Abstract

The informal sector in Ponorogo is a controversial daily phenomenon. On the one hand, the district authorities often are not friendly to them. But, on the other hand they are used as a source of revenue for local governments through the collection of the levy and to solve the problems of employment in urban areas. However, the issue of the informal sector can not be left alone, because the day their numbers grew in number and will result in public space disruption. Based on research that has been conducted shows that the informal sector players want their empowerment so that its business can be more advanced and keep it running. Several alternative development activities expected by informal sector operators are: the procurement of wagons for businesses, entrepreneurship training, the establishment of an informal group of business operators and the ease of obtaining credit. While the research conducted related to the empowerment of the informal sector seen their empowerment by forming a group / community. The formation of a group/community is based on the desire to maintain their existence in the informal sectors. Besides, the existence of this community are expected as a forum to resolve the problems related to the informal sector. Another reason, the establishment of the community is expected to be the bridge between informal sector players and government.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menjawab peluang dalam hal penyusu­nan model bisnis sebagai langkah awal pengembangan kawasan ekowisata Kawasan Gubugklakah sebagai ekowisata internasional dari ke 9 komponen meliputi yaitu Segmentasi Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran, Hubungan Pe langgan, Sumber Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Utama, Aktifitas Utama, Mitra Kerja Utama dan Struktur Biaya. Hasil studi ini adalah proposisi nilai eko wisata Gubugklakah meliputi wisata desa, wisata alam, wisata eko­logi, dan wisata budaya; mitra utama yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kawasan Gubugklakah meliputi pemerintah, masyarakat, dan praktisi bisnis pariwisata, akvititas utama yang tertuju pada serangkaian program kerja pengelolaan dan pengembangan kawasan Gubugklakah, sumber daya utama yang meliputi sarana prasarana kawasan desa wisata, rancangan stratejik, kawasan wisata Gubugklakah beserta praktisi yang terlibat langsung dalam pe ngelolaan kawasan wisata, hubungan pelanggan meliputi pelayanan wi­sata kepada pelanggan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, seg­men pelanggan yang terkait dengan kawasan wisata Gubugklakah me liputi wisatawan domestik dan wisatawan mancanegara, saluran yang dimak­sud meliputi poster, iklan pariwisata audio visual terkait Gubugklakah dan berbagai media publikasi lainnya, struktur biaya meliputi anggaran pe­ngelolaan, pemeliharaan, dan pengadan sarana prasarana pariwisata, aliran pen dapatan meliputi pendapatan dari penjualan produk­produk UKM dan pendapatan dari penggunaan kawasan Gubugklakah oleh berbagai pihak terkait.

Abstract

Productivity implies a comparison between the results achieved (outputs) with the overall resources used (input). In other words, productivity has two dimensions. The first dimension is the effectiveness that leads to achieving maximum performance is the achievement of targets relating to the quality, quantity, and time. The second is the efficiency related to attempt to compare the input actually used or how the work is performed. In Islam, a Muslim is encouraged to do something with the best performance, not only for himself but also for others. Because it is a measure of private productive. Islam encourages his people to produce and play a role in various forms of economic activity. Islam bless the work of this world and make it part of worship and jihad. By working, people can meet their needs, provide for his family and doing good to their neighbors. In other words that the work should bring goodness in the context of worship and hope keridloan of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of SEO as a strategic competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies are used as a research design. Researchers in the interviews to the owner Caldera Trail & Jeep Adventure. The results of this study indicate that the role of SEO to optimize the website proved successful in the company’s competitive advantage strategy Caldera Trail & Jeep Adventure. The results showed online marketing is done through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and website have a positive impact on sales in their services. Applying marketing strategies using social media-based social networks and websites are very efficient because of much greater use conventional marketing strategies. This study also emphasizes the social media as online advertising that can be used as a marketing strategy in today’s digital era.

Abstract

Human resources have a central role in achieving the company’s strategic objectives. As with other resources, the human resources are often also found problems, so we need checks to overcome these problems so as not to interfere with the achievement of the strategic objectives of the company. PT Sinar Baru Corporation is currently facing considerable problems of human resources management attention. Human Resource and General Affairs believes that these problems are not likely appear suddenly, but might be caused by something. Therefore, before determining the steps to resolve the issue, Human Resource and General Affairs would like to know in advance three causes such problems by conducting a human resource audit. The study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive case study. This study uses interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. Key informants in this study are the Human Resource and General Affairs Manager and two auditors. The research concludes that there is a basic foundation that is misunderstood by the company, which the company considers that the object of HR audit is human, not the policy. This point of view makes the results of the program implemented are ineffective, beacuse the program leads to the recruitment and selection, and performance assessment rather than HR audit.

