Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed human life, especially changes habits in using technology. However, nowadays, the use of technology, especially information technology, is increasing along with the increasing curiosity about COVID-19 information. The existence of Social Networking Sites (SNS) provides convenience for users to find and obtain the desired information. The use of Social Networking Sites (SNS) not only has a positive impact but also have a negative impact. Through this research, it can be proven that Social Networking Sites (SNS) can have a negative impact on their users. This study also aims to find out how information overload can occur in Social Networking Sites (SNS) users and how information anxiety and discontinuous usage can occur in Social Networking Sites (SNS) users who experience information overload. The research data was obtained using a qualitative analysis method using a semi-structured interview technique targeted at Social Networking Sites (SNS) users who feel information overload due to COVID-19 information. These data were analyzed using the stages of thematic analysis. The findings in this study resulted in seven categories, namely SNS characteristic, information overload, SNS characteristics causing information overload, information anxiety, information overload causing information anxiety, discontinuous usage, information overload causing discontinuous usage.

Abstract

Waste is a universal problem. According to World Bank, there would be 3,4 billion tonnes of waste annually in 2050. To reduce waste in Indonesia landfills there are scavengers that sort the recyclable waste from the organic ones manually, but their capacity is limited. To increase the sorting rate there should be a sorting machine right from the source, which is civilian homes, or offices. To create such machine the writer will produce a sorting machine for organic waste and recyclable waste using the Resnet50 method. To train the Resnet50 model the writer use a dataset from Kaggle which consist of 22500 training and testing data. The Resnet50 model will be trained using 20 epochs with learning rate of 0,001 for the first 10 epoch and a learning rate of 0,0001 for the next 10 epochs, which resulted in a model with 99% accuration, 3% loss, 96% accuration validation, and 12% loss validation. The machine will then be tested with different object to camera lengths starting from 16 cm, 18 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm, and 26 cm. The best accuration is gained from the length of 20 cm and 22 cm with 85% accuration and overall average classification time of 1,17 seconds.

Abstract

Wulan Store is one of the food shops in Boyolali City that provides a variety of daily basic needs that serve retail and wholesale sales. In addition, this store also provides services for the delivery of goods ordered by customers to the desired address. However, until now ordering goods and buying and selling transactions are still done manually, namely visiting the store and paying directly. The mechanism for payment and ordering of goods is not yet effective, because it causes long queues at the store. To make buying and selling transactions easier at the Wulan Store, a sales application that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway was developed. Customers will find it easier to make payments without having to confirm to the admin, as well as make it easier to order goods without having to come directly to the store. In doing development, analysis and design are needed to determine functional and non-functional requirements on the system, namely using UML diagrams and database design using Physical Data Model (PDM). The development of this system is carried out using the waterfall model, CodeIgniter framework, MySQL DBMS. The test is carried out using the blackbox testing method to get 100% valid results, which means the system can run in accordance with the specified requirements analysis, compatibility testing obtains that the system is compatible so that it can be run on various types of browsers, System Usability Scale (SUS) which obtains the final calculation results. usability evaluation with an average SUS value of 78. This shows that the usability level of the Wulan Store sales application can be accepted and used easily by users.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia, many community activities are carried out at home. At that time, people often expressed their concerns through social media. One of the popular social media is Twitter which has a Tweets feature. Indonesian people who use Twitter use Tweets to write various opinions on the situation caused by COVID-19, be it government policies, vaccines, new variants of COVID-19 and so on. The diversity of these Tweets can be reflected in a section or group based on the context of the Tweets. The results of grouping Tweets can get opinions that are often expressed by the public about COVID-19. Where the results of the analysis can be used as reference material for the government in making policies during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this grouping using the BM25 method as a weighting and measuring Tweets. And K-Means Clustering where this algorithm is used. The results of the analysis and testing show that the number of terms must be reduced because the number of terms is a description of the many features used. a major feature that causes the BM25 method to be unable to distinguish the data. With the number of terms 20, parameters BM25 k1 = 1.2 and b = 0.5 and with a value of K = 3 will get the highest Silhouette Coefficient value, which is 0.3003

Abstract

Dapur Kitchen is a micro-business that sells frozen foods in the form of Chicken Nuggets. Kitchen Lilis wants to add new products according to the interests of prospective buyers. However, Kitchen Lilis does not yet know the fact that prospective buyers want frozen food products like what. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on frozen food predictions based on data obtained on the Shopee page with frozen food category products. Data obtained a total of 140 data and made decision trees with data partitions 80% training data and 20% test data. The method used is Random Forest and applies the C4.5 Algorithm to each subtree formed. The rule model has an accuracy value of 0.73 for training data and 0.78 for test data. From the calculation of algorithm C4.5 manual use of preservatives has the most influence and from the rule model as many as three subtree, on the first rule of raw material quality, the second rule of the use of MSG, and the third rule of the use of preservatives. The results of the next classification are visualized into a dashboard and to predict products based on features can be executed on a prediction application. Both outputs from the study were tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and had a value of 90 which belonged to the category "A" which means the system can be well received by Dapur Lilis.

