<![CDATA[Abstract – A good corporate funding decision can be seen from its capital structure. The optimal capital structure is a combination of debt and equity that will maximize company performance. This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, Corporate Growth and Asset Structure either partially or simultaneously to the capital structure of manufacturing companies of food and beverage sub sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015.The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the samples studied amounted to 7 companies from the population of 14 companies. Technik data analysis used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test and f test.The results of this study indicate that partially (1) Profitability has an effect on and negative to Capital Structure, (2) Company Size has no effect and negative to Capital Structure, (3) Company Growth has no effect and positive to Capital Structure, (4) influential and positive to Capital Structure. And simultaneously Profitability, Size Company, Growth Firms and Asset Structures together affect the Capital Structure.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Company Size, Corporate Growth, Asset Structure]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country that has the largest number of street children or children displaced, where they generally do not attend school or drop out of school. The influence of globalization is developing rapidly, and the technology is developing rapidly, the transfer of knowledge can be developed and the effect on the existing education system, both between countries and between nations. This can be seen from the reality of children education problems in Indonesia. Education is an effort the consciousness for the oppressed (poor children/street children), because only through education will be delivered for the exemption suppressed. Education can be the cause of the birth of their oppressed. Education became an important factor to open community awareness. <![CDATA[Piracy of information technology (IT) sotfware has been particularly detrimental to the softwareindustry billions of dollars per year. According to data from the Business Software Alliance (BSA)which has conducted studies around the world, during 2010 the last level of use of piratedbusiness software applications reached 42 percent worldwide (BSA 2010). If converted into cash,the total losses reach 59 billion dollars, an increase of 14% compared to 2009. And the BSAbelieves one reason piracy is so widespread is that many users of pirated software do not reallyunderstand that they act unethically. This paper investigates critical issues on ethical behavior,specifically the effects of moral intensity with ethical decision making in software piracy. In thisstudy, data were collected using a questionnaire based on two scenarios contain about ethicalissues in the use of software. Both scenarios related to software (1) users with a software licenseon multiple computers (1) hijacked on licenses that have not been paid. 340 samples of students inAMIK BSI, the 195 students in the class of Information Management, 100 students in the class ofComputer Engineering, and 45 student workers and professional software users already know theethics of the use of information technology. Regression analysis with SPSS program used to testthe hypothesis. This study shows that the moral intensity of individuals influence behaviorintentions in a situation-specific negatively associated with the ethical use of software for allscenarios.Keywords: Ethical, Decision Making, Software Piracy]]>

<![CDATA[With the development of the Information Technology (IT) and the Internet make us not able to let go of all the fields that exist in our lives more so in the field of education. The Internet open sources of information that was difficult to access. Technologically current information plays a major role in our business, changes in the organization of its structure and organization mannajemen. On the other hand, information technology is also a major role in the scientific development and the primary means in an academic institution. Internet technology is present as a multifunctional media. Communication via the Internet can be done interpesonal (eg e-mail and chat) or en masse, which is known one to many communication (eg, mailing lists). Internet is also able to present in real-time audio-visual as in the conventional method with the application teleconference. Broadly speaking, information technology has a role: (a) to replace the role of the human, in that it can perform the task or process automation, (b) strengthening the role of the man, by presenting information to a task and process, (c) act in restrukturissi the human role, in making changes to a collection of tasks and processes. That the presence of the Internet in education dimension is something that is absolute, and it is a necessity. As a requirement, then the presence of the internet is basically very helpful education to develop teaching and learning situations are more conducive and interactive, effective and efficient. <![CDATA[The achievement of the point of view, the mission and the aim of the school that was maintained together by the pupil, was needed by the condition for the conducive school and the harmony between the available educational power in the school including the principal, the teacher, the administrative power, and parents of the pupil, as well as their respective community had the role that was big enough in achieving the aim of the organisation. The teacher's power was one of the educational powers that had the role as the determining factor of the success of the aim of the organisation apart from the other educational power, because of the direct teacher bersinggungan with participants educated, to give the guidance that his estuary will produce the graduate who was hoped for. So the achievement of the teacher must be always increased. Efforts to increase the achievement usually were carried out by means of giving the motivation, held the supervision, gave the incentive, gave the opportunity that was good for developed in the career, increased the capacity, the style of good leadership. While the achievement of the teacher could be increased if that was relevant knew what was hoped for and when could determine hopes that were acknowledged by results of his work. <![CDATA[The Government has conducted variety efforts to address the needs and problems of housing, among other things through the Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (known by its Indonesian acronym BSPS). BSPS encourage the community to be able to build the House or re-improvement the house being livable. Regional Management Consultant known KMW is responsible as supervisors so that the implementation of the activities of the BSPS in accordance with quantitative and also kuaitatif target. This research is qualitative research conducted from March to December 2017 in West Kalimantan province. The data is obtained through a written report or an interview directly with the all parties involved in activities of the BSPS in West Kalimantan. The research found that monitoring and control functions has encouraged the activities of the BSPS in West Kalimantan was completed on time and get the House habitable as expected. Nevertheless some recommendations are made for improvements to the implementation of the activities as well as the monitoring process in the coming year. ]]>

<![CDATA[Iklan merupakan bagian penting dalam pemasaran produk dan salah satu cara khusus dalam memperkenalkan atau mempromosikan produk kepada konsumen. Saat ini Iklan saat ini sangat berperan dalam mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Iklan oleh perusahaan digunakan untuk menarik minat konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Apartemen Meikarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan konsumen dan pembeli apartemen meikarta sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 pembeli Apartemen Meikarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Apartemen Meikarta Kata Kunci: Apartemen Meikarta, Iklan, Keputusan Pembelian.]]>
