Abstract

Duta Bangsa College of Technology was established on March 3, 2007 in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number.34/D/0/2007 concerning the establishment of STT.Duta Bangsa. STT.Duta Bangsa is located in Kp. Pulokapuk RT 01 RW 05 Mekar Mukti Village Kec. North Cikarang Kab. Bekasi. Tel/Fax number: (021) 29082747. Permit of Higher Education: Minister of Education Decree No.2740/D/T/K-IV/2010. Minister of Education Decree No.2741/D/T/K-IV/2010. Decree of Minister of National Education No.2742/D/T/K-IV/2010. The problem faced by the Indonesian ambasadors foundation is the marketing problem, where they have to compete in fighting over a limited market niche with more and more competitors. Moreover, the market share to fight over the students who are nota bene is the X generation who are literate in the world of Information Technology, which certainly requires marketing to hit their hearts. Starting from this, we from the Faculty of Economics at Bhayangkara University offered to provide training for Marketing Persons at the Duta Bangsa Foundation so that they could win a large market share of students in Bekasi, especially in the Cikarang area, in creating a web site.

Abstract

Art is a product of human taste and initiative. At present, traditional arts are being eroded by the stream of modernization. So, the assistance in the "Art Studio" in order to stay afloat is needed. Community service activities were carried out in Tangerang and made the Elcitra Studio and Shamara Wedding Organizer (WO) partners. The activity was carried out by providing input related to costumes, managerial of the Studio, and found between the Studio and the WO so that they could collaborate more closely. Keywords: Art, Sundanese, Traditional, Community Service Abstrak Kesenian merupakan sebuah hasil cipta rasa dan karsa manusia, dan pada perkembangannya kesenian tradisional mulai tergerus oleh arus moderenisasi. Hal ini yang menyebabkan perlunya pendampingan pada Sanggar Kesenian agar tetap dapat bertahan. Kegiatan dilakukan di Tangerang dan menjadikan sanggar Elcitra dan Shamara Wedding Organizer (WO) sebagai mitra. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan masukan terkait kostum, manajerial Sanggar dan menemukan antara Sanggar dan WO agar kemudian mereka dapat berkerjasama secara lebih lajut. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the SMEs Performance Improvement model by comparing and analyzing products, adaptability, competitive advantage that complements HR capabilities, new product development capabilities, production capabilities, and operations. the level of competence consisting of Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities possessed by the convection craftsmen HR in Bekasi City. In addition, it focuses on products, Environmental adaptation, and HR competencies towards competitive advantage and SMEs performance in Bekasi City. The results showed that the results of the study answering respondents showed environmental adaptation at UMK This was evidenced by the answers of most respondents who answered strongly agree. Means that everything felt, prepared by the respondent regarding environmental adaptability at the SMEs that has been optimized. The existence of good HR competence in convection SMEs can be accessed by various things that are perceived, experienced, accepted, and thought by craftsmen. Positive product innovation towards the competitive advantage of SMEs. Environmental Adaptability Positive contradictions against the SMEs Competition. A positive HR competency factor for the competitive advantage of SMEs. Environmental Adaptability Positive Support for Performance. Keywords: Product innovation, adaptability, competitive advantage, performance Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis model peningkatan kinerja UMKM dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis inovasi produk, adaptibilitas lingkungan, keunggulan bersaing yang mencakup kapabilitas SDM, kapabilitas pengembangan produk baru, kapabilitas produksi dan operasi. tingkat kompetensi yang terdiri dari Knowledge, Skill dan Ability yang dimiliki SDM pengrajin konveksi di Kota Bekasi. Selain itu, menguji pengaruh inovasi produk, adaptibilitas lingkungan dan kompetensi SDM terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil keseluruhan jawaban responden menunjukkan bahwa adaptibilitas lingkungan pada UMK konveksi memiliki penilaian yang baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan jawaban sebagian responden yang menjawab sangat setuju. Berarti segala sesuatu yang dirasakan, dipersepsikan oleh responden tentang adaptibilitas lingkungan pada UMK konveksi sudah optimal. Adanya kompetensi SDM yang baik di UMKM konveksi dapat ditunjukkan dengan adanya beberapa hal yang dipersepsikan, dialami, dirasakan dan dipikirkan oleh pengrajin. Inovasi produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Adaptibilitas lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Faktor kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Adaptibilitas lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Adaptibilitas lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Faktor kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Abstract

This study aims to test how big the impact of the application of PSAK (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) 70 to the Financial Statement of CV Btari Senja before and after tax amnesty applied. The sampling technique used is the triangulation time technique (triangle time). The sample is determined using the credibility method. This research uses the data of CV Btari Senja Financial Report in 2015 and 2016. The results of this study stated that the application of PSAK 70 related tax amnesty greatly affect the Financial Statements at CV Btari Senja, especially in Reports of Debt and Assets.

