Wireless Sensor Network is a wireless technology required for monitoring environmental conditions which consist of several sensor nodes that can communicate and process information with each other. The problem in WSN is about power consumption which results in power at the node using only batteries for its operation, resulting in limited energy reserves. When one node dies, it results in a change in performance, there is an obstacle in having to conserve power energy repeatedly and reduce the benefits of WSN. The solution to this problem is to implement the Priority Scheduling algorithm to be placed on each node which will prioritize the order based on the largest to the smallest power. In the power monitoring mechanism of each node, NRF24L01 is available for sending and receiving data, Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller, ACS712-30A current sensor, voltage sensor, DHT11, and RTC DS1307 which functions to display real-time data results. Based on the test results, DHT11 accuracy is 98.52% to 99.26%, voltage accuracy is 99.6%, and the current accuracy is 94.86% to 97.86%. Data reception performance takes an average of 2 to 3 seconds. Retrieval of power data using Priority Scheduling in the room there are obstacles and no obstacles have a 100% success percentage obtained by looking at the results of the power data displayed on 10 experiments in different rooms and the order is according to the largest to the smallest power data.

The use of electricity is a basic requirement for humans today, therefore it is necessary to have savings in its use so that lower costs and the supply of electrical energy in an area can be saved for something unexpected. Internet of Things is a device or system that is connected and communicates in an internet network. By using IoT, we can carry out a long distance communication which makes the performance of a system more effective and efficient. The communication module that is quite popular in IoT is Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), but in BLE there are still drawbacks, namely the inability to connect to the internet so that a gateway is needed to communicate with the cloud server. This study aims to design an electrical energy saving system. The results of this study indicate that the system can work well. The delay obtained from sending data at the gateway to the Blynk Cloud Server has an average delay of 1,930 s with a jitter of 0.754 s, the average delay from the sensor node to the gateway is 0.672 s. The next test used a variation scenario of 1 meter - 11 meter distance with uccess ratio parameter. The highest success ratio is 90% at a distance of 1 meter and the lowest success ratio is 0% at a distance of 11 meters. The saving of electrical energy is up to 59.04%.

Music is one of the important aspects of life but there is always a problem regarding choosing the right music for the right occasion. With today's technology growth, there are already so many music players that provide a different kind of music genre so that people can pick the one that fits their taste. Music players also provide recommendations for which music is up to your palette taste but the recommendation is not always right to the occasion we are facing or enjoying right now. The Music Recommendation System based on Heartrate help user to find their music that fits with the context they are in. The development oh this system is to make an android application and using the expert system method with forward chaining. this system will process input that the user input and the output will be a recommendation of music that fits the expert rule. Functional testing of this system resulting in a valid outcome which means this system grade is 100%. Usability testing of this system outcome is 76.5 in value of system usability scale which means it's acceptable. This application can be used to find music that fits a context with the help of heart rate.

Vehicle mobility in urban areas or areas which are increasingly large, causing problems in the provision of parking lots. Information about parking slot availability is needed to overcome this problem. A monitoring system is required to inform motorists of empty parking locations. The monitoring system is one of the concepts of the Internet of things (IoT), which is a real-time observation system using an internet connection through a protocol. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is a protocol that can be used for communication between devices that saves power, has a wide range of connectivity and reduces data transfer. Therefore, researchers conducted research by implementing BLE which is applied to the parking lot monitoring system. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the ESP32 is able to communicate with each other using BLE technology. The sensor accuracy level obtained from ultrasonic sensor is 95.12% with an obstacle distance of 5cm to 400cm and an infrared sensor is able to read obstacles and work properly. On testing the delay in sending data based on a distance of 1 meter, 3 meters, 5 meters, 7 meters and 9 meters the average delay received was 2049.65 ms, 2086.25 ms, 2108.05 ms, 2449.15ms and 2612.77ms. The webserver display is able to display information about the availability of parking space and the number of cars entering and exiting.

Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) is a program launched by the government through the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency which aims to ensure certainty and legal protection of citizens' land ownership. This program involves three parties, the applicants, the committee formed by villagers, and the local Regional Land Office (known as Kantah). PTSL procedure begins by recording the data of PTSL participants by the committee. After that the committee sends the nominative list of participants to the Malang District Land Office by bringing the required documents to be converted into land certificates. However, Malang Regency Land Office is often confronted with the problem of delays in the process of releasing land certificates because the documents collected by the applicant are often incomplete or inappropriate. Based on the problems that have been described, an information system is needed that is able to be an intermediary of the committee and Malang Regency Land Office in coordinating the PTSL application submitted by the applicants. This research applies the waterfall model. In the implementation phase, system applied Model-View-Controller pattern and CodeIgniter framework. The result of implementation phase is tested by applying validation testing and browser compatibility testing. The validation test results show valid results, while for browser compatibility testing there are 5% error issues and system can be run on several browsers.

