This research aimed at improving the learning motivation of the eleventh grade IPS2 students of SMA Taman Madya Jetis through the use of Mind Map media. Based on the results of classroom action observation being carried out, it was concluded that the use of Mind Map media was able to improve the motivation and performance of the eleventh grade IPS2 students of SMA Taman Madya Jetis. At Cycle I, the motivation improvement was achieved with a fairly-good descriptor (in accordance with the use of PAP II computation) with mean score of 90.39; and 32% of the students were courageous to present their group and paired discussion results, while at Cycle II the students’ motivation was at a high category with the mean score of 98.10; and 28% of the students were courageous to present and explain the material in front of other students in the classroom using the Mind Map. The existence of a room boy in a hotel activity has a role and meaning of itself. One of the most important parts that had by the hotel concerns with the maintenance of cleaning hotel, so that there is a part of housekeeping department in each hotel. This is the department which is responsible for the hotel’s comfortability. Room boy is a part of housekeeping department that has a duty and responsibilty to keep and improve the hotel’s cleaning and comfortability, especially for hotel room. The objective of this research is to know how far the room boy’s effort to keep and improve the cleaning of hotel room in order to create the satisfaction of guest hotel. The research is conducted by observation, interview, documentation, and review literature. The result of the research shows that room boy has conducted a duty and responsibility depends on the prosedure that is admitted by hotel management; which is conducting Step by Step Cleaning Procedure depends on the admission of hotel management, conducting morning briefing before room boy start to work, recheck the cleaning and room equipments depends on standard of hotel management, conducting daily programs, conducting general cleaning, conducting study banding and training both in-house training and out-house training. In the tradition Saparan bekakak two things are contrary to the preservation of culture and creed shift. The research is a kind of quantitative research which research many factor that influence rate of tourist visit, cover by internal environment, external environment and tourist attraction. The data collected through interviewing by spreading 200 questioner to respondence. and analyised by Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of the research proved that internal environment had a direct effect on interest of tourist visit although indirect pass through tourist attraction and the tourist attraction itself influential to interest of tourist visit. Whereas, the external environment hadn’t an effect on interest of tourist visit whether direct or indirect pass through the tourist attraction. Based on the result of hyphotesis testing, inferential many effort could be done to increase the interest of tourist visit are increasing the human resources quality, offering the innovative and creative tourist product, building good relationship to other site for infrastructure developing as a tourist activities supporting. Planning is one of the functions of management, planning, hotel operations in the future it would be best if supported by relevant financial information. The quality of economic decisions in the planning will be increased if supported by the analysis of financial statements better. With the method of analysis of financial statements, both static and dynamic reading will assist management in the company's financial growth trends. Good results of the analysis can be used as a basis for planning and predictions about what will happen in the future. PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk is one business that is engaged in providing hospitality services in Indonesia. From the results of analysis of its financial statements indicate a trend decline in financial performance of the hotel, to the hotel management need to improve the quality of planning the future activities to be more effective and efficient. Improved financial performance is necessary to provide assurance of liquidity, solvency, and profitability is good to investors who have invested their funds in the company. Bandung City as a students and industrial city has become attraction for people from other regions in Nusantara to visit it to study and look for a job. Heterogeneity of Bandung population, also as a constrainnt to manage, is a potential to develop as a the centre of Nusantara food that can support economic growth of Bandung City. The innitiative of nusantara food centre derives from some businesmen, not the government of Bandung City. Bandung city does not have Nusantara food centre map, either its origin or the kinds, because the exist of Nusantara food centre has not been identified. Nusantara food map availability is very important, it can make tourist easy to find the centre of Nusantara food and the government can carry out the retribution easily.
