Abstract

We as Indonesian citizens feel proud of the high potential they have, especially in the field of animal husbandry and agriculture. With the existence of chicken farming, there are not a few who become new job creators and become independent in their work. The problem that is often experienced by chicken farmers is ammonia gas caused by chicken manure itself, this ammonia gas can later cause disruption in humans and also the chicken itself. Disorders in humans include respiratory problems, eye irritation, and poisoning in the form of seizures. The existence of internet of thing technology, can facilitate us in monitoring ammonia gas levels in the area of ​​chicken farms presented in the form of ppm by utilizing the mq-135 sensor that can detect ammonia gas levels. Data that has been taken by the client will be accommodated by the master and will be displayed on a web page with the help of a gateway to determine the level of ammonia gas in the area of ​​the chicken farm. The results of the study began with testing the quality of service to determine the performance of the network connection time for sending data to the server. And testing the function of a successful tool works perfectly where the mq-135 sensor can detect levels of dangerous gas ammonia (NH3).

Abstract

Motor vehichle is a kind of transportation mode that are popular among people in Indonesia. Annually the increase in number of drivers is growing rapidly. Safety always comes first in driving for the sake of avoiding accidents. Accidents occur because of many driver's negligence factors such as drowsy when driving, bad facilities and infrastructure, using device that takes away your attention from the road and ignorant of the speed limit sign. For sake of helping the drivers to manage their speed according to the sign, it is needed of a system that can help remind the driver of the existence of the sign. Before fulfilling the task of reminding the drivers surely the system would need to be able to detect and recognize the speed sign. In this research the writer would want to propose the usage of Circle Hough Transform as the method of detection dan Convolutional Neural Network as the method of recognition with the purpose of knowing the performance of both method in doing their task. Both of the methods are in the field of study of Digital Image Processing and Machine Learning respectively that is well-known with its big computational need. The big computational need is the reason minicomputer raspberry pi is chosen as the base processing unit of the system compared to microcontroller. The result of testing for detection and recognition on Day 80% and night 70% . Looking from the results the methods that are proposed are not great but the writer believe that for the future research there is still room for improvement of the Circle Hough Transform and Convolutional Neural Network

Abstract

RESTful API is a client-server communication architecture standard for web services, but low in terms of security. RESTful API data security uses authentication to limit access to the API by not saving the session state, so that token-based authentication is required which is sent via a request header such as JSON Web Token (JWT). JWT tokens can be forged by exploiting None algorithm, utilizing JWT mechanism which always believes in token's header that contains token's algorithm used, and using HMAC algorithm which was already to be exploited. Token forgery can be overcome by not using None algorithm and changing JWT's mechanism. JWT's mechanism can be replaced with a standard that only provides the version and purpose of the cryptographic protocol used and always compares the version and purpose of the cryptographic protocol used with the token's header had sent. HMAC algorithm can be replaced with BLAKE2b algorithm. Its power equivalent to SHA-3, but faster than SHA-1 and MD5. PASETO also uses XChaCha20-Poly1305 algorithm for encryption and Ed25519 algorithm for signatures. PASETO can be implemented using python, using a wrapper for Libsodium library so that it can be used in python, and childprocess with nodeJS.

Abstract

One of the dynamic routing protocols that are found on a computer network as well as being the focus of this research is Open Shortest Path First (OSPF). The application of the OSPF routing protocol can be adapted to the conditions of a network through area grouping i.e. single area and multi area. Multi area implementation can reduce the number of routes monitored, the dissemination of information becomes more orderly and segmented, reduce the calculation frequency of the routing algorithm, and reduces resource usage of the router devices that run it. Therefore, in this study used Graphical Network Simulator 3 (GNS-3) to simulate single area and multi area to find out which concept of area is the most optimal in a network condition using the OSPF routing protocol. The parameters used as the performance measurement of the routing protocols are time Convergence and roundtrip time. Roundtrip times of single area using the OSPF protocol have a value of 183.4 ms, while multi area consisting of 3 areas and 5 areas using the OSPF routing protocol have a round-trip time of 175.6 ms and 179.1 ms. The convergence time in single area using the OSPF protocol has a value of 44.6 seconds, while multi area consisting of 3 areas and 5 areas using the OSPF routing protocol have a convergence time of 43.6 seconds and 40.6 seconds.

Abstract

Mobile ad hoc Network (MANET) is a portable autonomous node network equipped with a wireless interface, which communicates via a wireless connection without centralized administration. This network can self-configure and maintain network topology dynamically without infrastructure support. Because the mobile node's transmission range is limited, each node has a dependency on neighboring nodes to forward packets. Qualitative data analysis is performed on the performance of Hierarchical State Routing (HSR) and Destination-Sequenced Distance-Vector (DSDV) protocols by interpreting data from test results in the form of throughput, average jitter, average end to end delay, packet data delivery ratio, route overhead and route convergence time. This study uses Network Simulator 2.35 with node density scenarios using variations in the number of nodes totaling 50 nodes to 120 nodes with multiples of 10 nodes. The best value of parameters throughput, average jitter, average end to end delay, packet data delivery ratio and route overhead are 189.312 Kbps, 27.18 ms, 2798.04 ms, 18.93% and 230.25. These results were obtained in the DSDV routing protocol, so it can be concluded that the DSDV routing protocol has better performance than HSR on the node density aspect. A better convergence value is obtained by the DSDV protocol with an average convergence time of 0.028617977 seconds.

