Abstract

The variation of transportation which can be a helper for moving from another place is a part of technology advances. There are many of this transport who attracted the rider itself, with more and more variation vehicle user, sometimes increasing the trespasser of the road. These trespasser can be risk to other rider and increase crash incident, in the public road or freeway. The driver is also able to drive vehicles with different speeds but, many driver mostly do not care with speed limit that already shown clearly. From the explanation above, writer have an idea to make an artifact that does not can be used as CCTV but can known by the vehicle speeds automatic. This study about using frame difference method to detect an object by looking for differences from foreground with background, can resulting detect moving vehicles with an accurate average 90,1%. The advances of this method is only used grayscale color for processing image so it won't burden while processed. For the testing result about vehicle speeds, system has average error by 89,58% with program execution for system to run single video is 10,9 seconds.

Abstract

Population is one of the common problems that developed into a problem for developing countries including Indonesia. Malang, which is part of Indonesia, is known as a city of education and tourism that is sufficient to increase the population. These requirements certainly need special attention for the relevant parties to carry out certain policies in order to support population turnover. One thing that can be done is the classification of population growth based on age groups that can be done by the system efficiently. Based on this, we need a system that has scientific computing capabilities in its application. Backpropagation is a method of Artificial Neural Networks which is quite popular and helps to be used in data classification. This method can be combined with genetic algorithms in the optimization process of initial weights v and w. The ideal parameters obtained from the test include: K-fold = 8, a combination of the bipolar approval function, the number of generations of 10, the population number 75, the value of Cr = 0.8 and the value of Mr = 0.2, the number of iterations used 100, alpha value of 0.1 and hidden neurons 2 with the resulting accuracy of 92.86%.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the leading causes of death a disease because it can cause many health complications. Method that can help to diagnose this disease early is sorely needed. Genetic programming is a method used in this research. Genetic programming is one evolutionary algorithm that uses parse tree as its solution representation. This method will produce decision tree as its output which will be used to diagnose patients in the testing dataset. This research will also observe the correlation between genetic programming parameters and fitness value. Tree with highest fitness value produced with population number 900, maximum iteration 300, crossover rate 0.8, mutation rate 0.1 and training data with ratio of patient with diabetes and patient without diabetes 1:2. Decision tree produced with those parameters will be used to diagnose diabetes patient in testing data. The accuracy of decision tree produced with this method is 66,11%.

Abstract

Bonsai is a work of art that is quite popular among the people. Domestically, the art of bonsai continues to grow, marked by the continued increase in branches of the Indonesian Bonsai Fan Association (PPBI) community. As the development of bonsai art is increasingly in demand, it is not surprising that in Indonesia there are often exhibition events held. Based on these problems the background of the bonsai community to develop a web-based bonsai community event management application as a means to facilitate the lovers of bonsai art in participating and organizing exhibition events or bonsai competitions at local and national levels. In this study, researchers built a website-based application that functions to create events, register at an event and manage the event management. In the system requirements analysis phase, 20 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirements are obtained. In conducting research, the development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) and is implemented using the laravel framework which is a framework for building a website with the Model View Controller concept. After implementation, the system is then tested using unit testing, validation testing, and usability testing. Unit testing is performed on 3 main functions of the system and is 100% valid. Validation testing is performed on all system functions and produces 100% valid. In addition, a usability test is performed to test the user's ease of operation of the system. The results of the usability test were obtained from respondents using the SUS method resulting in a Likert value of 83.5 from user respondents and a Likert value of 81.5 from the organizing respondents.

Abstract

Solanum taberosum (Potatoes) is one of the staple foods of humans because it is one of the tubers that has a good content. The content of protein and carbohirat can be fairly balanced so it is good for health. Potato production in Indonesia experienced a 9.82% reduction in production, from 1,176,304 tons in 2009 and in 2010 to 1,060,805 tons. Potato production in 2009 also decreased by 16.51 tons / hectare to 15.95 tons / hectare. Potato cultivation so far has several obstacles such as diseases and pests. Late blight is a major disease in potato plants. This disease has a lot of genetic heterogeneity so that plants become vulnerable to broken. Losses caused are fairly high in potato plants, especially in weather with high humidity. One of the solutions to make this plant easy to develop is by using varieties that have genetic resistance to the P. infestans race found in wild potato species. However, the genetic utilization of wild potato plants cannot be used for the development of commercial potato plants because they have different genetic makeup. To reduce failures in potato cultivation, software technology is currently needed to help detect diseases early on potatoes in order to facilitate farmers in potato cultivation.

Abstract

Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Lumajang Regency as a government agency that an important role in the management of district civil servants, has several information technologies that support the services owned. As an organization that follows the development of information technology, it takes a management of information technology services to overcome the challenges of emerging threats and new risks that are likely to occur due to an IT incident (Daft & Marcic, 2006). Managers should be able to cope with IT incidents effectively and efficiently so as not to cause harm to the organization as IT decreases reputation. Given the importance of a management service and the role of managers as parties planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the resources of the Organization, the authors initiative to evaluate the implementation of the Service management in the institution of BKD Lumajang District uses the COBIT 5 framework on the DSS02 process (Request Management and service incident) because COBIT 5 is created by ISACA which is an organization that provides knowledge, certification, community and education on organizational Governance and IT management with regard to risk and IT compliance. The capability level result of the evaluation is at level 0 with a percentage of 41.5%. While the target capability level, which is Level 1 so there is a gap 1 level. The recommendation of improvement provided consists of 23 recommendations mapped to the roadmap with a span of 5 years.
