Abstract

Katalog induk nasional (KIN) memegang peran mendasar dalam pengembangan perpustakaan digital terintegrasi nasional. KIN merupakan hasil konsolidasi katalog dari setiap perpustakaan anggota. Perpustakaan Nasional RI (Perpusnas), yang bertanggung jawab untuk membangun KIN, saat ini menggunakan sebuah platform tunggal dalam konsolidasi tersebut. Semua perpustakaan anggota harus menyediakan sistem yang sama, baik perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak, untuk bisa berkolaborasi dalam KIN. Arsitektur monolitik seperti ini sangat berpotensi menghalangi perpustakaan yang belum siap dengan sistem yang dibutuhkan untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan KIN karena membutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Artikel ini membahas arsitektur Observable-SOA untuk menjadi alternatif arsitektur yang fleksibel sehingga memungkinkan beberapa perpustakaan anggota yang berjalan pada berbagai platformnya masing-masing yang saling berbeda untuk bisa melakukan interoperasi secara efektif dalam mengembangkan KIN. Arsitektur tersebut memanfaatkan konsep yang ada pada SOA (service-oriented architecture) dan pola perancangan Observer. Arsitektur yang diusulkan, berikut algoritme dari beberapa layanan (service) dasar, telah berhasil diuji fungsionalitasnya dalam melakukan konsolidasi KIN dan pencarian katalog pada lingkungan simulasi yang merepresentasikan interoperasi antara Perpusnas dengan setiap perpustakaan anggotanya. Lingkungan uji tersebut melibatkan 4 perpustakaan digital yang diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan 3 sistem perpustakaan terintegrasi yang bersifat open source. Arsitektur Observable-SOA ini bisa menjadi pengganti arsitektur monolitik yang saat ini digunakan oleh Perpusnas untuk mengembangkan KIN tanpa harus membebani perpustakaan anggota dengan berbagai perangkat tambahan. AbstractThe national union catalog (KIN) plays a fundamental role in developing a national integrated digital library (NIDL). KIN is consolidated from the catalogs of its various constituent libraries. The National Library of Indonesia (Perpusnas), which is responsible for building KIN, is currently using a single platform built for such consolidation purposes. All constituent libraries must provide the same system, which includes hardware and software, to collaborate in KIN. This monolithic setting may prevent some libraries, which are not ready with the required system, to contribute in developing such KIN since it costs a lot. This article discusses the Observable-SOA architecture to provide a flexible setting allowing some constituent libraries with various different platforms to effectively interoperate in developing such catalog within a NIDL. Such architecture leverages the Observer design pattern and SOA (service-oriented architecture) concepts. The proposed architecture and some basic services algorithms were successfully tested for its functionalities in consolidating KIN and searching a particular catalog within a simulated environment representing the interoperability between the Perpusnas and its constituents. Such environment involved 4 digital libraries implemented by using 3 open-source integrated library systems (ILSs). This Observable-SOA architecture may be used to replace the monolithic architecture currently used by the Perpusnas to develop KIN without burdening the constituent libraries with various additional systems

Abstract

Berkembangnya e-learning dalam dunia pendidikan memberikan dampak yang besar pada tingkatan sekolah dasar sampai dengan perguruan tinggi. Hal ini diikuti dengan banyaknya e-learning yang dapat digunakan oleh siswa seperti ruang guru, Edmodo, google classroom dan masih banyak lagi. Semakin banyak e-learning yang digunakan pada proses belajar, maka dengan ini paradigma pendidikan juga mengalami pergeseran menjadi student centered learning. Namun penggunaan LMS ini belum dikatakan maksimal, salah satunya ditunjukkan melalui minimnya interaksi pada forum diskusi pada LMS. Keberadaan forum diskusi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana siswa berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan belajar melalui sebuah penggunaan teknologi. Pada penelitian ini, jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Persentase penerimaan teknologi e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif pada siswa SMK di Kota Malang diperoleh untuk kelima variabel menggunakan McCall model, antara lain: (1) correctness, didapatkan hasil rata-rata dari tiga indikator tersebut sebesar 73% yang berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) Reliability dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 72% yang berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) Efficiency dengan pemerolehan nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 76% yang berada pada kategori sangat tinggi; (4) Integrity dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 74% yang berada pada kategori tinggi; (5) Usability dengan pemerolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 76% yang berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Rata-rata dari variable ini memiliki nilai sebesar 75% yang artinya kualitas e-learning memberikan dorongan pada siswa dalam menggunakan e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran. Kualitas e-learning yang digunakan pada pembelajaran menghasilkan hasil belajar yang meningkat