Abstract

SMK Prajnaparamita Malang is a private vocational school that has expertise programs in hospitality accommodation, beauty and pharmacy. During the pandemic, this SMK must carry out the online teaching and learning process using several learning platforms at once. The use of multiple platforms at once makes it difficult for teachers and students because they have to adapt to the platforms used. This study aims to design a user experience of a learning management system that contains all the features of the platform that was previously used using the Design Thinking Method. Design Thinking has 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The solution design that has been made will then be tested using the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) to determine the usability value of the user interface design created by the researcher. The purpose of making this PSSUQ questionnaire is to find out what users feel after using the solution design and whether the solution design has solved the user's problem. The results of the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) resulted in a score on the overall subscale obtained a score of 1.81, system usability obtained a value of 1.87, information quality obtained a value of 1.97 and interface quality obtained a value of 1.49. This value indicates if the system is good and satisfies the user in terms of usability, information quality and the quality of the user interface display.

Abstract

Angkutan kota is public transportation that can carry out mobility at affordable prices, but angkot operations generally do not have special infrastructure and angkot does not have a communication system or notification about the state of the next stop, the behavior of angkot drivers often stops at inappropriate places to wait for passengers causing inefficiency on this transport. It is different with Bus Rapid Transit, which has infrastructure and communication systems but cannot reach certain places that angkot can reach. The purpose of this research is to design, adapt, test, and find out whether the adaptation of the concept of Bus Rapid Transit can be applied to angkot. This research is useful to provide an overview of the adaptation of the BRT system concept by adapting the driver assist and automation and passenger information aspects to be applied to Angkots with a notification mechanism for passengers at the halte and information on the estimated time of the Angkot arrival so that the driver gets assists automatically regarding this information. The system is implemented as a prototype of a central system, angkot and halte system, the system can relay multi-hoping angkot arrival information using the ESPNOW delivery protocol and send passenger notifications published by the halte to the central system with the MQTT delivery protocol on the 802.11 communication network. The result is that the prototype can detect passengers at the bus stop then send notifications and can relay messages in multi-hop between halte.

Abstract

Distribution is the process of distributing products or services to other parties. Bebicare is an organic baby food product produced by PT. ANUGERAH JAYA MANDIRI. One of the branches of this company is Bebicare Sidoarjo branch. It has 25 outlets that sell products for two and a half hours every day. In the delivery process, there is often a delay in the arrival of products to outlets which results in switching customers to competing products and decreasing sales turnover. The purpose of this study was to find the optimal distribution route for Bebicare products. The method used in the process of finding the optimal distribution route for Bebicare products is to use a genetic algorithm. First, enter the distance data, then the data will be processed using a genetic algorithm, after which the results will be obtained in the form of a distribution route for the Bebicare product. From this study, optimal parameters were obtained in the form of a population of 190, a combination of Cr 0.6 Mr. 0.4, the generations 1150, and the shortest total distance of 118.25 kilometers. The program result route is more optimal than the original route because it has a shorter distance.

Abstract

The use of Social Network Sites (SNS) is increasing to find information during the social restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The information available on SNS will help individuals understand the situation as it occurs and review preventive measures. However, the information available in several sources can be risky and have a negative impact on SNS users to affect the psychological well-being of users and encourage the emergence of information anxiety. This study aims to identify the factors that can encourage the emergence of information anxiety in SNS users during the COVID-19 pandemic by looking at the effects of two overload factors, namely system feature overload and information overload using the Covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) analysis method. The results of the study prove that only one of the two research hypotheses that can be accepted, namely information overload affects information anxiety in users, while the system feature overload hypothesis affects information anxiety in SNS users is rejected. Therefore, this shows that information overload has been proven to encourage the emergence of information anxiety, while system feature overload has not been proven to encourage the emergence of information anxiety in SNS users during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The Soekarno-Hatta Airport Class I Aviation Health Office (AHO) is a government institution tasked with validating COVID-19 negative test result (CNTR) documents, which is one of the prerequisites for boarding a flight. At one point, there have been forgeries made to such documents, which passed the manual and offline validation process done by AHO. To solve this problem, the writer try to devise an Information System for Verification of Swab Test Result Authenticity, which performs the validation automatically and online, so that flying can be safer from the risk of COVID-19 spread. The system was built by using the prototype development method, which consists of several stages, including data collection, requirements analysis, prototype building, prototype evaluation, system design, system implementation and system testing. Based on iterations done, there were 13 requirements identified from 2 actors, COVID-19 testing labs, AHO and system admin. Implementation was done using the javascript programming framework ReactJS and NodeJS. System testing was divided into four stages which consist of unit testing with 3 samples, integration testing to produce valid results, validation testing to obtain valid results from test cases, and non-functional testing in the form of usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method that obtained a point of 73,46 from 15 respondents.
