<![CDATA[Keberadaan karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan aset yang paling penting untuk pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, karena karyawan merupakan sumber daya yang dinamis dan selalu dibutuhkan perusahaan baik dalam proses produksi maupun jasa. Komitmen organisasional karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan karena hal ini berkaitan dengan keinginan yang tinggi dari setiap karyawan untuk tetap berada didalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh aspek kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Intraco Penta, Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan berangkat dari fenomena rendahnya komitmen karyawan PT. Intraco Penta, Tbk. Rendahnya komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Intraco Penta, Tbk, terlihat dari indikasi sebagaimana yang dituturkan oleh beberapa karyawan pada saat peneliti melakukan penjajakan penelitian. Berdasarkan penuturan beberapa orang karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut bahwa mereka bersedia keluar dari PT. Intraco Penta, Tbk bila ada tawaran pekerjaan yang lebih baik dari perusahaan lain. Ketika ditanya mengenai alasannya, menurut mereka penyebab utamanya adalah kurangnya aspek kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh aspek kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan diperusahaan tersebut, sehingga melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak perusahaan untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawannya melalui peningkatan aspek kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi. ]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the research is to know the effect of the product quality and service tocustomer satisfaction. This study was carried out at Jakarta Greater Area with 100respondents. Which were taken by propotional random sampling. The respondents werepeople who was user of Tiger Balm and live at Jakarta greater area.Data anlysis techniquesare used to test the hypothesis is correlation and multiple regression were oprated bycomputer using Statistical Product & Service Solution (SPSS). Computational results fortesting the model showed analysis of determination, and anlysis non parametrik regression.The results show the quality of product and service is a significant positive effect andcorrelation between quality product and service on customer satisfaction. The better thequality of the product it will be a positive impact on customer satisfaction. High-quality ofservices are services that can exceed the expectations of the consumer, the better the servicereceived by the customer it will be a positive impact on customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tinjauan yuridis terhadap putusan MA Nomor 295/Pdt.sus-PHI/2015 yang tidak mempertimbangkan putusan MK Nomor 19/PUU-IX/2011 yang bersifat mengikat dan final (2) apa akibat putusan MA yang tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif. Menurut Jhony Ibrahim, metode pendekatan yuridis normatif adalah suatu prosedur ilmiah untuk menemukan kebenaran berdasarkan logika keilmuan hukum dan sisi normatifnya. logika keilmuan yang ajeg dalam penelitian hukum normatif dibangun berdasarkan disiplin ilmiah dan cara-cara kerja ilmu normatif, yaitu ilmu hukum yang objeknya hukum itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, penulis menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 19/PUU-IX/2011 bersifat final dan binding dan mengikat setiap orang (erga omnes) karena judicial review merupakan pengujian yang bersifar abstrak dan mengikat umum dan bertujuan untuk tegakknya Konstitusi, Karenanya mengikat setiap orang termasuk Mahkamah Agung dan badan peradilan di bawahnya. Oleh karena itu berpengaruh bagi setiap pengadilan untuk mempertimbangkan, mengadili, dan memutus dengan memperhatikan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi demi tegakknya prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia. Tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi sama dengan tidak mempertimbangkan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945. Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai penafsir, penjaga dan pengawal konstitusi terlepas bagaimana komentar dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut merepresentasikan hakikat Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945 sebagai sumber hukum tertinggi. Ketika putusan hakim Mahkamah Agung tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi sama saja putusan hakim Mahkamah Agung itu tidak mempertimbangkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 sehingga dapat dikatakan putusan hakim itu inkonstitusional. Dengan tidak mempertimbangkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi ini akan mengakibatkan kekacauan hukum dalam negara hukum yang menganut sistem hukum civil law seperti Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Level of crime has had with the empirical branching directly or through cyber space or virtual world. Based on the data showed that a variety of behavioral changes and the more crime increase with the virtual world of crime. Meanwhile the government and the device has not been able to become legal issues existing controllers. ITE legislation which was passed in last March 2008 full debate is considered not healthy and in conflict with the Constitution, especially on the freedom of UUD 45. <![CDATA[This research aims to discuss the implementation of Consumer’s Right Protection (UUPK) of drinking water customers in the city of Bekasi period 2010. Form of research is done is by using a normative juridical secondary data. Secondary data obtained through interviews, while through the research literature that comes from certain documents and materials. The research data when analyzed using qualitative methods obtained results that the rights of consumers that are set in the UUPK has not fully met by Bekasi City PDAM (PDMA) as business actor. On the other side involvement of district attorney in collection of accounts receivable, Attorney taps through a special power of attorney from the taps to the Attorney helps increase income taps, and increase business profitability of PDAM. Therefore, the PDAM should improve the quality of drinking water services to customers continuously in accordance with the standards set so that the rights of consumers can be met according to UUPK. And the municipal government should make regulations governing the area of responsibility as entrepreneurs PDAM water provider for the needs of the community, so if there are omissions or errors in service, customers know their rights. <![CDATA[Semakin banyaknya persaingan usaha pada perusahaan roti menyebabkan perusahaan harus selalu meningkatkan mutu/kualitas produknya. Pemenuhan permintaan konsumen terhadap produk yang baik, membuat perusahaan harus selalu menjaga mutu, disamping harga yang sesuai dengan psikologis konsumen. Dalam industri roti, terutama roti bun, terdapat bebarapa hal yang dianggap reject produksi, diantaranya adanya bintik hitam, guratan putih, dan permukaan yang pecah pada bawah roti. Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) merupakan strategi yang digunakan perusahaan agar perusahaan menjadi efektif dengan keunggulan kompetitif. MMT akan mempengaruhi seluruh kegiatan, baik di dalam maupun di luar organisasi, mulai pemasok sampai dengan konsumen. Di dalam MMT, terdapat delapan langkah MMT dan beberapa alat MMT yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan reject roti bun tersebut .]]>