Abstract

Absensi fingerprint merupakan absensi yang memakai sidik jari manusia, dan sidik jari adalah identitas pribadi yang tidak mungkin ada yang menyamakannya. Sifat-sifat atau karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh sidik jari adalah parennial nature yaitu guratan-guratan pada sidik jari manusia yang melekat seumur hidup. Lazimnya absensi dipakai pada setiap kehadiran dalam bekerja sehari – hari. Absensi fingerprint merupakan alat penggerak pegawai untuk hadir tepat waktu dan pulang kerja sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini diharapkan agar para pegawai dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh absensi fingerprint terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja pegawai yaitu dengan metode statistik SPSS versi 25. berupa Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Persamaan Regresi sehingga dapat diketahui tindakan dan pemecahannya. Berdasarkan olah data yang penulis lakukan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Koefisiensi Korelasi sebesar 0,773 artinya absensi fingerprint yang diselenggarakan mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan kuat terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Jakarta, sedangkan hasil Koefisien Determinasi berkontribusi sebesar 59,7% dan sisanya 40,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil Persamaan Regresi sebesar Y=-1,625+1,010 X artinya setiap variable mengalami penurunan 1 kali maka akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,010. Dengan demikian absensi fingerprint berpengaruh kuat terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract - PT INTI (Persero) is one of state company (BUMN) in communication sector continuously try to becomeworld class communication facility provider. This research purposes to know the influence about operational costs against profitability (ROA) on PT INTI (Persero). Thetendency of the operational costs increase while the profitability fluctuates every year.This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. To know the influence of operational cost to profitability (ROA) used testing of statistics. Testing statistics that used is normality test, linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient determination, test t- and also use the application of Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 20.0 for windows.The calculation result of linear regression and correlation coefficient is the relation between operational cost and profitability is not direction, and tending to direct so that the rate influences operational cost to profitability in PT INTI (Persero) 13.26 % and the rest 86,4 %  are influenced by other factors that not explored. The test results obtained t0 ≥ ta, therefor the operational cost influence to profitability (ROA). Keyword : Net-Operating Costs, Profitability (ROA) Abstrak - PT INTI (Persero) yaitu salah satu perusahaan BUMN dibidang komunikasi yang senantiasa berupaya untuk menjadi penyedia sarana komunikasi kelas dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada PT INTI (Persero). Dimana kecenderungan biaya operasional mengalami peningkatan sedangkan profitabilitas pada PT INTI (Persero) mengalami fluktuatif setiap tahunnya.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) digunakan pengujian statistik. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, penggunaan regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan juga menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS 20.0 for windows.Dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien korelasi yaitu biaya operasional dan profitabilitas memiliki hubungan yang tidak searah dan cenderung lemah, sehingga tingkat pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap profitabilitas pada PT INTI (Persero) sebesar 13,6% dan sisanya yaitu 86,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil nilai uji t diperoleh t0 ≥ ta, sehingga nilai tersebut mengandung arti bahwa biaya operasional berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Kata kunci: Biaya Operasional dan Profitabilitas (ROA)

Abstract

This study aims to: 1). to know the development cost of production t-shirt CV.Maju Jaya. from years 2007-2011, 2). to determine the selling price of the product development t-shirts CV. Maju Jaya from years 2007-2011, 3). to determine how much influence the Cost of Production Against Selling Price Determination in CV. Maju Jaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis with a case quantitative, data collection technique through observation, interviews, documentation and literature containing data on the cost of product and selling price as well as other support during the period 2007-2011 which is based on the company. The variables were tested for the cost of product as the independent variable (X) and the selling price as the dependent varable (Y). Analyzer applied is simple regression test with measurenment scale of ratio. Then to find out how big and strong influence of one or more variables use correlation coefficients, and the coefficient of determination to find out the extent of the influence of the variable X to variable Y in the form of percentage. While the test is used to test the hypothesis of t, i.e., to determine the level of significance between the independent variable (X) the cost of goods production of the dependent variable (Y) is the selling price. The conclusions of this study, H0 is rejected, which means that the price accepted H1 staple production influence significantly to selling price. While the effect of the cost of production to the selling price by 99.8% and 0.04% are influenced by factors other than the cost of production, for example, the increase in non-production costs, marketing costs and others. So it can be concluded that the cost of production significantly influence the selling price which means that if the cost of production rises then the selling price will rise anyway Key Word : Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Selling Price.

The results ofnormality testcalculationofthe two variableshave asignificance valueof0.05. This showsthatthesetwo variablesare normally distributed.
