Abstract

Without realizing it, the development of the child's character does not appear spontaneously. There is a process that is experienced and passed, one of which is the development phase. The earliest character development period is for early childhood. How important are parents to notice the formation of the character of the early childhood they have. When talking about the formation of early childhood characters, we become reminded of the environmental and family factors that are close to the child. In this article, the author wants to discuss about the process of character building early childhood in three elements; family, school, and community. Based on the results of the study conducted, the authors found that the process of forming the character of early childhood, beginning from the family, then followed by the school, and the community followed by these early childhood. This community includes the play community, the tutoring community or the talent development course institution that the early childhood participates in. But, the main determining factor is the family as the smallest and first community for the children.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to improve children's learning motivation through the implementaion of Whole Brain Teaching and to describe the improvement of children's learning motivation through the implementation of Whole Brain Teaching. This research is a classroom action research, then research subjects consisted of 18 students at TK Aisyiyah 1 Tanggulangin, especially group A. The location of this research is in TK Aisyiyah 1 Tanggulangin. Data collection technique is done by observation. The results show that the implementation of Whole Brain Teaching method can improve the learning motivation of students at TK Aisyiyah 1 Tanggulangin. It  can be seen from the improvement of children's learning motivation from the state of the 33% grade completeness score in the pre cycle, up to 56% in cycle I, then 83% grade mastery score in cycle II. So in accordance with the level of completeness of the action that the score of 75% -100% is in very good qualifications and the implementation of the action declared successful

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap masalah bahwa pembelajaran siswa TK Adzkia V Padang dalam nilai-nilai agama berdasarkan masih rendah. Sementara itu, nilai-nilai agama adalah salah satu aspek yang perlu dirangsang dalam mengajar siswa TK di kelas B. Masalah yang ditemukan di lapangan adalah: 1) Hanya 5 anak yang dapat sembahyang dan 11 siswa lainnya tidak dapat berdoa dan mengangkat tangan mereka sambil berdoa. 2) Dalam praktek sholat 6 anak dapat melakukan dengan baik sedangkan 10 anak lainnya melakukan sholat yang terburu-buru bahkan berteriak-teriak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan nilai-nilai agama melalui metode nyanyi dalam mengajar siswa TK B Adzkia V Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (action research) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Desain setiap siklus dilakukan dalam 5 pelajaran melalui empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Dengan demikian, data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan nilai agama anak cukup signifikan hingga mencapai 90% dan penelitian dinyatakan berhasil. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian metode nyanyi dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai agama anak-anak di taman kanak-kanak B Adzkia V Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of early child social intelligence based on the dominant mother pattern in the family. This research is very important to know the social development of early childhood as a whole. Social intelligence is enough to determine the ability of early childhood to foster self-concept and control emotions in order to adjust themselves in the social environment. The development of social intelligence is also strongly influenced by the upbringing and encouragement of the mother, the extent to which the success of mother's upbringing is the extent of mother's involvement and role in the lives of her children. Each mother has her own way of helping her children grow. The formulation of the research problem is how the influence of mother care pattern toward social intelligence of early child in Kenanga Kindergarten of West Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative research method by using observation and interview instruments, while data analysis using data reduction phase, data model, and conclusion. The results obtained that mother care pattern to educate children in kindergarten Kenanga is democratic and permissive parenting in developing social intelligence early childhood in West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Pursuant to report result Research Into The Elementary Health (RISKESDAS) 2010 indicating that baby getting ASI ekslusif in Indonesia only 15,3%, while goals of national of coverage of gift of ASI ekslusif of equal to 80%. This research aim to know the education, knowledge, work, age and information from health worker with the gift of ASI Ekslusif. this Desain Research is analytic survey with the approach of cross sectional. Population in this research is Mother having age baby 6-11 month in the Village Petapahan in The Area of Tapung Maintenance Health Center of March period 2013. Technique of Intake sampel is simple random sampling that is as much 56 people. This research is conducted at date of 21-24 June 2013, with the research instrument in the form of kuisioner. Analyse the data used by is Univariat and Bivariate, by using Test of Chi-Square and Yet Correction. Result of research got by frequency of gift of ASI Ekslusif in the Village Petapahan in The Area of Tapung Maintenance Health Center of equal to 41%. P Value of each variable is 0,002, 0,008, 0,758, 0,064 and 0,001. Variable of which deal with gift of ASI Ekslusif that is education, knowledge and information from health worker. While variable which do not correlate is work and mother age .

