Beauty vlogger is a term for people who do vlog activities to discuss beauty issues and make up tutorials on YouTube. Beauty vloggers often get body shaming comments. In Indonesia, body shaming comments are a violation regulated in the Electronic Information and Transaction Act (UU ITE). Body shaming comment classification system can help to classify body shaming comments more efficient and faster. Body shaming comment classification system in this research uses the BM25 and K-Nearest Neighbor methods. Process in this research are pre-processing each data to look for words that are characteristic for each data, then calculate the term frequency based on the number of words contained in each data, then calculate the inverse document frequency, then calculate the BM25 score and sorting the data. The last step is to do the K-Nearest Neighbor classification. This study uses 600 data comments with 300 data on body shaming class, and 300 data on not body shaming class. The average of all k-fold cross validation tests obtained the highest value, namely precision = 0.87153019, recall = 0.86666667, f-measure = 0.86606885, and accuracy = 0.86666667 at value k = 3. The value of testing using balanced data is much better than testing using unbalanced data, with the highest average value of testing unbalanced data, namely precision = 0.84306693, recall = 0.775, f-measure = 0.7582337, and accuracy = 0.775.

Tanoto Scholars Association at Brawijaya University, asks for a good and easy to use website design for users in getting the information needed related to the scholarship program. So far, many users have had difficulty using the primary Tanoto Foundation website because they are structuring information and displays that are not appropriate. This study aims to produce TSA UB website design using the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method which consists of six phases. Research phase, get the needs and needs desired by stakeholders and users with the results is statement of work. Modeling phase, produces user persona with seven variables, retrospective and prospective user journey. Requirements Phase, produce scenario contexts and adjust the needs of the website with the environment. Framework phase, create a web-based interface using wireframe. The refinement phase to perfects the interface framework in the form of high-fidelity prototype. The last is Support phase, conducting qualitative and quantitative testing with user testing techniques on six respondents and with the SUPR-Q questionnaire technique on 20 respondents were analyzed based on the scale of usability scale. The results of the SUPR-Q questionnaire provide aspects of usefulness, credibility, appearance and loyalty with all aspects valued at 75.81% (category C) which is good and acceptable so that it can be used on a website that is developed as a whole and can be accepted by respondents.

Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya organizes education in the form of seminars, field work, lecture activities, practical work, field work, and structured and independent academic activities. Practicum is an academic activity that can be carried out in a laboratory or in other places that have been determined. At present, the implementation of practicum in the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya has a problem such as the absence of self-organized resources to access matters related to practicum activity, causing important information to be missed such as opening new recruitment lab assistants. Then, the late collection of selection needs because of less efficient communication led to the late opening of a lab assistant recruitment. So for a solution, a web-based Practicum Management System was developed which is expected to help coordinate the preparation and implementation of coordination. Web development using the CodeIgniter Framework with PHP technology. Approval in developing this web using object-oriented documentation is approved using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). While the development cycle is done by the Waterfall method. For the testing process using unit, integration, validation, and compatibility testing. The results of testing with black-box and white-box techniques show 100% valid results. While from compatibility testing there were no issues.

Routing is the process of determining the path to convey data from source to destination. In conventional network routing configuration is still not flexible and efficient, because they have to configure network devices manually. Software-Defined Network as a new paradigm in network architecture, has the flexibility and efficiency for centralized network configuration. In SDN, the data plane and control plane are connected by the OpenFlow protocol. Routing on the network can be interrupted because of link disruptions such as link failures that result in the system having to find another pathway to keep communicating. In this research, network routing uses DFS and BFS algorithms, because both has simple concept and better complexity than other routing algorithms such as Dijkstra. The testing parameters are path finding, response time, packet loss, and packet traffic. When at link failure, system can still find another path to continue sending data from the source node to the destination node. The results of response time without link failure, both algorithms have been able to search for the best path based on determining the maximum value of the path on the controller. The average value of packet loss when 1 link down on DFS has the same result as BFS when 2 links down, which is 3.62%. In traffic testing, both algorithms have the same average value of the results of packet transmission to another switch, which is 52.67%.

Every year,Quail can producing eggs from 240 until 300 grain each head. With their small body, the result of their egg's production are high enough. For breeder raising quail is a good opportunity to make a profit with the many demands nowadays. The method that used by breeder to improve the quality of quails is to separate the cage according to the age of the quails. Separating cages is also useful for distinguishing feed, and quail's nutrition that needed. In this study, we will use body weight as a parameter to classify the status of quail growth, which in general farmers use age as a parameter to separate cages. Loadcell weight sensors will be used as a medium to measure bird weight. Then Arduino will be used as a microcontroller and LCD to display the results. In classifying quail based in body weight, it requires a method to calculate them. Method that used in this study is the K-nearest neighbor(KNN) method. This system will test several asppects of the system including sensor accuracy, comparison between age and weight classification, and system computation time. For the accuracy of the sensor we got the result of accuracy 96.67%. Then in testing using KNN based on body weight compared to age, get the result of an error of 2.23%. And for testing computation time, obtained an average time of 612ms.