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information system used by RSI UNISMA Malang purposed to handle management process related to data and information of hospital services. This system is used to handle registration, nursing, pharmacy, medical records, laboratories, and finance. However, there are problems in implementing SIMRS which are able to decrease hospital service quality. This research purposes to evaluate SIMRS for knowing and describing system condition by using Human, Organization, and Technology (HOT-Fit) Model Framework. Data collecting was carried out using questionnaires methods by spreading the questionnaires to 100 respondents and also qualitative method by interviewing selected respondents. The research result showed that this information system has good quality since the organization supported its implementation. Based on the three aspects of HOT-Fit, aspect of technology gained the lowest value of all. There is conformity relationship among those three components, but there is still a nonconformity that needs improvement.

Signature is a someone unique identity used in presence system as attendance proof and official documents approval. Besides written on paper, signatures are also recorded digitally. To recognize signatures in the realm of technology is called biometrics while the method often used is backpropagation. Signatures are included in the biometric behavioral category with one of the dynamic characteristics of measurement carried out by calculating duration of writing and changes in writing movements. One of the motion recorder technologies is MPU6050 sensor. This sensor is used to get the writing duration feature through many data sets recorded when signature, then changes in vertical movement through gx and changes in horizontal movement through gy. This feature is extracted to be calculated by backpropagation method in tensorflow and requires training data and test data. The training data of this study uses signatures of five different people with five signatures for each person. Testing is done by predicting the five signatures of five people whose signature patterns have been recorded. From the MPU6050 sensor testing, MAPE 17% is obtained. On signature recognition using backpropagation, MAPE was 33%. On prediction signature shows an accuracy of 80%. And at the time of computing requires approximately 54.63s.

PT. APLIKASI KARYA ANAK BANGSA (Gojek Indonesia) with one of its products is the application of Golife professional services. Some services such as GoMassage and GoClean are very attractive to users, but there are usability issues including interfaces such as writing that is too small to disproportionate button sizes. Further research was conducted using the USE Questionnaire method and the Human-Centered Design approach, where the use of a questionnaire was needed to measure four aspects of usability namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. Then the Human-Centered Design approach is needed to identify users and divide into two groups of users and conduct interviews with open-ended questions that are asked to collect the problems faced by users in operating the Golife application. From the interviews gathered, several 12 usability problems faced by users were found, mainly in terms of writing size, lack of icons and descriptions, display inconsistencies, and issues related to button interactions, to be further corrected according to the problems encountered. Recommended improvements to the use of the Golife application generate a new look to increase the value of usability. The value of the results of previous uses is only 53.08% to 85.19% with a significant increase obtained from the user group aged over 40 years from 45.69% (not good enough category), to be 89.60% (very good category).

Liburan sekolah is a travel agency engaged in services, which offer tour packages and guide tourists in visiting the Thousand Islands tours. To make a tour package booking, visitors must contact customer service via telephone or whatsApp and customer service records each order entered manually. This becomes less effective because customer service must reply to every order that comes in and checks every transaction made by a visitor. Based on this we need an information system that can facilitate visitors and customer service in the process of ordering and registering orders. In the process of developing a system used a method that is carried out sequentially or commonly known as the waterfall method. The results of the needs analysis yielded 15 functional needs which were described in the use of case diagrams and the results of system design were described in sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and database modeling. In the process of implementing the system, the Laravel and mysql framework are used for database storage, at this stage 6 controllers are generated. Based on the results of black box testing shows all functions can run well and is declared valid and based on the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test with 10 respondents producing an index value of 89.6% can conclude the system can be accepted. Based on the results of this study produced a tour package booking information system that can facilitate tourists and admins and the transaction process

Tender or auction is one of the sales activities carried out in front of several people and is led by the auction official. Auction activities can be in the form of goods or services. PELNI Hospital is one of the hospitals in Jakarta that is not spared from procuring goods and services so that all needs in the hospital are met. In implementation, Hospital PELNI conducts auctions to procure goods and services to vendors. however, in the auction process there were problems including manual procurement of goods which made the transaction ineffective and the process of selecting potential vendor candidates who won the auction relatively took a long time because the process took 1 month. Based on these problems, a system was made to simplify the auction process in Pelni Jakarta Hospital. The system development process includes the requirements analysis, implementation, and testing stages. Stages of needs analysis to get 25 functional needs. The stages of implementation use the PHP programming language in the Laravel framework. Stages of testing include non-functional and functional testing. Functional testing includes unit tests that successfully carry out test paths based on 3 test cases, integration testing on the getRecommendedAttribute() method with penawaran() and get_formatted() yields a valid status and validation testing yields 100% valid from 31 test cases. Non-functional testing using usability with system results can be accepted by users with a score of 88 for the admin and a score of 84 for the vendor.