Abstract

This research begins with the finding that children in the Tuanku Tambusai Play Group tend to experience obstacles in their emotional-social development. On observations made do not look like children are willing to play with peers in one group, the child still shows ego or self-winding attitude, the child can not cooperate with members of his group, still shows the attitude of competing in the play, and the child is not responsible for doing According to the findings, the researcher intends to develop children's emotional social abilities with the application of collaborative games. The research method used is action research. Methods were performed using Kemmis and Taggart's model cycles consisting of 4 stages (planning, action, observation, and reflection). The child's emotional social developmental data in learning was obtained from observations and documentation analyzed by percentage. Research conducted two cycles, each cycle is implemented in three meetings. The results show through collaborative games can improve emotional-social development in children Tuanku Tambusai Play Group

Abstract

Researchers assume that with the publication of the speech is expected to be useful especially for teachers and employees in Manduro Elementary in language development through language transmission. The purpose of this research is to describe the syntactic structure of Manduro public utterance in Manduro Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, covering syntactic functions and categories. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. With the subject of research is the device of Manduro Village. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with the aim of taking the device of each hamlet contained in Manduro Village. The researcher is the main instrument assisted by the Swadesh Morris questionnaire. Triangulation is used as a test of data validity. The researchers used inductive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are syntactic functions consisting of subjects, predicates, objects, descriptions and appendices that categorized nouns, verbs, and adjectives and adverbs. Based on the results of the research, the syntactic structure of public utterance of Manduro has a universality with the syntactic structure of Indonesian and Javanese, only the structures used are not structural. This is because the sentence is a nonformal speech. The results of this study are expected to be used as a supporter of early childhood language development in Manduro Elementary School through the role of teachers in language learning by using examples and communication with students outside the lesson with the manduro language. Thus language learning occurs in a natural context so that the language of the community is not increasingly experiencing shifts and extinctions as well as in the teaching of syntax and as a ruler of language rules in Indonesia.

Abstract

The method used of research Quasi Eksperimental design. The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of kirigami to the fine motor skills of Ability of early childhood at Taman Kanak-Kanak Yayasan Amalan Parupuk Tabing Padang. Use 12 childeren in class B1 as the experiment class and use the and use the 12 children in class of  B2 as control class. Data collected by teacher-made tests, in form of statements as many 5 item. The results showed that the experimental class children using kirigami had a higher average when compared with the control class that used the origami alam semesta. The average number of experimental class is 83.25 and the control class average is 76. Based on data analysis that thitung ttabel 2,161 2,07387. And than using kirigami affect the fine motor skilss of 5-6 year age in Taman Kanak-Kanak Yayasan Amalan Parupuk Tabing Padang.

Abstract

This study aimed at examining how much influence the role play activities on interpersonal intelligence in children group A at Kindergarten, Tangerang City. This research used the experimental method to know how far the influence of independent variable to bound variable. The dependent variable is the ability of interpersonal intelligence (Y) while the independent variable which is the variable of the micro role play (X) which consists of free micro role play (X1) and guided micro role play (X2). This study conducted in TK I Asy - Syukriyyah and TK I Jaya Winata on the second semester of academic year 2016/2017. The results showed that Fcount = 6.194 Ftable = 4.11 at significant level α = 0.05, thus H0 rejected and alternative hypothesis H1 accepted. It means that there are differences in interpersonal intelligence between groups of children who are given free micro role play with groups of children who are given guided micro role play are accepted. In conclusion, the interpersonal intelligence of a given child playing a free micro role is higher than that of a child who given a guided micro role play.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of early childhood science experiments on child cognitive development in Kartika Siwi Pusdikpal Kindergarten Cimahi. Learning early childhood science experiments at Kartika Siwi Kindergarten can help early childhood knowledge and understanding of science concepts, and help put aspects related to science skills to improve children's cognition. The research problem is whether early childhood science experiments have an effect on the cognitive development of children in Kartika Siwi Kindergarten. The research method used is experimental research method. The population of this research is all children in Kartika Siwi Kindergarten which amounted to 26 children. Sampling research using total sampling technique. Data collection using pretest and postest, documentation, as well as observation and data processing using t-test statistical formula. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that t arithmetic t table, is 8.20 2.05 so the hypothesis in this study accepted. The results showed that early childhood science experiments can affect children's cognitive development of 4.50 (good category). It is suggested to teachers to be able to improve cognitive abilities of children by using variations and innovative methods in different games so that the cognitive abilities of children can be further improved.
