Abstract

This research aims to know the strategy  of the central government and local in the face of MEA 2015. By knowing the strategy of the central government and local Indonesian society is expected to be able to prepare themselves to face MEA 2015. This study used a descriptive analytical and literature study with secondary data which source books, journals, literature, reports and official information from ASEAN secretary in  Jakarta or other sources obtained from the internet related to the above theme.  Strategy and preparation Indonesia in order to deal with liberalization of the system applied ASEAN still less than optimal. But Indonesia with potential resources abundant have brought the movement to a more advanced again. This is evidenced by the growing recognition of international environmental  against the existence of Indonesia on a positive track. Abstract

The analysis showed that there was a significant positive effect of Motivation and the Lifestyle toward Buying Decision . This suggests that higher levels of motivation and Lifestyle in the mind of the consumer laptop users will increase also Buying Decision-owned .

Abstract

Abstract - Rapid advances in information technology really help consumers in determining the best options including Transact quickly and easily on line. One of the agents of the service provider based on well-known line is Traveloka. Facilities provided by the Traveloka through the Traveloka site, one of which relates to service information three star hotel located in the area of Malioboro Yogyakarta. From the Traveloka website, and the image information can be acquired early on hotels that will be targeted, either from the side of the price or the quality of service in the form of reviews and rating the satisfaction experience hotel guests who had been staying there. In compiling this research, the author examines the factors of customer satisfaction Traveloka who have used the services of 10 three-star hotel located in the area of Malioboro Yogyakarta, based on data in the site Traveloka on 6 January 2018. Based on data from the site traveloka, it can be assessed that the average guest satisfaction rating out of 10 three-star hotel in the Malioboro Yogyakarta area overall is 8.5 with very good. Based on the share of service satisfaction, the hotel's guests were satisfied with the location of the hotel as much as 42.9%, 19%, hospitality room hygiene 17%, 19.2% food and the convenience of 2%. With the reviews of the hotel guest experience that is listed in the site Traveloka, then the next hotel, prospective users can easily learn the advantages and disadvantages a hotel that will be visited both in the service as well as price before determining a selection of the best. Key word : Service Satisfaction, Customer Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi sangat membantu konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan yang terbaik termasuk melakukan transaksi dengan mudah dan cepat secara on line. Salah satu perusahaan agen penyedia layanan jasa berbasis on line yang cukup terkenal adalah Traveloka. Fasilitas yang disediakan oleh Traveloka melalui situs Traveloka, salah satunya berhubungan dengan informasi layanan hotel bintang tiga yang berlokasi di area Malioboro Yogyakarta. Dari situs Traveloka tersebut, dapat diperoleh informasi dan gambaran awal tentang hotel yang akan dituju, baik dari sisi harga maupun kualitas pelayanan dalam bentuk rating dan ulasan kepuasan pengalaman para tamu hotel yang telah menginap di sana. Dalam menyusun penelitian ini, penulis meneliti faktor kepuasan pelanggan Traveloka yang telah menggunakan jasa layanan 10 hotel bintang tiga yang berlokasi di area Malioboro Yogyakarta, berdasarkan data dalam situs Traveloka pada tanggal 6 Januari 2018. Berdasarkan data dari situs traveloka, dapat dinilai bahwa rata-rata rating kepuasan tamu dari 10 hotel bintang tiga di area Malioboro Yogyakarta secara keseluruhan adalah 8,5 dengan predikat Sangat Baik. Berdasarkan porsi kepuasan pelayanan, tamu hotel yang merasa puas dengan lokasi hotel sebanyak 42,9%, keramahan 19%, kebersihan kamar 17%, makanan 19,2% dan kenyamanan 2%. Dengan adanya ulasan pengalaman tamu hotel yang tercantum dalam situs Traveloka, maka calon pengguna hotel berikutnya, dapat dengan mudah mempelajari kelebihan dan kekurangan hotel yang akan dikunjungi baik dari sisi pelayanan maupun harga sebelum menentukan pilihan yang terbaik.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Pelayanan, Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the application of progressive rates branched provincial revenue department service area of the city of Bandung II kawaluyaan , how much growth taxpayer branched motor vehicle services Dipenda province of the city of Bandung ii kawaluyaan , how much change in the application of progressive tax rates and the growth of mandatory branched motor vehicle tax services Dipenda province of Bandung city kawaluyaan II . The method used is descriptive analysis kuantitatif.Teknik approach to data collection is done through data obtained directly from the data source where the study was conducted branched provincial revenue department service area of the city of Bandung II kawaluyaan and literatur.Tekhnik Analysis of data from multiple data used is the using descriptive analytical techniques namely troubleshooting procedures studied by exposing the data obtained from interviews , literature , and observations , then analyzed and conclusions drawn . By using this technique the author will give an overview of the issues discussed with the facts and the data that is branched provincial revenue department service area of the city of Bandung II kawaluyaan . The results showed that the application of progressive rates on the growth of the motor vehicle tax payers to change at the time of application of progressive rates is by decreasing the growth of motor vehicle taxpayers are branched . Keywords: growth of taxpayers motor vehicles, progressive rates