Abstract

CSR first appeared in official discourse since the presence of academic writings of Howard Bowen, entitled Social Responsibility of Businessmen raised in 1953. CSR in the meaning of Bowen refers to the obligation of business to make and implement policies, decisions, and actions that follow the norms in a society. In the implementation of the program of corporate social responsibility (CSR), PT Tirta Bahagia has a lot of activities in the field of education, the environment or health. In carrying out these activities there are several stages performed i.e. ranging from planning, implementation, and evaluation. In this discussion that became the focus of research is on the development of the well absorption done by the company in the village which is also the location of the factory. PT Tirta Bahagia starting the planning stages are not based on the order in which they should be, i.e. starts with vision and mission would formulate but positioning the provision of funds (budget) being the first with reason a very limited source of funding, causing the program to be run CSR activities should be adapted to the existing funds.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of human resources competencies and factors that inhibit and support the development of human resource competence in order to improve services at Hajj Hospital Surabaya. This research uses qualitative approach. This research uses direct observation method, in-depth interview, FGD, and documentation analysis as data collection technique. The results concluded that the development of human resources competency in RS Hajj Surabaya basically been planned well enough. This is evident from the priority scale applied in the development of human resource competencies, such as which installations become the focus of human resource competency development and what competencies should be developed in each installation due to different characteristics of each other. However, if examined further, the development of human resources competencies in Hajj Hopital Surabaya can not be said evenly, because it still prioritizes employees who have civil servant status rather than honorary.

Abstract

Globalization impact on business competition intensifies, resulting in the exchange of goods and services flow freely in various areas, one of which is the health services. Health care services is one of the important needs for the community. Specifically in this case is the organizer of the Health Insurance Agency (BPJS). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the perception of price, quality of service and the image of the consumers intention to word of mouth with satisfaction as mediating variables. Data were collected by questionnaire instrument. This model was developed and tested with structural equation model using data collected from 200 patients in Ponorogo. The results showed that before individuals distinguished by the level of information obtained none of the variables that influence satisfaction, better perception of price, quality of service and the image. However, on the one hand satisfaction are variables influential in shaping consumer intentions to WOM. Furthermore, when individuals are distinguished by low and high-level information was obtained that the low level of information, none of the variables that affect the satisfaction of both the perception of price, quality of service and the image. However, on the one hand satisfaction are variables influential in shaping consumer intentions to WOM. Then, based on high-level information indicates that the variable perception of price, quality of service and image effect on satisfaction, while satisfaction are variables influential in shaping consumer intentions to WOM against BPJS services.

Abstract

We conduct an analysis of the impact of foreign capital inflows on the stock market development in Indonesia. This study hypothesizes that there is long-term cointegration relationship between foreign capital inflows and stock market development in Indonesia. The empirical analysis was presented by time series model. The time period of analysis is quarter time series data from 1999:q1 to 2010:q4 in Indonesia. This paper examines the impact of foreign capital inflows on stock market development in Indonesia. In VAR model, the integration and Cointergration analysis suggested that there is a long run relationship among the factors. The results indicate that foreign capital inflows significantly influence the development of stock market in Indonesia. We found that there is a long-run relationship between foreign capital inflows and stock market development in Indonesia. The error correction term is statistically significantly at 10 percent level.

Abstract

With the opening of AEC at the end of 2015, ASEAN became one of the largest markets in the world with a population of 633 million. Agroindustry is one of the most important sectors in ASEAN for Global Halal Market. Therefore, Indonesia needs to identify other segments or industries that can re-energize halal agroindustry of the country. This paper discusses the overlooked halal food segment in Indonesia as a catalyst in developing other potential sectors, in line with rapid globalization and internationalization. Using content analysis from various literatures, this exploratory study focuses on the past and current situation of halal food segment, and how its development can potentially affect growing sectors such as tourism and education in Indonesia. A SWOT analysis was conducted to summarize the country’s internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) issues in branding itself.
