Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network is a wireless networking technology that connects multiple sensor nodes into a single network that work together to perform specific functions and objectives. In a network there is a set of rules that underlie the performance of the network itself, the rule is called protocol. OLSR is one of the proactive routing protocols. Unlike the LSR, the OLSR protocol applies the Multi Point Relay (MPR) mechanism to prevent duplicate message reception. In this research the implementation of OLSR protocol on Arduino Pro Mini and NRF24L01 is done to see how OLSR protocol performance in Arduino device and NRF24L01. The implementation will be divided based on the package message according to OLSR protocol. The results of this study indicate that the OLSR protocol can be implemented in Arduino Pro Mini and NRF24L01 devices. The results of this study indicate that the OLSR protocol can be implemented well on base station nodes and node sensing, which consists of Arduino Pro Mini and NRF24L01 devices. The packages used on the system are HELLO, MPR packets, mpr_info packets and sensor data packets. In addition, in the system there are several processes that update the routing table, forwarding and MPR node selection. Tests for HELLO packets, MPR packets and data sensor packets overall have a 100% success percentage. In addition, the authors also tested the convergence time of the protocol with an average value of 46002,9ms.

Abstract

Kutai Timber Indonesia Kota Probolinggo is a manufacturing company focusing on a timber production and marketing in Indonesia. In such a large company, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is definetly used to support the business process. In fact, there is a certain deviation from what is expected to happen and what is actually happened. This deviation might lead to fraud. Because of this, evaluation should be done so that this deviation will not harm the company. In this case, the evaluation is done by extracting event log from the ERP using Disco Tools and ProM Tools and implementing Process Mining as a method. It was found that there are 46 cases do not match the SOP from total 68 cases received in a month. The evaluation results show that the SOP model has fitness 0.88 and structural appropriateness 1.0 because the generated model is derived from YAWL simulation, so the process flow fits to the expected business process. Meanwhile, the model which is generated from event log ERP system has fitness 0.81 and structural appropriateness 0.421 because the activity contained in ERP has many variations and inconsistencies such as repetitive activities, deleted activities, and inserted activities, so that the model can not fully described all traces in the event log.

Abstract

Twitter is one of the most widely used social media today. Besides being used as a social media, Twitter is also used to read news. Every year Twitter users have increased, so that information is also increasing. Increased information causes users who want to look for a certain information to experience difficulties. To solve the problem, news categorization is required. This study use Improved Naive Bayes method to categorize tweets by news contents. In Improved Naive Bayes posterior value will be calculated after the word is done by weighting using Bernoulli representation or by 1 and 0. This study use eight categories of news in Indonesia, which are: economy, entertainment, sports, technology, health, food, automotive, and travel. Based on the results of tests that have been done this study obtain precision value of 0.962961, recall 0.789164 and f-measure of 0.862973.

Abstract

WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) is a connection contained sensor node or actuator, gateway, and client. WSN can be implemented using Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is a protocol that runs on TCP/IP, where the sensor node connected to the server through the gateway as an intermediary client and server. Message Queue Telemetry Transport - Sensor Network (MQTT-SN) is way to solve the problem. In MQTT-SN have a feature that used to make a move client's state is Sleeping Client. In feature sleeping client there are several states are active, disconnect, asleep, awake, and lost. System in this research there are 2 client which consists of microcontroller Arduino Nano, module of NRF24L01, and sensor. And a gateway which consists of microcontroller Arduino Nano and module of NRF24L01. Client devices will search a gateway for communicate with gateway, after connect with the gateway, client will send data sensor and messages for changes states in sleeping client feature. Result from testing of system, client succeed to changes states and can send data sensor use a client device and a gateway device although use 2 client devices and a gateway device.

Abstract

JD.id is one of online retail shop which give the conveniences for its customers to purchasing their needs. JD.id still receive many complains about the website's usability such as information discrepancies on the website, inconsistence language usage, and difficulties in understanding information on the website. This research was conducted to determine the quality of JD.id website service towards customer retention based on ISO 9241-11, regarding the influences of Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables individually or collectively. The data of this study gathered using questionnaires as research instrument. The questionnaire consist of 27 statements that took sample of 100 respondents. The results shows that Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables individually or collectively have effects the customer retention, when the three variables are increasing it will influence the customer loyalty to use the site. Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction variables collectively influenced about 44,6% to Customer Retention. The results of this study will give recommendations to the content, preparation and ease of reading information, links and navigations indicators.