Abstract

The Sumbawa Regency Government, as part of the Indonesian government agency, has begun to carry out improvements to the performance of its government in line with the government's bureaucratic reform program, which is to reorganize, change, improve and perfect the bureaucracy to become more efficient, effective and productive. However, on the results of the Government Institution Performance Accountability Assessment System (SAKIP), for 2 years (2017-2018), Sumbawa Regency won the "CC" title in West Nusa Tenggara Province. E-government concept is to create friendly, convenient, transparent and inexpensive interactions between government and community institutions (Government to Citizen), government agencies and business government (Government to Business Enterprises) and relationships between government agencies (Inter Agency Relationship). Therefore the use of e-government application is also expected to improve the productivity and efficiency of the bureaucracy and increase economic growth. This study aims to assess the application of e-government using the SPBE framework on the SPBE service dimension in Sumbawa Regency. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative data collection using interviews, and observation. Based on the results of the analysis, the application of e-government in the SPBE service dimension in Sumbawa Regency is in the category of "good" with an average value of 2.80 on each indicator. From the results of the study, recommendations for improving the implementation of e-government are then based on each indicator in the SPBE service to achieve the "satisfactory" rating based on the SPBE framework.

Abstract

Dinda salon is a business form engaged in the beauty sector, which deals with special care services for women in Malang. The salon owner explained that the management of customer care data, which is still done manually, is recorded in books, making it difficult for employees to manage customer data and produce salon reports. Especially for treatment orders via reservation, customers have to come to the salon first, which certainly makes it difficult for customers. This research will discuss about how data is carried out optimally, being able to process customer data, maintenance data, promo data and reservation data by creating a website-based application. The customer makes a reservation to fill in customer data and it will automatically be stored in the database. Admin can also share promo info via SMS Gateway. This research uses the prototyping method. In the process of collecting data using interviews with the salon owner. Then the design stage is carried out on a system based on object oriented design and UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling for the process of implementing a system using PHP as a programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework. The test used is the white-box testing method using pathway testing as a unit test. The black-box testing method is used as a validation test, with valid results obtained, for user acceptance testing, valid results are obtained from 43 test cases. Non-functionality testing, namely compatibility, the system can run properly through different browsers on Goegle and Mozilla Firefox.

Abstract

The café nowadays not only provides food, but also plays an important role in the political, cultural and social aspects of daily life for tourists and the citizens itself. The number of cafes in Malang which recorded by BP2D is 144 cafes, one of them is Sedudam Cafe which is located in the Soekarno-Hatta area. Sedudam Café uses a cashier application called SPOTS to assist sales transactions which can only carry out cashier transactions in general, such as menu selling and receipt printing transactions. SPOTS has problems in terms of financial calculation, such as calculating profit and tracking raw material stock problems. Based on these problems, there is a solution that can be used, which is the web-based Point of Sales (POS) system. In the POS System, there are features found in the system, which are the features of sales, inventory, raw material stock tracking and reporting modules. In this study, the waterfall method is used for system development. There are 48 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement in this development. Functional testing used in this development is validation testing and unit testing which produces 100% valid. Non-functional testing uses compatibility testing which results in the system running multiple browsers, they are Firefox and Chrome. This development is expected to be able to help solve the problems in Sedudam Café.

Abstract

Masjid Ibnu Sina is one of the mosques or masjid in Malang City which has functions and roles like other normal mosques. Masjid Ibnu Sina has a management consisting of mosque caretaker to carry out the functions, roles, and mosque asset management. Asset management is currently processed manually. This can potentially results in recording error, lost of documents, and unctrolled asset. The purpose of this research is to design the user interface of a web-based information system to make the mosque asset management proccess more controlled and to give best experience for the users. The approach used in the design is Human Centered Design (HCD). Two alternatives of system designs were given to giving different experience from users are presented by prototype and evaluated by users by usability testing. Results of the evaluation that has been carried out shows that from its ease of use, the system design is easy to use but still need improvement based on users suggestions. From the aspect of user statisfaction, results of the evaluation shows that users is satisfied with the system use.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a wireless sensor network that has a specific purpose, including use for monitoring. To find out the transferred data packets and the total number of data packets lost requires a routing protocol that is tasked with determining the shortest path from the source node to the destination node. use of power in the WSN network, where the results obtained routing gossiping are more efficient in terms of energy. From previous research, the researcher took the idea that convergecast routing has one of the same advantages of flooding routing, namely the same as having the best performance in data transmission. This research analyzes the routing protocol algorithm flooding and convergecast which aims to assess the performance of the routing performance based on latency, backoff time, power consumption, as well as to analyze the optimum type of routing protocol in a wireless sensor network. Topology design uses 5 kinds of nodes, namely 7, 14, 21, 28, and 35 nodes. Testing is done with parameters of latency, backoff, activity durations, and power consumption. The result of the activity durations parameter is 13 ms, then latency is below 0.005 ms, while for routing flooding it has a value that is almost the same as the convergecast at the end of the node for backoff parameters (3.1 ms convergecast & 3.2 ms flooding) and power consumption (56.3 mW second routing)
