Abstract

UD Darmo Jaya is currently a company engaged in the sale of building materials such as wood, iron, galvalum, nails, and others that can sell up to large scale to almost all of Indonesia. Based on the result of the interview, UD Darmo Jaya has some problems on sales transaction and warehousing activities. The problems that UD Darmo Jaya possesses include the stacking of nota and surat jalan, customers who forget to settle their debts, calculate the remaining stock of goods take a lot of time, recording transactions done after hours of work, and branch heads who do not record the goods. The method used in system development is Throw-away Prototyping where the method is chosen because it can help the stakeholders to get a desired system to be able to solve the problem. In this research we got 81 functional requirement and 1 non functional requirement obtained from 1 time iteration. From the results of black-box testing, obtained a result of 100% valid of 81 test cases tested. Based on compatibility testing, the tested system is capable of running on many different browsers, especially in the microsoft edge and android browsers. Based on testing of user acceptance testing of 3 types of testers (owner, cashier, and branch head) produces an average percentage of 80% stating that the system meets the functional requirements, and can assist in running business processes at UD Darmo Jaya mainly on sales and warehousing.

Abstract

Currently there are many products from various vendors of IOT service providers in the world. The product that intended here is a sensor and Communication Module. Sensor is a device that can sensing a condition and can provide value of the condition. Communication Module is a devices that can allow two or more microcontrollers like Arduino to communicate. Each sensor and Communication Module from each vendor has its own configuration and also its own way to communicating. While users have a variety of needs that sometimes require to combine various devices. Therefore, it takes a way to connect the various sensors and Communication Modules in one module that is a Interface Module, so that it can be easier in its use. In this study there are four sensors and two Communication Modules that connected to one Interface Module. Installation of sensors and Communication Modules with Plug and play features that eliminate configuration during installation. The path used for the installation of sensors is I2C (Inter Integrated Circuit) through path SDA and SCL. Connecting lines with the Communication Module that is UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) through path RX (receiver) and TX (transmitter). From the test results, the Interface Module successfully detects the Sensor through the address and detects the Communication Module with the translation of the code. Data successfully received from the sensor and successfully forwarded to the Communication Module without configuration.

Abstract

In this era of technology, we are required to move quickly and precisely without making a significant mistake. However, individuals who experience problems that have not been resolved in the case of negligence that causes the goods are often left behind. Many ways have been done to find a solution, one of them by writing notes about the list of goods to be carried. But this way can be troublesome and time consuming. This is where the role of Internet-based technology It is most needed to help solve the problem by developing a smart device. This system functions into several parts of hardware and software. This research uses NodeMCU as microcontroller, Wi-Fi network as connectivity at Firebase Realtime Database. Firebase is used as a communication between hardware and software to store data on read items, as well as reminders of smartphone applications. The RFID Reader sensor device will eliminate readings on the goods UID and the microcontroller will send status data of incoming and outgoing goods to Firebase for the goods already read. The LED light actuator device performs a special action for a red or green light based on the status of the goods obtained. From the results of the implementation, each item succeeds in compiling its identity to Firebase and both hardware and software can interact on a pervasive basis.

Abstract

UB Guest House is one of the business unit of Brawijaya University which has responsibility to the Rectorate of Brawijaya University. The running of the business process has a several potential problems that can be hampered to achieve the vision and mission of UB Guest House. The services are not maximal, the system is not integrated, the activities are complex and need a long time, administration and archieving are horrible, they are the problems that founded in the business process at UB Guest House. The Analysis and evaluation are needed to solve the problems and also improvement for the business process. This research uses Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) Diagrams and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method for analysis and evaluation business process and also Business Process Improvement (BPI) method for improvement the business process in UB Guest House. The result of this simulation in current business process (as is) and business process recommendation (to be) on reservation and check-in rooms, and check-out rooms have reached 30.15%.

Abstract

Over the past 30 years, robotics research and robotics developments continue to evolve, autonomous robots that used to be called traditional industrial robots and animal like or humanoid robots. One of these developments is industrial robot technology or also called industrial robot. There are several reasons why many articulated robots are developed, among others, this robot into the robot factory where the industry is currently growing and also has a free space 360 ​​°. Industrial robots can improve productivity and efficiency in a factory to run the production line. The author created a protype robot that can move according to the initial initialisation of the user, this robot allows users to run the robot if you want to change the robot movement, compared with existing autonomous robot. This robot is classified as a manual robot that reduces the cost of purchasing a robot. In this study only use Arduino software with EEPROM function to save the movement that has been given. Arduino Software is an open-source software for easy code writing. Arduino hardware device type Mega 2560, Arduino Mega 2560 is a hardware development of Arduino-based microcontroller using ATmega2560 chip to create research prototype. This study uses a total of 5 joints using Servo drives, Servo motors used are Servo SG90. Testing servo movement 0⁰-180⁰ has an average error rate of 1.85% and servo servicing 0⁰-360⁰ has an average error rate of 2.32%. Then in order analysis 1 movement the average value of error is only 2.9% and in the overall command analysis the average error rate is only 1.5%.

