Abstract

Insomnia is a disease experienced by people with sleep disorders, it can be experienced by anyone between 15 until 64 years. The factors influencing sleep disorders include stress, depression, unhealthy, lifestyle, and the influence of certain drugs that can interfere with the quality of sufferers' life. This study has a problem formulation of how to help insomnia sufferers in order to improve quality of life. This research entitled Development of Mobile Device Applications Using Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) for Therapy of Insomnia sufferers. was conducted with the aim of helping to overcome insomnia problems experienced by sufferers. In development, this research uses the Personal Extreme Programming method. In the analysis process produced only one factor namely user factor which for functional requirements obtained 9 needs and non-functional requirements obtained 2 needs. The design stage produced 9 sequence diagrams. The data design used Entity Relationship Diagram, algorithm design obtained 3 algorithms and in the interface designer produced 8 designs. Specific applications are applied to the Kotlin-based Android programming field, for databases using the Room Database. Based on the test results, first, obtained from the validation test, it succeeded in reaching 100% valid because it was in accordance with the expected result that had been previously determined. Second, compatibility tests get the results that the application can run on 6 different devices and API levels. Third, usability tests obtained 77% which indicates that the application that has been made is easy to use by users.

Abstract

Nubek Coffee is a business that sells various types of coffee and other menu, where Nubek Coffee using internet to increase sales of its products. But in practice it did not work optimally, and sometimes found the problems, especially in serving customers and supplies with online systems. Based on this constraints, this research requires an information system design that is easy to use, and gives a comfortable experience to users, and can meet user needs. This research using the Human Centered Design method as a research method. The result of this research is a high-fidelity prototype. The evaluation of the solution design using the Usability Testing method and USE Questionnaire to manage the evaluation data. The prototype evaluation was testing 2 times, and in the second stage evaluation using 2 different design alternatives were applied. First solution design, found 12 problems on 10 pages from system. While in second design solution first alternative found 4 problems and the second alternative design solution found 2 problems. The usability appearance of the second solution design is better than the first stage solution design, although it needs to be made improvements. The conclusion of this research based on four indicators of the usability value obtained reach a value in the proper category and the system is in accordance with user needs in terms of Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction.

Abstract

Proper marketing and information management can help business owners manage their business, such as planning activities and business financial analysis in order to maximize the use of business capital properly. The problems that occur at CV.Nana Beautyskin are problems in managing transaction data due to the large number of transactions that occur so that carelessness often occurs in the form of transactions that are not recorded or missed, because until now the recording is only based on manual book records that are carried out every day, so that feels less efficient when the transaction is busy. Based on these problems, the authors provide a solution in the form of developing a beauty clinic application as an Android-based transaction manager, in order to be able to record transactions directly every time there is a transaction activity. Application development uses the prototype development method. The application development process has several stages, namely requirements analysis, system design, prototype development, evaluation, implementation and system testing. Based on the iteration that is carried out 2 times, a total of 32 needs with 4 types of actors are obtained. Implementation using the Java programming language on android applications. Tests carried out in the form of unit testing based on 3 test samples, integration produced valid results, validation testing obtained 100% valid from 68 test cases, non-functional in the form of usability testing using the SUS method (System Usability Scale) got a value of 78 obtained from 17 respondents and compatibility get the results that the application can run well on the Android operating system starting from Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat, Oreo, Pie and Q.

Abstract

The Islamic Learning Application with the Android-based Quiz method is an Islamic religious learning application using the quiz method. There are multiple-choice quizzes, true-false quizzes, materials, work statistics, and work progress. A total of 27 respondents out of 35 respondents said that taking a quiz about Islam could help them learn Islam. From the questionnaire, the researcher makes a problem formulation that contains what the functional and non-functional requirements of the application are and whether these needs can be realized in an Android-based application. In this study, the waterfall method is used in developing its application. At the requirements analysis stage, a general description of the system will be identified, user identification, functional requirements analysis which is also depicted in use case diagrams and use case scenarios, and non-functional requirements. At the design stage, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, operation design, data design, and interface design will become a guide in implementing the application. At the implementation stage, the system implementation and interface implementation will be explained. After the application has been completed, there is a testing phase. This testing phase goes through two tests, validity testing and usability testing. In testing the validity, black box testing is used, and the results are 100% valid. In the usability test, the System Usability Scale (SUS) is used. The System Usability Scale test results obtained a total SUS score of 927.5 and an average SUS of 77.29. This category was classified as acceptable, in the good category, and classified as having a sufficient predicate.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Directorate General of Higher Education urges learning activity to be done from home. Learning activities during the pandemic at SD Negeri Wates were carried out through a messaging service application on Android devices. More than 70% of teachers at SD Negeri Wates do not have laptops to support the learning process and 98.5% of students use Android devices. The absence of face-to-face interaction during the pandemic has reduced student scores and 17-28% of students admitted they did not understand the material given. Teachers also have difficulty in preparing K13 report cards, recapitulating student assignments, and obtaining and disseminating school information. The purpose of this research is to develop a mobile learning application by adjusting the needs and providing ease of operation. The method that will be used is Mobile-D because Mobile-D has flexible agile-like properties and is a suitable methodology for making mobile applications with a team of fewer than 10 people and the process can be done in less than 10 weeks. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the research conducted, the user's assessment of the application with an average score of 83.9 on the teacher side and 87.3 on the student side. This figure proves that the application has excellent effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Abstract

Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MK-NN) has been widely used to classify various types of objects. In carrying out the classification, MK-NN calculates the distance k closest neighbors in the training data. The difference between K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and M-KNN is found in the process of calculating the validity of all training data and weight voting. The MK-NN algorithm calculation stage is calculating the distance between training data, calculating the value of the training data validity, calculating the distance between the training data and test data, and calculating weight voting. The biggest weight voting results taken are the number of K used. From the weighted voting results, the class of the largest weight voting value is the disease class from the test data. Potato plant data (Solanum tuberosum L) were used as many as 115 training data and test data with 7 types of diseases and 23 disease symptoms. The accuracy of this system depends on the k value and the total training data used. Big value of K make small the accuracy because the validity value obtained is smaller. The more training data used, the higher the accuracy because the difference between Euclidian grades between classes is greater. The best system accuracy is obtained from the value of k = 4 and total training data of 45 is 97.142857%.

Abstract

Lalapan Ala Dewi Restaurant inventory management still uses conventional notes and reports. The number of branches and the need for raw ingredients of each branch becomes a weakness for the conventional way when managing the supply of raw ingredients. Such weaknesses affect the performance of each branch because it often runs out of raw ingredient supplies. A web-based raw ingredient inventory management system is needed to help with the problem. The raw ingredient inventory management system will record the raw ingredient inventory and report of each branch. The system is designed with a waterfall model method and uses an object-oriented approach. After the system was developed, the system was tested with white-box testing techniques and black-box testing techniques. The result of this research was raw ingredient inventory management system.

Abstract

Swimming is a sport which done in water, either in fresh water or sea water. There is somewhat problem in choosing a swimming pool based in people's interest due to many available swimming pools in Malang city. Each swimmer in a group who had different preference on swimming pool also complicates the process of choosing pool among groups.There are three factors which affects people's interest in choosing swimming pool such as distance, ticket price, and pool's rating. Therefore, the solution to choosing swimming pool is by developing an Android based group decision support system. The system generates swimming pool group recommendation using Topsis Borda method. The system also uses criterias such as distance, ticket price, and pool's rating as reference for Topsis method. Distance criteria provided by measuring distance between user's location and swimming pool's location using GPS, thus the developed application is a location based service. The generated recommendations displays informations such as pool's name, a photo, distance between user and pools, ticket price, and pool's rating. Blacbox testing on implemented system reached 100% of functional validity. Algorithm validation testing is considered to be valid because the manual count and implemented Topsis Borda method count in the system shows the same results. Lastly, the usability testing on the implemented system obtained 84.5 score from five respondents. That score shows that system is on B grade, with user acceptance category as acceptable, and adjective rating as excellent on SUS Score.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the holy book which is owned by Muslims. This book is the main reference in living life for Muslims throughout the world. In order to become a good Muslim, each person must practice the contents of the Al-Qur'an. Before being able to practice it, of course a Muslim must be able to read and understand the contents of the Al-Quran. The process of learning to read the Al-Qur'an requires a lot of time and also a teacher as a guide. Regular practice is one solution so that the learning process to read the Al-Qur'an can be completed quickly. However, the teacher as a guide cannot always be there to accompany a student in learning to read the Al-Qur'an. From these problems, the author offers a way, namely an error detection application in reading the Al-Qur'an that can be used as a student training medium without time constraints. The writer developed this application using the Jaro Winkler Distance method as a method of comparison and assessing reading errors. This application makes use of Google's Speech Recognition to convert the voice input entered by the user to the depth of Arabic text. The results of the conversion in the form of Arabic text will be compared with the original text from the Qur'an using the Jaro Winkler Distance method. At the testing stage, the authors found that this method was very incompatible with the object of the Qur'an because the results of the accuracy testing carried out were very low.

Abstract

The heart is a vital organ that pumps blood throughout the body. A healthy heart beats neither too fast nor too slow, normally 60-100 times per minute. A heart that beats too fast up to 120-300 times a minute is called tachycardia. Ventricular tachycardia (VT) is a tachycardia that occurs in the ventricles if it lasts for a long time, can lead to congestive heart failure and death. Deaths caused by heart and blood vessels are in the highest rank in the category of non-communicable diseases, based on The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME). To prevent an increase in deaths from heart disease, the public is expected to be vigilant by checking their heart health from an early age. Cardiac examinations can only be done at health care service, therefore the aim of this study is to build a system that can detect VT that can be done alone anywhere. To build the system, the AD8232 module is used as a signal conditioner and Arduino Uno as a microcontroller. VT heart defects can be seen from the shape of the QRS signal and the rate of the heartbeat. The parameters to be used are the RR interval and the area under QRS. The classification method uses k-NN because this method is suitable if only a few parameters and data are used. From the research results obtained 90,47% accuracy for k = 3 and k = 5, 95,23% for k = 7.
