Abstract

Educational tourism is one of tourism type from the form of alternative tourism that has been developed between the conventional tourism era and modern tourism era. Generally, alternative tourism tends to develop according to sustainability principals. The packaging of tourism destination potential, Batur Global Geopark into educational tourism is a fundamental step of tourism product’s diversification in Bali. Therefore, the tourism potential in Batur-caldera Bali is supporting to be developed or packaged as an educational tourism, which is in accordance with Global Geopark Network (GGN) objectives. This study combines the quantitative and qualitative methodologies (multi-method), which are presented in the form of descriptions. The information will be analysed to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). It formulated appropriate educational tourism product strategies by the elements; attraction, accessibilities, amenities, a supporting organisation (ancillary), activity, available package and community involvement. Furthermore, this study will also identify the factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of educational tourism product development in the tourist area of Batur Global Geopark.

Abstract

Lontar Roga Sanghara Bhumi was a script about natural disasters that occurred in the world, natural disaster signs, natural phenomenon unlike good and bad signs, as well the forecast towards earthquake impact based on sasih (month of Bali) the earthquake occurrence. The signs were analyzed of eco-semiotic and meaning was knowable behind it. Balinese society trust that peace and harmony in life happened if it was occurred Tri Hita Karana (there was a balance correlated between human and God, human and fellow human beings, and human beings with bhutakala/Balinese term of evil). Conversely, natural disasters was occurred due to human activity that has soiled the world so that the Gods was angry. The bhutakala was instructed to make a disaster by the Gods. In order to anticipate and naturalize natural disasters occurrence, Balinese society regularly performed rituals of salvation as a means of communication apologize to God. The ritual has its level i.e. prayascita, guru piduka, labuh gentuh.

Abstract

The rapid advancement in technology has affected all commercial activities including retailing/shopping, thereby causing a paradigm shift in the way things are done. Internet shopping has become the next big thing in e-business/ e-commerce and is definitely the future of shopping in Nigeria and the world at large. More and more firms /retailers are launching platforms via the internet to facilitate the act of shopping. The knowledge of the demographic characteristics of consumers will to a large extent help these e-retailers in their efforts geared towards consumer satisfaction. However, 311 internet shoppers in Nigeria were randomly selected and used as respondents for the study and structured questionnaire was the major instrument for data collection. The hypotheses generated for the study were tested using crosstab Chi square. Findings revealed a relationship between the demographic variables and internet shopping.

Abstract

The financial surface of the globe at all times reveals a weird balanced impact of the public investment preferences, their understanding about the investment requirements, their anticipation of returns on their investments etc. Perhaps forecasting the growth of the business world would be crucial without an apposite comprehension of the investment behavior of the key part of the society called salaried class. This paper covers appraisal of various financial instruments like equity/stocks, term deposits in banks, kisan vikas patra, national savings certificate, insurance policies, mutual fund and converse the factors persuading investment decision process. The major factors influencing the financial investment behavior are demographic factors (like age, income, qualification, gender, etc.) and socio-economic factors (like family income, tax benefits, safety of fund, risk inclination, return on investment). This study aims to serve a channel to the need of a comprehension of the financial objectives of the salaried class investors with that of their determined desire for the investment returns. Certainly, this information could unwrap the prospect of predicting even the future of Indian Economy itself besides, providing span to fine-tuning the investment prudence of the public towards progressive and fruitful choices for themselves and the nation.

Abstract

Ade Farmers Food Production is a family farms business, it focus to be produce more food in quantity and to be packaging in a different kg, also to be added to value of Nigeria economies and to be contribute  many benefit for communities. In addition, we have   plan to extend to many countries in Asia, like Malaysia, china, Dubai. Farmers Food production is the one of successful food farms. The idea behind the business is to provide healthy and delicious semovita and mails to the public. In addition to semovita and mails the company plans to produce and market manure compost garden amendment products. Farmers Food productions being formed from the  family  successful food farms, The latter has long-researched horticultural and agronomic techniques, as well as compost and land blending technology now being promoted by the farmer association of Oyo state  agencies. The company is a combination of cutting edge, highest quality, and efficient food technology and production. It is committed to the improvement of food production in the nation and nutritional quality. It is being founded to build upon an extensive array of biological and horticultural education, experience, and the research of its founders. This is further coupled with the experience of Mr. Akeeb, the current manager of  Farmers Food Farm, and consultation with the present owner of Food Farm, Mr. Ademola A.A. Farmers Food production is a Kisi-based company, located in Oyo state Nigeria, whose mission is to provide high quality, nutritional, and flavorful semovita and gari for consumption in both near and remote regions of the Nigeria.
