Abstract

The funding decision is basically concerned with the selection of the source of funds by thecompany. There are a number of risks that affect the company's performance to beconsidered by the parties, namely the risk of macro-economic and micro-economic risks. Thisstudy aims to determine and prove the influence of operational policy and funding decisionson the financial performance of local water company in the city of Malang.Based on the theory and the results of previous research, this study uses the variableoperational decisions comparison between the results of Sales by Total Assets, andcomparisons between the results of the sales receivables. While the funding decisions usingindicators and debt ratio Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Furthermore, the company'sfinancial performance variables using ROI and ROE indicators. The analysis in this studyuses multiple regression analysis to determine the independent variables and the dependentvariable population in this study is the monthly financial reports by local water companiesMalang starting in 2008 until the year 2010 that collected 36 observations.Based on the analysis of the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that the threehypotheses stated previously proved significant. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Dental Polyclinic General Hospital Blood Dompu. Asample of 78 patients who came to the Dental Polyclinic General Hospital Blood Dompu,and analysis tools using multiple linear regression with SPSS software, the researcherswanted to analyze the influence of patient behavior, quality of care and patient satisfactionwith patient loyalty.The results showed that the quality of service is the variable that most influence the loyalty ofpatients, with a regression coefficient of 0.6739 points. While other variables that affectpatient loyalty is the behavior of the patient and patient satisfaction with each regressioncoefficient of 0.5922 and 0.3362. These results prove that patients would prefer the DentalPolyclinic service quality and satisfaction than their behavior.Keywords: behavior, quality of service, satisfaction, loyality.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to examine the value of the firm education institution Sorong city.This study used data from financial statement of the education institution Sorong city. Thisstudy also used sixty month financial statement as the sample. Field research was applied,data collection uses documentation technique. There is one statistical analysis used in thisstudy, that is double regression linier with SPPS software. This study is used to analysisthree variables, those are Financial Policy, Financial Performance and value of the firm.The result of this study found that Financial Policy and financial performance influence tovalue of the firm during 2006 – 2010. The result also show that financial performanceinfluence value of the firm more than Financial Policy is influencing value of the firm.Key words : Financial Policy, Financial Performance and value of the firm

Abstract

Micro small medium enterprises (MSME) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy,and even the world. The purposed of this study was to test empirically the effect ofinnovation on the competitive advantages of MSME sector food and beverage industry inBandung Raya. The research used explanatory research to clarify the relationshipbetween the study variables and test hypotheses. The sampling technique used is randomsampling proportionate area. The sample used in the study amounted to 152 owners ofMSME. Abstract

Researchers are particularly interested in the study of this journal to talk about importantissues and to update you about the relationship between the two countries, and discuss therelationship between economic growth (economic growth) and innovation (innovation) thatis emerging. This time, researchers really like to discuss two policy tools (policy) used by theIndonesian government to promote economic growth through innovation: the rights ofintellectual property private (private intellectual property rights) and the competition isbased on the market (market-based competition) , Promoting innovation with the terms usedby the President of the 'creative economy' is very important as a goal for the community, oneof two things that are very well known or liked by our government. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure how the performance of PT. BPRS ArthaPamenang in 2015 as measured by the method of balance scorecard. This research isdescriptive quantitative research with a sample of 30 respondents 30 respondents employeesand customers. The method of analysis used validity and reliability. Results from this studyis that the performance of the financial perspective PT. BPRS Artha Pamenang in 2015 isquite good, the performance of the customer's perspective is good, from the point of view ofinternal business process perspective is considered good, the performance of learning andgrowth perspective is quite good. It can be concluded that the performance of PT. BPRSArtha Pamenang for 2015 is good.Keywords: performance measurement, balance scorecard.

Abstract

Management approach strategy into a comprehensive approach in achieving the company'scompetitive advantage. Companies no longer viewed from one aspect, but on the wholeaspect or dimension within the company. Abstract

In increasing the quality of human resources, corporate can implement total qualitymanagement (TQM), by which an employee should do a job better, more effective and moreefficient in producing the products with high quality and competitive price. The researchaims to identify the implementation process of TQM, and its influence toward the quality ofhuman resources. The result showed the variables of TQM (that is, employees role, employerrole, relations of employer and employees, organizational aspects, and environ employees,organization aspects, and environmental aspects) are simultaneously have a significantinfluence toward the quality of human resources in PR.
