The use of cooking oil repeatedly and beyond the normal limits (waste cooking oil) can cause variety of dangerous diseases to human health such as heart failure, high risk of diabetes, coronary heart disease, and others. However, the use of waste cooking oil is still high today. This is shown from the results of research in Makassar which is poor and rich people use the same cooking oil for frying as much as 61.2 percent use it twice, 19.6 percent use it three times, and 5.4 percent use it as four time. Based on the problem, it is necessary to have an automation system for classifying the frequency of the using cooking oil, so it can be used for the frequency classification of the use of cooking oil that has been used several times (waste cooking oil) accurately. In this study, the parameters used are the color and turbidity level of cooking oil. Determination of cooking oil classification is based on color and turbidity level of oil obtained from TCS3200 color sensor readings and sensor photodiode by Arduino Uno microcontroller by using Bayes methods. This method is chosen because it is one of the classification method that is quite simple, easy to understand, and has high computing speed. From the results of the tests performed, it is known the percentage error reading TCS3200 color sensor is 1.9% and photodiode sensor can work well. So, if the cooking oil is more turbid, the value of the photodiode sensor is smaller. Furthermore, the test system using Bayes methods with the amount of training data is 65 data and test data is 35 data obtained an accuracy of 71.42% with a system of computing time on average over 13.144 seconds.

The development of robotics world is quite rapid, many robots are created not only to petrify human jobs, even robots deliberately created to replace the role of humans in their daily life. Various types of robots have been created, one of them is humanoid robot types that resembling a human body shapes. The development of humanoid robot in Indonesia is not less rapid with other countries. In the development, walking technique is a major factor in making humanoid robot. Humanoid robots are required to have the ability to walk like a human by balancing the body position when walking so as not to fall. So that required tilt position detection system robot and balancing system when the robot will fall. So to overcome these problems, this study was conducted. Research by implementing complementary filter method on gyroscope and accelerometer sensors to minimize noise or disturbance of sensor output value. So the accuracy of MPU6050 sensor output value at the angle position detector can assist the robot in giving the balancing action. Testing this research is divided into four parts, among others: testing unfiltered sensors, testing alpha value changes on the method, testing robot reaction to input sensor values ​​in realtime and manual. According to the testing, the best alpha is 0.96 with a sampling time of 0.04 seconds. Robot reaction testing of real-time sensor values ​​fails in robot balancing act, because CM-510 is delayed in moving the servo to provide counterbalance motion and can not keep pace with the data processing speed of Raspberry pi 3 B against sensor data with 40 ms sampling time. As for testing robot motion reaction manually with testing gives disturbance from the front, rear, right and left robots can get a balancing reaction in accordance with the expected.

Virtual Reality Technology in this era could be implemented toward every aspect in life. One of those aspect is Education. The implementation of this technology in education field has a goal to increase the student reception toward information. Virtual Reality implementation with head mounted display on an android platform can increase student reception toward information by stimulating student's senses through those technology. Another positif effect by using both of those technology can make the game more interactive, intuitive and fun. The development process begins with planning and evaluation. The design process is done by determining the formal elements in the game, determining the rules, goals and so on. The elements will work as a whole to form a game in accordance with the design. The process will continue at the digital stage of prototyping and evaluation. The prototyping stage will illustrate the initial draft that will describe the game as a whole. The prototypes will be evaluated for their feasibility to be implemented. From the results of implementation on the development, will be tested that will measure the feasibility of the system that has been developed

Cats are animals that are widely nurtured by people, so there are now many findings related to cat disease caused by many factors. Knowledge and understanding of the symptoms that occur in the cat to be an important factor, so that people can better anticipate the occurrence of more severe disease. With some of the problems that have been described before then give the idea to built an application "Deteksi Penyakit Kucing". In this study the method used is Modified K-Nearest Neighbor, but the method has a weakness in the biased k value, so the accuracy of the resulting level sometimes less than the maximum. Given the problem, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize k value in the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor method. Data used in this research is cat disease data at Puskeswan Klinik Hewan dan Satwa Sehat of Kediri with amount of training data as many as 105 and test data counted 35. From all data will be classified into 7 class with criterion as much as 19. Accuracy result of Modified K-Nearest Neighbor using genetic algorithm for optimal k 1 is 100%. From these results the application of cat disease detection with optimal k value can be used by the public to recognize diseases in cats.

A design system is a fundamental phase of system development. Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Malang Regency is one of the government agencies are a source of information that covers all areas of the animal husbandry. Production department is one important area that has information about the development of livestock, feed and cultivation in poor districts. Event reporting to be one of the core activities in this department. Often a confusion in the reporting data and inefficiencies of time having to do a recap of the data twice. Sharing data is also often a constraint resulting in less up to date information. Given an SOA-based system, it can maximize the activity of reporting in this production field. Thus study was conducted to analyze the requirements, designing the system, ensure consistency, and ensure it meets several criteria SOA. This study begins with data collection process using observation, interview, and literature study to obtain preliminary data of the user's needs. The next step is to do an analysis and design using Ripple methodology to produce requirements definition and artifacts design, then do the testing process design by using Consistency Analysis to determine the consistency of the design and the Service Litmus Test to determine if the design had to meet several criteria SOA. Testing consistency defining requirements will result in a value of RCI (Requirement Consistency Index) and satisfies the equation on business alignment and reusable on a litmus test. Requirement analysis generates use case as the definition of the functional system requirements and supplementary requirements as the definition of non-functional system requirements. Designing the system generates artifact design, include: user interface sketch, communication diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, and database schema Testing consistency defining requirements resulted in RCI value of 100%, which means defining the needs of the system is 100% consistent. Testing litmus test resulted in the design meets the business alignment and meets the criteria reusable.