Abstract

– Donasi merupakan kegiatan kemanusiaan yang bertujuan untuk keperluan kegiatan sosial. Pesantren Az-Zikra adalah suatu lembaga yang melakukan kegiatan ini. Dana dihimpun dari masyarakat yang akan digunakan untuk kegiatan sosial.  Pengumpulan dana ini akan menimbulkan banyak masalah jika tidak dilakukan secara transparan dan hati-hati karena ini berkaitan dengan kepercayaan publik terhadap pesantren. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuatkan suatu aplikasi yang mampu melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan kepada masyarakat secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Internet  merupakan teknologi yang banyak digunakan dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat.Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibuatkan sebuah aplikasi mengenai pengelolaan dana donasi berbasis web pada Pesantren Az-Zikra, sehingga masyarakat dapat melihat data pemasukan dan pengeluaran pesantren. Pelaporan disampaikan secara transparan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dapat mengakses informasi seputar pesantren. Website ini juga menyertakan halaman donatur dimana donatur dapat melakukan donasi online dan mendapatkan layanan agar dapat mengakses  fitur khusus.

Abstract

Factory Overhead costs are costs in addition to the cost of production of diverse types. BOP identified verydifficult, requiring accuracy cost to the product and it is very difficult to be controlled by the management.Therefore there is a need to plan and control the cost of the overhead is good. Control of factory overhead costscan be done in a way to compare between the actual BOP and BOP budget. Difference between them can bethe difference between profit and loss difference. BOP difference when the results showed the differencebetween harmful, then the company should immediately explore the causes of difference, and soon find the bestsolution to address them. Abstract

Foreign investment in Indonesia has been going on since Dutch colonial times to the present . Foreign investment will affect the joints - joints economy in our country , among others, the presence of foreign investors the sector - a sector of the economy in our country will grow. With the growing sectors - sectors of the economy in our country , it will bring the impact of liberalization on the national economy . This means that the sector - the economy will grow and flourish . The presence of foreign investors is expected to bring a change in the sector - the sector of the national economy such as funding , technology , and expertise . It is expected that the government can play an active role in utilizing foreign investment to facilitate access into the world of business in Indonesia but without marginalizing local entrepreneurs . Foreign capital inflows ( capital inflows ) play a role in closing the income gap caused by a deficit in the current account . In addition , the influx of foreign capital is also able to drive the economic activity slow due to lack of capital ( investment- saving gap ) for the implementation of economic development . This foreign capital than as a capital transfer can also make a positive contribution through the flow of industrialization and modernization . In the short term , foreign debt greatly assist the Indonesian government in an effort to close the budget deficit of income and expenditure, due to finance routine expenditure and development expenditure is quite large. Abstract

           Analisa laporan keuangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana prestasi kerja yang telah tercapai oleh semua divisi yang ada di perusahaan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi rasio-rasio rentabilitas yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh keuntungan pada  PT.ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk periode 2014 dan 2015.  Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan tiga jenis pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka, observasi non perilaku dan metode pengambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa rasio dan perbandingan laporan keuangan pada  PT.ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk periode 2014 dan 2015 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Ratio Operating Income Dengan Operating Assets menunjukkan penurunan, ini berarti semakin berkurangnya laba perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan aktiva usaha perusahaan. 2. Turn Over dari Operating Asssets  menunjukkan penurunan, ini berarti semakin berkurangnya penjualan  perusahaan yang yang diperoleh dengan aktiva usaha perusahaan. 3. Return on Investment (ROI) menunjukkan penurunan, ini berarti semakin berkurangnya penjualan perusahaan diperoleh dengan aktiva usaha  dan berkurangnya Laba usaha perusahaan yang diperoleh dari penjualan. 4. Ratio Laba Kotor menunjukkan peningkatan, ini berarti semakin bertambahnya laba kotor perusahaan yang  diperoleh dari penjualan perusahaan. 5. Operating Ratio pada tahun menunjukkan peningkatan, ini berarti semakin besarnya biaya operasi perusahaan untuk memperoleh penjualan perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Analisa Rasio, Rentabilitas, Laporan Keuanga

Abstract

Learning media is a tool used to convey learning materials as well as a tool to stimulate thoughts, feelings, attention and interest to learn. As in the case of waste knowledge, the fact is that some people are still unable to understand the types of waste and how to use them into useful handicrafts. This is because some of the information media is still less clear and detailed in the delivery of information about garbage so that the community is difficult to understand. This is one of the factors that cause the decreasing of public interest in processing waste waste into handicraft items. Limitations of this means that encourage authors to design interactive educational media-based educational information along with interesting visual illustrations and easy to understand about everything about waste and its management into handicrafts with value for use. The purpose of the interactive animation design created by the author is to help the community to more easily understand about waste, impact and how to make it into handicraft goods through interactive multimedia, attract people to learn more in developing creative ideas making handicrafts made from waste waste and as an alternative to learning the manufacture of handicrafts in addition to using the article media.