Abstract

One of the advantages of the internet is the existence of online business. E-commerce XYZ is one of the new e-commerce in Indonesia. The challenge as a new entrant is to build costumer trust. Issues related to e-commerce make an online business need to determine the level of costumer trust and satisfaction so that customer as loyal. This study aims to determine the relationship between costumer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. Data were collected using questionnaire and distributed online. From 120 usable data obtained, data were tested using regression linear analysiss. The findings of this study show that perceived reputation, user interface quality, information quality, perceived security, and perceived privacy are positively related to trust while perceived size has no effect on trust. Futhermore, costumer trust is positively related to satisfaction. The finding of this study also shows that customer loyalty is influenced by customer trust and satisfaction.

Abstract

Shopping an item in online store is a common activity happening to the community now. The rise of time makes someone chooses to shop online rather than having to travel to the store to get what they need. Reviews of each items in an online store can be useful to see how the buyer's previous feedback through a comment. The comments categorized as positive comments or negative comments. Therefore, to overcome the problem then used sentiment analysis reviews of items using Support Vector Machine and Query Expansion method. This research uses 400 data comments that is divided into two comment, that is positive and negative. The method used is Support Vector Macine polynomial kernel with degree two and Query Expansion. Query Expansion is used to expand a word that has synonyms that are not contained in the training data. The final test result yields an average of accuracy is 96,25% with parameter value of learning rate = 0,001, value of lambda = 0,1, value of complexity = 0,01 and maximum iteration is 50. Accuracy of Support Vector Machine and Query Expansion method is better than just using Support Vector Machine method which only gets 94,75% of accuracy.

Abstract

One of the criteria in applying mobile navigation is the ability of mobile device to continuously monitor point of access from user, but in monitoring the point or the object always changes due to the movement of user. The changes occurring are known as split nodes. There is a method used to manage split nodes that is KNN search, but the performance is still not satisfactory. Another proposed method is the Voronoi Continuous K Nearest Neighbor (VCKNN) algorithm that uses the Voronoi diagram to help manage split nodes. The use of the VCKNN algorithm is supported by Dijkstra's algorithm in searching for split nodes within the Voronoi polygon. In this research will be done comparison between VCKNN and Dijkstra algorithm in managing split nodes. This is done to get algorithms that have the best performance in managing data on segmentation, runtime and split nodes. This research will take a study area of ​​Malang Raya. Selection of Malang Raya as a study area due to unstructured road network structure neat, so it can know the performance of the proposed algorithm. From this research, the results obtained using VCKNN algorithm occurs the performance improvement compared to Dijkstra's algorithm. Increased performance occurs due to the decrease in the number of split nodes produced. The decrease of split nodes that occur using the VCKNN algorithm based on the use of administrative boundaries sub-district as the interest point resulted in the decrease of split nodes by 92.4%. With the result of this research for Malang Raya road network condition, VCKNN algorithm yield satisfying result.

Abstract

For muslims, understanding Al-Qur'an and Hadis are an obligation because those two is the basic of Islam. In the learning process, a person usually will begin by memorizing the pronounciation and the surah's or hadis's name. After the person can pronounce the surah or hadis fluently, then they will continue to understand the meaning and the content of the surah or hadis. The problem is sometimes a person can forget the name of surah or hadis when another person says a verse from the surah or hadis. So, a solution is needed to handle the problem. In this research, the writer offers a solution to build a system that can identify the name of surah or hadis in Al-Qur'an by taking an input in the form of a sound file with WAV extension using Shazam algorithm. The identification process is done by doing these following actions: numeric value extraction, conversion, feature extraction, filtering and matching. The result is the name and information of the surah or hadis. The best accuracy from identifying surah and hadis from Al-Qur'an is 82% in the testing phase using a test data with 15 second duration, chunk size=4096 and range=60.

Abstract

Power saving consumption is necessary. The power consumption of a house can be monitored through kWh meters. The usual kWh meter monitors the overall power consumption of the house, it doesn't measure the details of the total power consumption of the home. Therefore we need to monitor the system of electric power consumption in every room of the house. Based on that requirement, an electrical power consumption of the outlet system monitoring is available in every room of the house using pervasive computing method. The system is using some devices that is a smartphone application and 2 node devices comprising NodeMCU v1.0 as the microcontroller and the current YHDT SCT-013-020 sensor. The system requires some nodes and an application device to be connected in the same network through the websocket protocol. Device node and the application are communicating through a router. The node device processes the sensor readings and then sends the data to the application. The application will scan the IP subnet mask, if the IP adresses are detected and configured on port 19105, the IP will be identified as node device. Then the application will request the sensor data to the node device and display its data to the user. After the test results are done, it will be known that the system can perform discovery with an average total time of 11156.3 ms, then it will send and display the data via the websocket protocol and the smartphone application.