Abstract

The increasing number of articles spread on the internet site, making it difficult for users to find the desired article. One of the online article service providers is Kompas.com. To face the competition among mass media industry, Kompas.com step is to provide features that facilitate the user, such as features related article recommendations. However, in its application Kompas.com is still less than the maximum so it remains inferior to other online mass media. In this study, researchers implemented a method of reducing the features of Information Gain Thresholding and K-Means to create a group of related articles. The purpose of this study is to improve the system related articles from Kompas.com. In implementing the use of java language. In the early stages of preprocessing to reduce the disturbance in the data, then the feature reduction is done to reduce the features used for faster process, then weighted as the basis for calculating the distance between documents, after finding the distance of the initial distance or centroid, grouping can be done. The results show that the clustering of articles using Information Gain Threshold and K-Means is good enough, has criteria of silhouette coefficient of 0.9595 and a purity measure of 0.75 with 3 clusters and 0.04 threshold limit, this conclude that it gives better purity compared to without feature reduction.

Abstract

Sales pattern is one of the methods that can be used to determine sales strategy such as the products placement and promo, by seeing on how often an item purchased simultaneously in a retail store. Data mining is used for analyzing the big data to find inter-data connection and to generate useful informations for the users. So, this study used sales transaction data to determine sales pattern by using association rule and algorithm Modified-Apriori. Association rule is a method used for finding unique connection hid in big data by using the calculation of the value of support and confidence. Algorithm modified Apriori is the development of the Apriori algorithm which searches frequent itemset and joining and pruning process, then as a result, it produces faster time efficiency by using HashMap technique instead of Apriori algorithm. The results obtained from this study are the highest value of the minimum support is 9% and the highest value of minimum confidence is 80%. The length of the itemset are 2-itemset and 3-itemset. Test which used lift ratio generates rule which has value of more than 1.

Abstract

Road infrastructure has an important role in supporting the economic, social and cultural sectors. Approximately 49.12% of the total district road length in 2013 is included in the good category, 24.16% included in the medium category, slightly damaged 16.64% and heavily damaged 10.08%. The strategic target of the Directorate General of Highways is the stability of the road area reaches 70%. In the implementation of road improvements by the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of the Ponorogo District, it is necessary to consult the priority of road improvement. Modifying road priority priority with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method - TOPSIS (Preferential Technique with Equalization with Ideal Solution) combines several interrelated factors in road improvement process including: good road conditions, road conditions, defective road conditions, road conditions severely damaged, daily traffic, access, secrets of segments and regent policies. From this study. The low level of system required in the case of there are still some individual interests so there is still mismatch target in the implementation of existing roads.

Abstract

The growth of electrical consumers in Indonesia continues to increases every year, but it is not matched by the provision of adequate infrastructure that available. This causes the available electrical capacity can't fulfill the demand for electricity. As an anticipation, beside to add more electrical capacities which will need a lot of costs. PLN also do operations management systems, which is electrical load forecasting. In this study, a smart computing system is build to solves the problem. Electrical load data per hour is being used as an input to do the electrical load forecasting with Extreme Learning Machine method. Extreme Learning Machine method uses random input weight within range -1 to 1. Before the electric load prediction process runs, genetic algorithms first optimizing the input weight. Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is being used to calculate the accuration of prediction results. According to the test results with weight optimization, MAPE average error rate is 0.799% while without weight optimization the rate rise to 1.1807%. Thus this study implies that Extreme Learning Machine method with weight optimization using genetic algorithm can be used in electrical load forecasting problem and give better prediction result.