Abstract

People often crossing the road that isn't in the right place, they do any ways to get to their destination immediately, both riders and pedestrians haven't any awareness of safety in traffic. This can be triggering an accident and also can cause the death. Especially for parents who neglect to keep their children and let them play as they like without parents' control, so unconsciously the danger can threaten the children safety. In this research was done the development of educational game for crossing the roads in different and exciting ways through the application of game technology by using natural interaction called NUI i.e. Kinect technology, where it became an advantage for early childhood that playing the game with a natural movement without needed to touch or use a game controller. Fun testing results in this study was obtained from the questionnaires which was filled out by the testers and calculated through the calculation of Likert-scale index interpretation was obtained the result that the overall game presented was 76%, the game's display was 100%, the fun element in the game was 84%, and the difficulty level of the game was 72%.

Abstract

Along with the growing number of Indonesian population, also raises the competition in looking for work. The limited job vacancy impacts the increasing number of unemployed every year. Until February 2016, the labor force in Indonesia reached 127 million people with an overall unemployment rate of 5.5% or 7 million people. To overcome this increasing number of unemployment, needed step solution that is in the form of decision support for entrepreneurship. Decision support systems can be used to recommend an entrepreneur for unemployment or everyone. AHP method and TOPSIS method is one of the methods of decision support system that can be combined with calculating the weight of criterion using AHP method then continued by calculating the value of preference for ranking from entrepreneurial alternative using TOPSIS method. The AHP-TOPSIS method will recommend the results of 3 entrepreneurs with the highest preference value. In accordance with the test results, that these application can help to recommend entrepreneurs in helping decisions support for user to choose an entrepreneur.

Abstract

On this research, author will design a bot that will run on raspberry pi and can be used to read sensor value on raspberry pi by using dynamic learning system.On its usage this bot will run on social media that named Discord and user can give some commands on server chatbox so bot can running. On implementation, this bot already been tested its function and every case that tested can work properly and declared successful.On accuracy test, obtained average error pecentage with LM35 sensor 0.541% and on HY-SRF05 sensor 3.387%. Average execution time test with temperature sensor LM35 on learn command 545.54ms, cmd command 8.007ms and forgot command 1.07ms. Average execution time test with ultrasonic sensor HY-SRF05 on learn command are 661.65ms, cmd command 5.42ms and forgot command 1.24ms. Average execution time test with LDR sensor on learn command are 646.20ms, cmd command 5.43ms and forgot command 1.31ms.

Abstract

Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) in conducting weather forecast, climate and earth activities using weather monitoring equipments. Due to weather monitoring equipment limited access, means that not everyone can know the names, functions, and how the equipment works. Based on these problem, the development on the surround screen projection based virtual reality (VR) application, began. This application simulates the environment of monitoring equipment park which include the 3D objects of weather monitoring equipments. The data was collected by observing the weather monitoring equipments on BMKG station, to collect the photograph as reference for making 3D object and explanation of the equipments as reference for making narrative audio. 3D objects and narrative audio that has been created then gathered in a virtual reality (VR) environment and implemented into the form of Android applications. Usability testing from this application gets a range values from Good to Very Good and also the level of success in performing the task gets a range of 80-100%. Performance tests show frame rate values with range of 35-56 fps. Meanwhile, white box and black box testing prove this application has been in accordance with the design process. It can be concluded that VR BMKG application can add more insight and give a comfortable access to weather, climate and earth information especially on weather monitoring equipments owned by BMKG.

Abstract

This study discusses the acceptance of Windows 10 as operating system for desktop. This study is based on the seven constructs of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) from Venkatesh et al. (2012) without moderate constructs who processed with Structural Equation Model (SEM). The respondents were teenage users in Indonesia. The result showed that effort expectancy, facilitating condition and price value do not have a significant positive impact on behavioral intentions while performance expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation and habit had a significant positive effect on behavior intention. On the other hand, facilitating condition and habit factors influence use behavior while behavior intention do not have a positive impact on use behaviour to use Windows 10.
