The purpose of this research; 1) to identify and analyze cash flow and working capital turnover variables which have a partial effect on liquidity; 2) to identify and analyze working capital turnover variables which have partial effect on liquidity; 3) to identify and analyze cash flow and working capital turnover variables that simultaneously influence the liquidity of the Company. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling method with certain criteria (researchers). Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be seen that 1) cash flow and working capital turnover have a partial effect on liquidity in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2017, 2) Cash flow and working capital turnover simultaneously affect liquidity in the Company 3 ) Cash flow has a dominant effect on liquidity at Telecommunication Companies.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Accounting Information and IPO Underpricing on Firm Value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 - 2017. Population & sample in this study were all companies that conducted Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2017 with 3 year intervals totaling 105 companies. The population that meets the criteria to be sampled is 70 companies. The research method used in this study is using the Warp-PLS. The results showed that the effect of (1) Accounting Information on Firm Value is positive and significant (2) IPO Underpricing on Firm Value is negative and significant.

Micro small medium enterprises (MSME) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, and even the world. The purposed of this study was to test empirically the effect of information technology on performances MSME sector food and beverage industry in Bandung Raya. The research used explanatory research to clarify the relationship between the study variables and test hypotheses. The sampling technique used is random sampling proportionate area. The sample used in the study amounted to 152 owners of MSME. The results of the study are significant effect on the performances MSME of information technology. Information. Technology information related skills during this covid-19 pandemic are very important for the survival of the community. Not only can it be used for business, but also to support distance learning and another activities.

Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the business world, many countries have improved recession. This crisis requires every business or company must conduct its business wheels, one of them by doing products or services. Design according to thought can be done by design methods. This article discusses the application design that thinks with real case studies and observations. From this research it can be concluded that design thinking is very relevant to be applied in a crisis era, and even agreed to be a consideration for every business or company to use and apply this method.

Discipline is a factor needed to improve employee performance in a company / agency. To improve discipline, it is necessary to first examine what factors influence discipline. The purpose of this study was to analyze and prove work motivation and leadership towards employee work discipline at the UPT Road, Bridge and Road Complement Maintenance (UPT Bina Marga Pagak) in Pagak District, Malang Regency. This research was conducted at the UPT Road, Bridge and Road Complement Maintenance (UPT Bina Marga Pagak) in Pagak Subdistrict, Malang Regency, by taking samples with data enhancement methods by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees. This type of research is explanatory research. The research method used is multiple linear regression test, coefficient determination test, t test and F test. The partial results of the analysis show that motivation has a positive effect on discipline and leadership which has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. There is a positive influence simultaneously between motivation and leadership on the work discipline of the employees of the UPT Road, Bridge and Road Complementary Maintenance (UPT Bina Marga Pagak). And it can be ignored that the variables that work motivation and employee leadership have a significant effect on employee work discipline at the UPT Road, Bridge and Road Complementary Maintenance Office (UPT Bina Marga Pagak). Based on the conditions that occur in the field, this study produces recommendations for future work improvements related to improving employee discipline, so it is important for companies to pay attention to the leadership factor of the company leadership itself. In addition, meeting the needs of employees in order to motivate employees must also pay attention to increasing employee work discipline

This study aims to determine the structure of liquidity assets, the size of the company, profitability partially and simultaneously significant effect on the capital structure of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method, namely the selection of sample companies during the study period based on certain criteria in order to obtain a sample of 13 companies. The results showed that partially the effect of asset structure on capital structure in line with signal theory, liquidity did not have a significant effect on capital structure. Firm size does not have a significant effect on capital structure. The effect of profitability on capital structure is in accordance with the pecking-order theory. Simultaneous or joint testing shows that all independent variables, namely asset structure, liquidity, company size, and profitability have a significant influence on capital structure.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job placement variables on employee job performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 50 respondents according to the population in the research object. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. The research results prove that the independent variable in this study is the Job Placement variable (X) which has a positive and significant effect on the Job Performance variable (Y).

Ethics is a norm or a rule to regulate everything to make perfectness in a system, or a norm (a rule) is used as a guidance in applying or conducting of employees or someone (everyone) correlated with good or bad manners. This ethics is commonly used in a business or profession. The Implementation of this ethics which is named ‘ethic code’ has some goals, those are : stimulate moral awareness with its limitations for employers or entrepreneur to execute their businesses to get along with their visions and missions ; also improved and to make a good climate in their operations. To reach subtely professional business of course, it outlook must be broaden, not only realistic practice but must be idealistic one. Business is not only how to create profits, but how to server customers, because profits are only symbols of society trusts. It means, because the society or community feel their requirements well provided by the company, so they will like or prefer its product (service) well, beside that they are satisfied by them. To make the business subtlety and develop, the managers or employers should be getting along with ethics applied by some developed countries. They adapt and adopt some good total quality management by using 5 steps or concepts, are : (1) Continously Improvement (2) Empowering of Employee (3) Benchmarking (4) Just-in Time (5) Knowledge of tools.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether leadership and occupational health safety (K3) have a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang, and also to determine which variables have dominant influence on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra. Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the method applied, it can be seen that the leadership factor has a partially significant effect on employee performance while the occupational health safety (K3) factor does not have a partial significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the leadership and occupational health safety (K3) factors simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the leadership factor has a more dominant effect on employee performance because it has a partially and simultaneously significant effect than the occupational health safety (K3) factor which only has a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of incentives and motivations of work partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of madiun city election commission. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The research population is all employees of the Madiun City Electoral Commission (KPU) of 46 people. The sampling techniques in this study used census methods or with saturated sampling techniques. Research instruments are questionnaires that have tested their validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: (1) Incentives partially affect the performance of employees of madiun city election commission. (2) Work motivation partially affects the performance of employees of madiun city election commission. (3) Incentives and motivation of work simultaneously affect the performance of employees of madiun city election commission.