Abstract

Cowshed is provided to shelter cows from the unfavorable weather and confine the cows' mobility in such a way that the fattening process gives rise to the accelerated increase of the bodyweight. Besides, cowshed of decent quality which is clean and comfortable can prevent cows from disease organisms to achieve the maximum rearing result. The problems confronted UPT-PT and HMT in Singosari in determining the decency of cowshed comprise the time efficiency and the difficulty in determining the criteria parameter used to assess the decency of the cowshed. The solution thereto is to capitalize on an intelligent system which, on the basis of the data supplied by UPT-PT and HMT in Singosari, provides a recommended measure of determining decency. The system is created in web-based using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The AHP method was employed to gain the weight value of each criterion to be used in stage of weighting which yielded the preference value for each alternative in the TOPSIS method. The system output is an alternative data ranking based on its preference value. Testing was conducted by altering the pairwise comparison matrix in terms of the system prior to the matching between the system output and the actual data to get the level of system accuracy. The level of accuracy of the system obtained is 84.8%.

Abstract

Blood transfusion unit is a container of medical services to the communit in order to help the communit associated with something about blood. To help the communit and hospitals in resolve the problem, such as a blood request from hospitals using different ways between UTD branch and who do not have UTD branch, there are no details of the number of existing blood stock in Malang Central UTD, and the lack of transparenc of the management process from the initial application blood request until it is received, and blood donation is done manually. The given solution is create a data blood request, leveler or see an urgenc of the request, providing information about blood stock in real time, the existence of a blood deliver to the transparenc of the blood up to the hospital, minimize time in the process of filing blood donation and get an accurate information about blood request if a blood stock are not available in UTD. The system will appl the waterfall model for the process of development. Results of unit testing, integration testing and validation testing yields a value of 100% valid. The compatibilit testing resulted that the system can run on browser type.

Abstract

The recording of medical records is generally written and stored in each health facility unit to maintain the privacy of the patient's health information. Displacement of patient treatment at health facility resulted in new health facility must be perform patient data rechecking. If in an emergency this condition will reduce the patient's emergency response time. The centralized of medical record system will bridge the limitations of this information. By utilizing REST technology the web service system can process and store information centrally. So it is expected that the records of medical record patient's from previous health facilities can be known. From white box testing that is by unit testing of centralized medical record system get result 87,5%, while for testing blackbox with validation test get 100% result. Web service testing is done using the Postman Application to test methods on services such as GET, POST, PUT and DELETE and yields a 100% success rate. Based on the average total percentage of successful functional testing if the conversion into predicate table of functional suitability feasibility of the system developed declared as very good.

Abstract

KOMINFO at Pasuruan is an institution that oversees the creation, maintenance and data security that related with information technology. KOMINFO serve making the system within the scope of government in Pasuruan. There are various system that have been made by KOMINFO, one of them is the city government website. DPMPTSP is one of agency in Pasuruan that serves the administration of licensing. In the licensing process, DPMPTSP encountered several obstacles such as the applicant file that was got accidently exchanged with the other applicants, too many permission application that also require high degree of accuracy, so making permission is longer. To overcome this, KOMINFO wants to create a website-based licensing system that can be accessed online. License to be made in this system: SIUP, TDP, TDUP and an advertisement. This system will be use to register permissions, view permissions status and validate permissions files. The result of requirement analysis is get 19 functional requirement and 1 nonfunctional requirement. Testing in this study using whitebox and blackbox for functional requirement. Whereas, the nonfunctional requirements are using compatibility testing. The result of testing, the valid value of each test case is performed which means that system is in accordance with requirement analysis.
