang 2.5 meter. Aspek eksperimen pada uji model towing tank dan data uji terbang pada prototipe pesawat Wing In Surface Effect kapasitas (1-2) orang saat hydro planing dijelaskan dengan menggunakan teori gelombang hidrodinamika dan porpoising efek. [The Hump Drags During Hydro planing and Aerodynamic Lift During Cruise in Surface Effect Altitude Of Wing in Surface Effect Craft] The computational fluid dynamics of 3 Dimensions model of Wing in Surface Effect craft is very important to proof the model towing test and flight testing data. The inverse delta wing and shoulder airfoil is by using Clark Y of Lippisch configurations have been designed for the surface effect characteristics. The first Maxsurf software are used to compared the towing test results during hydro planing phase. The second ANSYS CFX software is used to calculate the hump drags and aerodynamic lift of Wing In Surface Effect craft 8 seaters 3 Dimensions model to verified the Design Requirement and Objectives. The forces equilibrium on the body axis during hydro planing are very important to fulfill the take off phase on the water surface. And, the aerodynamic lift for Maximum Take off Weight of 8 seaters configuration is 32000 Newton during cruise speed at 80 knots on the 2.5 meter altitude. The experimental aspects of towing tank test model and Wing In Surface Effect craft (1-2) seaters prototype during hydro planing test have been proposed by using the hydrodynamic wave and porpoising effect theory.

Abstract

Bandar udara Sultan Thaha adalah bandar udara yang terletak di Kota Jambi dikelola oleh PT. Angkasa Pura II, tanggal 27 Desember 2015 Terminal Bandara Baru Bandara Sultan Thaha baru dioperasikan seluas 9.801 m2 dapat menampung 1,8 juta penumpang per tahun. Pergerakan Penumpang mengalami kenaikan sebesar 2,66%, pada tahun 2014 menjadi 1.316.379 penumpang. Oleh karena itu, pengelola bandara dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan pengguna jasa bandar udara agar dapat memberikan kepuasan terhadap penumpang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) . Hasil yang diperoleh terhadap 24 indikator kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang sebesar 79,85, hal ini menunjukan bahwa Bandar udara Sultan Thaha Jambi sudah memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan terhadap penumpang. Berdasarkan Standar pelayanan pengguna jasa bandar udara penilaian terhadap fasilitas proses keberangkatan dan kedatangan penumpang di bandar udara ini dengan nilai 90 yaitu A (istimewa), fasilitas yang memberikan kenyaman dengan nilai 85 yaitu B (baik sekali), dan fasilitas yang memberikan nilai tambah dengan nilai 50 yaitu B (baik sekali). Berdasarkan standar pelayanan nilai tambah Bandar udara Sultan Thaha Jambi belum memiliki ruang bermain anak dan fasilitas air minum, sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pengelola Bandar udara Sultan Thaha agar menyediakan kedua fasilitas tersebut agar standar pelayanan penguna jasa bandar udara terpenuhi. [The Evaluation of Passenger Services Performance in Sultan Thaha Airport - Jambi] Sultan Thaha Airport which is located at Jambi is one of airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). At December 27, 2015, the new terminal of Sultan Thaha Airport officially operated with building area of 9,801 m2 and can accommodate up to 1.8 million passengers per year. In the year of 2014, the airport experienced the increase of passenger movement by 2.66% which made the total amount of 1,316,379 passengers. Therefore, the airport operator needs to improve the services quality in accordance with the standard of the airport user services in order to maintain the customer satisfaction. The analytical method that is used in this study is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results assign the satisfaction score of 79.85 for 24 service performance indicators which means Sultan Thaha Airport provide satisfactory services for its users. In regard of the airport user services standard, the rank of those services indicators is as follows the departure and arrival facilities indicator receives the score of 90 which is equal to A (exceptional), facilities that provide comfort indicator receives the score of 85 which is equal to B (excellent), and facilities that provide added value indicator receives the score of 50 which is equal to B (excellent). However, Sultan Thaha Airport is still lack of kids playground and tap water facilities that can be proposed as consideration for the improvement of the airport service quality.

Abstract

Bandar udara merupakan infrastruktur vital di suatu wilayah. Bandar udara akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, selain mendukung konektivitas antar wilayah. Perencanaan integrasi transportasi antarmoda menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perencana bandar udara sejak awal pembangunan bandar udara untuk mempercepat pengoperasian bandar udara serta menghindari adanya permasalahan di kemudian hari. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menginterpretasikan konsep perencanaan integrasi transportasi antarmoda yang dapat diimplementasikan di Indonesia khususnya infrastruktur bandar udara berdasarkan dari pengalaman negara lain. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu tinjauan pustaka dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil dari studi ini adalah Indonesia dapat belajar dari kesuksesan negara lain seperti Jerman dalam perencanaan integrasi transportasi antarmoda di bandar udara berdasarkan beberapa aspek integrasi seperti organisasi, operasional, fisik, dan motif. Mewujudkan sistem transportasi yang berkesinambungan dari dan ke bandar udara akan menarik permintaan masyarakat yang lebih tinggi untuk menggunakan bandar udara di Kertajati. [Intermodal Transportation Integration Planning in Airport Development (Case Study: Airport Development in Kertajati)] An airport is the vital infrastructure in a region. Airport will increase the economic growth, besides supporting inter-regional connectivity. Intermodal transportation integration planning should be considered by airport planner since the beginning of airport development time in order to fasten airport operation and to avoid problems in the future. The purpose of this study is to interpret intermodal transportation integration planning concept that can be implemented in Indonesia spesifically for airport infrastructure regarding to the experiences from other country. This study uses qualitative method through literature review and comparative analysis. The result of this study is that Indonesia can learn from the successful of other country like Germany in intermodal transportation integration planning in airport based on some integration aspects like organizational, operational, physical, and motives. Realizing seamless transportation system from and to the aiport will attract the higher people demand for using airport in Kertajati.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mempelajari dampak dari masuknya maskapai berbiaya murah (LCC) terhadap perubahan pergerakan penumpang internasional di 30 bandar udara internasional di wilayah Asia Timur dan Asia Tenggara. Hasil estimasi menggunakan model fixed-effect yang kami peroleh menunjukkan bukti kuat bahwa masuknya LCC menyebabkan naiknya jumlah penumpang internasional secara signifikan. Namun demikian, dampak ini akan menurun ketika jarak antara bandar udara asal dan tujuan semakin jauh dan maskapai non-LCC melayani rute yang sama. Penambahan jumlah LCC yang terus menerus akan memberikan tingkat kenaikan yang semakin menurun. Hasil studi kami mampu menyimpulkan dampak dari masuknya LCC pada rute internasional dan dapat menjelaskan pada kondisi apa masuknya LCC mampu menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan. [Impact of Low-cost Carrier Entry on International Air Passenger Movements at International Airports in Asia] This paper primarily studies the impact of low-cost carrier (LCC) entry on the change of international passenger movement at 30 international airports in Northeast and Southeast Asia. Our fixed-effect estimation found enough evidence to claim that LCC entry at international route causes number of passenger to increase significantly. Nevertheless, the positive impact of LCC entry diminishes as distance between origin and final destination airport gets longer and full service carrier (FSC) service exists. Moreover, additional LCC companies brings about lower increase rate in number of international passengers. Our findings justify the positive impact of having LCC entry for international route and explain the condition under which LCC entry gives positive and significant result.
