Acceptance of immunization is one of the challenges faced by the government in the Rubella Measles immunization program. This study aims to measure the influence of social demography on the acceptance of Measles Rubella immunization in Tongkuno District, Indonesia. The study was conducted in the working area of Tongkuno Health Center, Muna Regency. The research design used was a cross sectional study. The research sample was 299 people who were selected using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using chi square test and logistic regression. The results showed the socio-demographic characteristics associated with receipt of Tongkuno District rubella measles immunization were the age of the child (p-value = 0.008), children's education (p-value = 0.002) and age of parents (p-value = 0.015). Child education is the variable most associated with the acceptance of MR immunization with an OR value of 0.155 (95% CI: 0.045 - 0.539). The intensive socialization of MR immunization carried out by the government in all circles makes it easy for people to receive information that is not only influenced by education and the work of parents. counseling needs to be done and periodic outreach to both the community and mothers who have children about the benefits of MR immunization. The complete treatment was one of the main strategies in controlling and terminating the chain of transmission of pulmonary TB. Self-care behavior carried out by patients and families during the treatment process was the key to the success of pulmonary TB treatment. One effort to improve sufferers' self-care was through health education which was combined with the module as the patient's handler. Using the action research method with quantitative and qualitative approaches, this study involved health workers, PMOs and pulmonary TB patients undergoing treatment, with quantitative data analysis using triangulation techniques. The results of the study addressing the needs of nursing care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis based on the results of a focus group discussion include knowledge about pulmonary TB disease, how to deal with symptoms that were often experienced, and actions or skills in self-care while at home. The conclusion of this study was the development of nursing care modules at home for pulmonary TB patients intended to improve the ability of self-care patients to cure illness. The prevalence of surgical delivery assistance (Sectio caesarea) is increasing. During the intrapartal procedure, the mother is at risk of excessive bleeding and has an impact on decreasing hemoglobin levels. The purpose of the study is to prove the effectiveness of honey in increasing the initial hemoglobin levels of mothers Post Sectio Caesarea. The samples of the study were 50 postpartum mothers, who met the criteria of the research. Respondents were taken by random sampling, divided into 24 people in control group and 26 people in experimental group. The dependent variables were HB level and the administration of honey as an independent variable. HB was measured using electric HB and medical record. Data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney test, Wilcoxon Sign Rank test, and Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney. The results of the showed mean pre-post control and experiment group: 10.36±0.87 vs 10.82±0.35; p value = 0.473; 11.53±0.45 vs 12.87±0.76; p value = 0.028, meaning that the administration of honey was effective in increasing the HB levels of mothers post Sectio caesarea. Honey contains iron (Fe), which is an important micromineral in the body because it can function to form red blood cells. Iron content can synthesize heme formation which increases Hemoglobin levels. Keywords: hemoglobin level; honey; post sectio caesarea

Diarrhea is still a health problem which is found in almost the whole world, especially in developing countries including to Indonesia. National Strategy Policies of STBM refers to a strategy of acceleration which aims to pursue targets of SDGs. STBM is an integrated action to decrease number of diarrhea incident and to improve hygiene and optimal quality of society life. This research aims to evaluate implementation of program STBM Pillar 1 by identifying factors that are able to influence to behavior of free defecation in ODF Village, Bondowoso District. This study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is observational analytic using cross-sectional design, to identify the factors that influence the behavior of free defecation which is the cause of the high incidence of diarrhea in ODF villages. The study population was all diarrhea sufferers in the ODF village in Bondowoso district, with a population size of 3293 people. sample size is 350 people selected by cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed using logistic regression tests. From the research findings, it shows that there were effects of the role of health officers (p-value = 0.006) and village head support (p-value = 0.000) on the behavior of free defecation. Next, the factor of public figure contribution (p-value = 0.304) and religious figure (p-value = 0.268) did not affect to the behavior of free defecation. The researcher recommends that within implementation of STBM program in Bondowoso District must be more focus on the improvement of health officer role and more support from the village head which is completed by clear and appropriate advocacy and regulation. The program of STBM is taken as a program which highlights that society empowerment must keep heading toward STBM principles where the government should completely mobilize existing resources in society, so it will realize independent society to improve their health degree. The village head must also get advocacy in order to be more aware of society health problems. It is hopefully able to make them realize that their duty is not always due to routine activities such as road construction, paving installment, or other physical activities.