Marketing Research and Customer Service Center PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a division in PT. Petrokimia Gresik and under the Department of Promotion and Marketing Planning. Marketing Research and Customer Service Centers have 4 business processes, including customer satisfaction measurement, customer complaint services, market research and market segmentation research. In running a business process, Marketing Research and Customer Service Center often does not meet the specified time targets that hinder other business processes. It need a time scale for a business process cycle to know the time it takes to reach the target activity, the data for business process interests is not well documented. So, should be done analysis and modeling business processes that are expected to provide business process recommendation for more effective, efficient, adaptive. This study uses the Business Process Improvement Framework from phase 1: organizing improvements to phase 3: streamlining. From the business process conducted by the simulation result, which is the average time difference in the business process of the measurement of customer satisfaction 9 days 9 hours 54 minutes 43 seconds. Then all token targets are met on the business process recommendations. So, can be concluded that business processes recommendation are more efficient than the current business processes on the Marketing Research Division and Customer Service Center PT. Petrokimia Gresik.

Faculty of Agriculture (FP) is one of the faculties at the University of Brawijaya (UB). Students of FP typically utilize a website that addresses http://fp.ub.ac.id/ as a source of information. The results of the initial questionnaire that has been spread to thecollege students of FPstated that they found problems and flaws when using the website. This includes unclear layouts, malfunctioning links, a user interface that is too simple and unattractive, to a low response in accessing the website. IT staff at the FP explains that the website had never been in the related evaluation of usability testing. Usability is an important aspect of the website. with the value of good usability, users can achieve the desired goals with effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction in a context. Website usability improvements is performed in this study, with the goal of improving usability by making the value of the proposal design. The results of usability testing of website proposaldesign of FP using questionnaires WEBUSE show overall increasing the value of usability. This indicates that the proposal design is better and easier to use than the current design. Website that previously entered into moderate level (grades 0.4-0.6) turns into a good level (grades 0.4-0.8). The increase usability in the category of content, organization and readability as much as 0.07 points, category navigation and links by 0.15 points, user interface design category at 0,11 points and 0.14 points for performance and effectiveness

Bidang pelayanan perizinan Pemerintah Kota Malang terdapat 12 proses bisnis pelayanan perizinan yang aktif. Pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab masih belum memiliki dokumen SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) yang dikarenakan perubahan struktur organisasi. Selain itu dalam kegiatan pelayanan publik ini memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak menentu karena banyak terdapat pelimpahan tugas dari dinas lain yang masih belum diproses dan banyak para petugas yang belum mendapatkan Pendelegasian PTSP (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) dan SPMT (Surat Perintah Mengerjakan Tugas ) dari Walikota Kota Malang.Oleh karena itu dengan pemaparan permasalahan yang ada, penelitian menerapkan konsep Bussiness Process Management (BPM) untuk melakukan analisis 12 proses bisnis pelayanan perizinan di bidang perizinan Kota Malang dan mengetahui beberapa kemungkinan permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses bisnis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan memodelkan proses bisnis saat ini (as-is) pada bidang pelayanan perizinan. metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dengan studi literatur dan pengumpulan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan beberapa dokumen pendukung. Open unemployment is a problem who faced by Indonesia in every year. In Indonesia, the number of an open unemployment is still in the high level. There are many factors influence the number of open unemployment, the one of that factor is the number of employement not comparable with the number of labor force. When the number of unemployment at the high level, it can influence the other sector, especially at the economy sector. Because of the number of unemployment is high, national income getting decrease and poorness getting increase. Prediction the number of open unemployment, can be expect to help government and other agence to decreasing the number of open unemployment in Indonesian. Feedforward Neural Network is model from artificial neural network which can be implemented for prediction. Backpropagation algorithm can be replaced by Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (PSO) for training Feedforward Neural Network . The result in this research, average value of error which is calculated by Average Forecast Error Rate (AFER) is 2.71399%. Based on value of AFER in this reaserch, Feedforward Neural Network trained by PSO method can be using for predicting the number of open unemployment in Indonesia with better accuracy.

Surya Optima Nusa Raya is a plastic Manufacturing Company. From the observations and discussions that have been conducted, found that the employees whose their contract have been expires can not confirm their attendance automatically on the attendance system that has existed in the company because the process of their extension contract has not been completed, and the agreements only occur by the mouth only, plus the attendance system considers that employees whose their contract expires has left the company without regard to the process of their extension contract has been completed or not. Early warning systems can be a solution for monitoring the contract and provide a warning. To do that, the system analyst must clarify the requirement by using some requirement analysis method in requirement engineering phase. One method that can be used to produce a more detailed requirements is to adopt a collaborative approach athena on requirements elicitation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded the process of requirements engineering software by applying a collaborative approach Athena successfully analyzed 24 system requirements from total of 26 requirements. Based on the results of measurement requirement metric, it can be concluded that the quality of document software requirements specification requirements that have been obtained by applying a collaborative approach athena has met some standard metrics that exist in the metric requirement
