Abstract

The bakery is one of the most popular businesses in the culinary field and easy to keep up with the times. One of the bakeries that are running its business in the city of Malang is the FPTC (Food Production and Training Center) shop. At this time, the FPTC shop wants to improve the progress of the existing services in their shop. So that their bread business can develop. However, services at the FPTC shop related to the process of activities such as sales transactions, ordering, and training have not been efficient. The reason is that the sales transaction process is quite long, the delivery of product menu information and training requirements is not sufficient, the confirmation of approval for training takes too long. Therefore, to improve the services available in the shops in this study, this research aims to create a website-based business service management and training system for FPTC. the system created can help FPTC store employees to more easily manage services, and for customers to more easily access services, as well as improve efficiency in service processes. The FPTC business service management and training system will be built or developed using the waterfall development model. The system implementation is built using the CodeIgniter framework and the system has a payment gateway service. Tests carried out on a system that has been built consist of unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing. the results of all tests obtained a percentage value of 100% and the status is valid. Besides, the compatibility test shows that the system can run well in various browsers without any errors or problems.

Abstract

Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DISNAKER-PMPTSP) Kota Malang is a government institution which facilitating programs and activities in labour sector as well as providing investment, licensing and non-licensing with one-stop integrated service system. Due to the lack of technological innovation which leads to the unprogressive service system development, DISNAKER-PMPTSP has several obstacles to tackle its service processes. Furthermore, when DISNAKER-PMPTSP Kota Malang is currently trying to revamp to the new information system, there is no proper management planning on the current transition between the old process to the new system. An evaluation is needed in managing innovation and managing change acceptance and transitioning by using the capabilities level assessment in the Manage Innovation (APO04) and Manage Change Acceptance and Transitioning (BAI07) processes using the framework Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 5). The evaluation carried out by filling out the assessment documents in each process (APO04 and BAI07) gradually from level 0 to level 3 which is the level expected by DISNAKER-PMPTSP Kota Malang. Based on the results of the assessment, the capability level for the APO04 process was 66.67% and the BAI07 process was 73.08%, respectively at level 1. In conclusion, there is a gap between the APO04 and BAI07 processes, which are 2 levels. From the gaps that were found, several recommendations were made to meet the target level of each process.

Abstract

Difficulty eating is a condition in which a person is unable to eat normally or comfortably. Researchers want to propose a spoon system that can be controlled its stability. The system of this research is the movement of the spoon to be read using the MPU6050 sensor. The value obtained from the sensor will be forwarded to the Arduino Nano processing unit for calculations using the PID controller method where the Kp, Ki, and Kd variables are searched using the trial and error tuning method. The results of these calculations will be used as a spoon mover. Based on the tests that have been carried out, there are conclusions on the test results, first on testing the accuracy of the sensor angle, it can be seen that from 7 experiments from an angle of 0 ° to 180 ° with a multiple of 30 ° on both axes, namely pitch and roll, the percentage error is 0. 59% or less than 1%. The second test of the accuracy of the servo angle based on the setpoint is done, it can be seen that from 7 experiments from an angle of 0 ° to 180 ° with a multiple of 30 ° on both axes, namely roll and pitch, the percentage error is 0.8. Finally, the system speed test has reached stable or commonly called the settling time that has been carried out, it can be seen that from 10 experiments, the initial speed of the system reaches the settling time, which is the average time of both axes, namely 0.99 seconds or under 1 second.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque is one of the mosques located in the city of Malang. Just like mosques in general, the Ibnu Sina Mosque has a function as a place of worship, preaching, social activities, education and others. The Ibnu Sina Mosque is also a form of non-profit organization in which financial management is needed in implementing the operational functions of the organization. However, there are problems that occur when carrying out operational financial management in the Ibnu Sina Mosque. The data collection of financial reports that is still done manually means that the process of making reports takes quite a long time, then the data collection for spending on mosque needs is less recorded and inefficient, and the financial reports that are recorded are less detailed so that it risks causing misuse of funds. Based on the problems described earlier, a thesis project was carried out which aims to develop a web-based financial management information system that helps in conducting the operational finances of the Ibnu Sina Mosque. The method used in this development is the iterative method which produces two iterations. There is an outer iteration that focuses on problem analysis and needs analysis and an inner iteration that focuses on system design and implementation. This development is carried out using PHP programming language and the Laravel framework by applying an object-oriented approach. Then the system testing is carried out using validation testing methods and usability evaluation. The validation test results in all functions in both iterations being valid and usability evaluation results in a completion rate of 95.45% in the first iteration and 100% in the second iteration, the overall relative efficiency yields a value of 94,1% in the first iteration and 100% in the second iteration, and result in a SUS value of 70 in both iterations.

Abstract

Management of book and sales are important for a bookstore. The problems that occur in the Literasi Nusantara bookstore are publishers who want to cooperate with the bookstores want them to have their own sales website and problems related to the bookstore's inventory management and sales that are still recorded manually. Publishers who want to cooperate with bookstores want to check about books sold by Literasi Nusantara through their own website. The process of managing book inventory and sales is still manual, causing the book and sales management processes to take a long time. Hopefully, this system can help the process of cooperation between the bookstore and publishers and help improve the efficiency of their sales management time. The waterfall software development model is used in the development process of this system. The stages performed in this research are literature study, requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions and suggestions. This system uses website technology so that the bookstore system can be accessed by users via a web browser. The bookstore system has been tested using unit testing and integration testing (white box testing) as well as validation testing and compatibility testing (black box testing).