Nowdays there are many culinary companies with very tight competition. The focus and target of marketing now has changed, which how companier got new customers, and has changed to how company kept customers to be loyal. One strategy that can be used by company using social media. Tomoo Steak is a culinary company that actively engages in customers relationship in anagement throught social media marketing o gain customers loyalty. Customer loyalty is positively influenced when companies doing advantageous campaigns, relevant content, popular contents, various platforms and applications, frequently updated content on social media (Erdogmus & Cicek, 2012). This study tested the relationship between social media marketing and customer loyalty using multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents from this study are followers Tomoo Steak account in Instagram. The data were collected using simple random sampling technique. Result of f test, show independent variables simultaneously or equally influence brand loyalty. The independent variable used in this study contributed 52,2% to the Tomoo Steak brand loyalty. The relevant content variable has the greatest influence brand loyalty. This is because the Tomoo Steak Instagram account presents content that can attract customers to interact with content companies, various platform.

Suara Warga is a website that it provided by the government of Pasuruan Residence to receive complain from the society. In the application, the admin must pass on the complain to related official manually. To increase the efficient of time, it is needed a classification of the text, Maximum Entropy is a method that is used in this research with Confusion Matrix evaluation method which will count the evaluation from the equal-wont data and the unequal-wont data, with the complain as much 200 data. Before doing the classification, the first step which is done is pre-processing and the next is process of word quality. Classification is done through looking for the opportunity of every word in every document and the result of classification is got based on the higher opportunity result from document class. The result of equal-wont data evaluation produce better result than the result of the unequal-wont data evaluation with the accuration: 89,27%, precision: 92,49%, recall: 89,27% and f-measure: 89,44%.

Wisma La Tibel is a boarding house located in Palangka Raya City, Central Borneo. The owner has owned three boarding houses until now: Wisma La Tibel 1, Wisma La Tibel 2, and Wisma La Tibel 3. Wisma La Tibel 1 and Wisma La Tibel 2 have 16 rooms and Wisma La Tibel 3 has 8 rooms. All boarding houses are located in the same city but in different addresses. The main job of the owner is to manage every boarding house. Currently, the owner has some problems in doing so such as inaccuracy in managing data of income and bills of all boarding houses. A management system is developed in order to solve those problems and to be able to manage every boarding house. This management system is web based and has SMS gateway feature to sending monthly bills to tenants. This system will easily help the owner to integrate all boarding houses because the owner can manage three boarding houses with only one system. This boarding house management system has been tested using 2 testing techniques, white box (unit testing and integration testing) and black box (validation testing). The results from all testing that have been done are 100% valid.

Malang is the second largest population after Surabaya in East Java Province. Malang, which has increased its population every year, has resulted in the need for staples, especially broiler chicken meat, to increase. Broiler chicken meat is one of the sources of nutritious animal protein. Broiler chicken meat can be consumed by all levels of society so that there is an increase in demand every year. The availability of broiler chicken meat must always be fulfilled in the market and must pay attention to the price too. Broiler chicken meat prices on religious holidays (such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Christmas) there is a very striking increase compared to prices on normal days. The traders who need information about the price of broiler chickens every day in order to arrange sales so as not to miss. Therefore, a settlement is needed in forecasting the price of chicken using 72 data obtained from BPS in the period January 2013-December 2018. Based on the results of this study, the best MSE is 1,430 based on the highest number of orders.

The internet is a set of Autonomous Systems that are connected to each other to send data packages. In choosing a route to send data, a certain routing protocol is needed. This research is important to know which routing protocol has the best performance. In this study using OSPF, RIP and EIGRP routing protocols that are implemented in the mesh topology and measured performance based on delay parameters, update routing table, packet loss and throughput. Simulation and testing results show EIGRP has the lowest average delay value compared to OSPF and RIP. The results of testing the update routing table, EIGRP has the fastest update routing value compared to OSPF and RIP. The packet loss test results in OSPF, RIP and EIGRP in mesh topology are 0% or there is no packet loss. Throughput test results, OSPF has the highest throughput value compared to EIGRP and RIP. So EIGRP has the best performance based on delay parameters and update routing table. And OSPF has the best performance based on throughput parameters.