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population of Muslims in the world. Based on population census data in 2010, there were 87.18% of the total population of Indonesia are Muslims, which amounted to 237,641,326. Ibadah is an act to express devotion to Allah SWT, which is based on obedience to carrying out the commands and avoiding the prohibitions. By performing ibadah, a person will be more obedient to Allah SWT by carrying out the commands that have been set and can avoid a person from heinous and evil deeds. There are many applications for performing ibadah for Muslims that can be used on smartphones. However, the application only works as an ibadah reminder application. Based on the results of surveys and interviews that have been conducted, the current challenge is that they want an application that is not just a reminder, but more than that. From the results of the development that has been done, this system produces 16 main features. And from the tests that have been done, it produces a valid value in each test starting from unit testing and integration testing using white box and validation testing using black box. The results of unit testing, integration testing and validation testing produce a value of 100%, which means that all the features that have been made work in accordance with defined needs.

Abstract

There are problems in the HR department at PT.Toyogiri Iron Steel. The first problem is the procedure for applying for overtime, leave and permission. Employees who make submissions must ask for signatures from their superiors and department heads before being approved by HRD. This creates a problem, the boss is not in the factory or not present. HRD also cannot monitor employee overtime. HRD checks employees who are doing overtime whether it is in accordance with the proposed hours. Not yet integrated between salary calculation and attendance. The integration of components such as attendance data recapitulation, overtime, permits, leave, allowances and deductions in salary. The HRD entered manually where time was less efficient. And provides additional functions such as issuing warning letters, suspension and promotion / demotion. From these problems, the authors will create a web-based human resource information system at PT. Toyogiri Iron Steel. This system functions to store information, assist applications for overtime, leave and permits, integration of attendance and payroll, submit promotion / demotion and warnings. Development of a web-based system developed with the waterfall style SDLC. The system is created with object-oriented design and uses the MVC (Model-View-Controller) method in the CodeIgniter framework by dividing it into 3 parts, a model for interaction to the database, a controller for the main logic, and a view for the system view, and MySQL and MariaDB as the database. From the results of requirements engineering, there are 64 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. In the design and implementation results, the PHP programming language is used with the CodeIgniter framework. The interface implementation uses the HTML, CSS, and Javascript programming languages. In system testing, unit testing is carried out using white box testing with the basis path testing method tested on 3 sample functions with all valid values. Validation testing is tested for all functional requirements with all valid values. Validation testing for compatibility, system applications were tested on 6 different web browsers with all the results running well.

Abstract

Arduino devices with ATmega328 microprocessors and NRF24 radio modules can be used as a wireless chat communication devices. Data communication by NRF24 is generally unencrypted, so chat communication is not secure. There are various encryption algorithms that can be used, but not all encryption algorithms are suitable for ATmega328 because of limitations. ATmega328 microprocessor has very limited computational capability, making it less suitable if the encryption process is performed using an algorithm with a high level of computational complexity. Vernam Cipher is an algorithm that uses simple calculations with XOR. Three-Pass Protocol is a simple data transmission protocol that can be used to secure the distribution of encryption keys. In this study, the Vernam Cipher algorithm and Three-Pass Protocol are combined to secure chat data. Chat data that can be secured in this study are text, images, video and audio. From the test results of 10 times on sending chat data, obtained test results with 100% percentage that the system can secure chat data. From the test results, the average time for the encryption process 16 character strings with the Vernam Cipher algorithm on the ATmega328 is 1.9 millisecond.

Abstract

Strategy is one of many thing that influence the success of a person in running a business. Implementing the right strategy is crucial so that the business runs as desired. One of the strategies that can be applied is Customer Relationship Management (CRM), namely by regulating segmentation and how to treat consumers. In conducting analysis, business actors must carefully consider each consumer with their respective habits when conducting transactions to be grouped into certain segments. It is not uncommon for consumers to be in a segment that does not match their characteristics due to errors in the analysis because it is done manually. Therefore, this study will apply the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method to Barbershop customers in segmenting. In this study, using 489 customer data from RichDjoe Barbershops Malang which were taken from May to October 2020 in the form of the latest arrival date of each customer marked with an ID number, the number of arrivals of each ID during a certain period of time, how much money was spent by each customer, and the accumulation distance from the oldest to the most recent date each ID number. The Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method is known to have a good ability in grouping data by making a hierarchy gradually from data in the form of singleton / individual until all data are grouped. The distance measurement method uses Manhattan Distance with the distance parameters used are Single Linkage, Complete Linkage and Average Linkage. This study uses the Silhouette Coefficient in evaluating the test and produces the highest results from 489 data at the 391 cut point, with an average silhoette coefficient value of 0.968850698 on the single linkage parameter and the average linkage resulting in 8 clusters and silhouette coefficient for each data resulting in 376 of 399 the right data are in the group and the silhouette coeffcient of each cluster formed shows that 6 out of 8 clusters are formed correctly.

Abstract

The website of the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province was developed to be used as a medium for the public to dig up information related to this library. However, it turns out that the website is still not perfect because there are still things that are not going well. This is known when researchers make observations on the website and conduct interviews with the bibliography, that the website is not yet perfect. Usability evaluation needs to be done to find solutions to the problems found. Usability testing is the right method for conducting this evaluation because it involves direct users and takes advantage of the use of the SUS questionnaire (system usability scale). There are five aspects of usability used in this study, namely efficiency, effectiveness, learnability, memorability, and satisfaction. Usability testing will be conducted on five respondents. In addition to testing, the five respondents will also be interviewed in order to explore usability problems that cannot be found if only based on testing. The results of the test found 23 problems. This problem will be analyzed in depth, which aims to determine the usability value on this website. The results of the data analysis also show that the aspects of efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction get a value that is below the standard, while on the aspects of learnability and satisfaction are good. Then from the results of the analysis, recommendations for improvement are made which are also based on the usability guidelines compiled by the U.S dept of health and human services in 2006 so that this website becomes easier and more convenient for users to use.
