Abstract

This study aims to identify and find the key tone of the song using extraksi cord mp3. An application that serves to extract the key songs on the guitar tune, so that will generate the key (Cord) tone that represents the humming. Technique Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), is the method used to extract features from music signals and comparing suaru with unknown speakers with the existing speakers in the database. This application input data undergo several processes, before finally producing the key (Cord) tone. These processes include identifying the sound of the song. Voice recognition is useful for biometric authentication and communication between the computer system. Abstract

Education today evolving so rapidly that many universities, both public and private who had various kinds of courses, and this contributes also to the candidate - new students to be able to determine the courses they want according to their interests and their abilities.Because there is no similarity material they earn while in high school to college then this means that they have to learn again from the beginning to be able to understand the material obtained in the courses they choose in college. Indeed, for some students this is not an obstacle but a challenge for them, but not a few others that affect their academic achievement even a few who stop lecturing them prematurely because it was not able to follow the material provided.Based on the description above, the authors conducted a research based on the data - existing data to determine the relationship between the origin of high school majors with the development of students' academic achievement in AMIK Bina Sarana Information available at this moment. From the data - the data is the author divided them into groups / clusters based on value - average high school Diploma and GPA during lectures. This division aims to be done pengoahan data by the method of Fuzzy C - Means.Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is an algorithm that is easy and is often used in the technique of grouping the data as it makes an estimate efsien and does not require a lot of parameters. Several studies have concluded that the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm can be used to classify data based on certain attributes. In this study will be used Fuzzy C-Means algorithm to classify the data value - average high school Diploma and GPA during the course of this study also tested the accuracy Fuzzy C-Means algorithm in determining the majors for new students Bina Sarana Informatics.Application of Fuzzy C-Means algorithm in the determination of Bina Sarana AMIK majoring in Informatics at 150 student data samples tested in this study showed that the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm has a higher accuracy level, When compared with the method of determining the majors without notice value - average High School Diploma High School and the Department of origin has been done .Keywords: clustering, Majors Student, Fuzzy C - Means.

Abstract

Managing a project has a challenge for a project manager should be able to utilize existing resources and look at the rules and restrictions that need attention. Cooperation among the team would also have to coordinate the project manager so that all team members have the same mission and vision. The development of information technology is now offering a way of virtualteam work, teamwork is not influenced by the geographic location where the inter-team is located. Redmine is a software application as a project manager tool to manage resources. Redmine application is a web-based applications that can be accessed by anyone using a browser on the same network. Internet today opens an opportunity for anyone able to transact with each other indifferent parts of the world's data, so that when the application Redmine is on the Internet network so anyone can access the application anywhere as long as users are connected on the Internet. Web-based application that is placed on the Internet network would be accessible by anyone. Implementation of web applications on the Internet network to be accessible by a team would alsohave to use the Internet, and how web-based applications can be accessed by anyone on the Internet without using a Public IP. Abstract

With the establishment of data processing information systems at the maternity hospital patients Ikhram, then the existing system is expected to be better than a run for this system. For its development the author did some research method is to observe them in the administration including registration or processing of existing patient data, interviews with the parts involved, and the literature that support the processing of patient data. Tools system that I use include the waterfall, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) normalization. The system was developed with a structured paradigm and the implementation of the programming language the author uses Visual Basic 6.0, which resulted in the processing of patient data, resulting in the patient card, outpatient cards, receipts and statements - statements that are needed. Teknologi Era digital berkembang semakin pesat, bukan hanya alat komunikasi seperti Handphone saja, namun perangkat- perangkat lain yang berkembang pesat di zaman sekarang sudah banyak diciptakan untuk mempermudah mobilitas serta gaya hidup di era digital saat ini biasa disebut juga weareable device, Namun semakin banyak weareable device yang beredar serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang weareable device tak ayal dengan pentingnya bagaimana kegunaan dan manfaat untuk memilih suatu weareable device sesuai dengan kebutuhan, user experience sendiri harus lebih teliti untuk memilih dalam memilih weareable device hal inilah yang mendasari perlu adanya penelitian berupa system penunjang keputusan untuk membantu user experience dalam pemilihan weareable device, Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process merupakan suatu bentuk model pendukung keputusan dimana komponen utamanya adalah sebuah hirarki fungsional dengan input utamanya persepsi manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengambil suatu keputusan dari user experience dalam memilih weareable device sesuai dengan manfaat dan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Fedora is a Linux-based operating system that is always free for anyone to use, modify and distribute it. Linux users in Indonesia is very less, one of which can be viewed from a computer learning at campus. So far learned linux on Campus AMIK BSI Tangerang obtained 5th Semester. With so to be able to learn it should be on their own or training outside campus. On one hand it is difficult for users to install the Linux operating system, due to limited knowledge. Therefore, in this study described the use of Fedora Linux version 14 in a virtual form to be learned. PT. Daisen Wood Frame  adalah perusahaan bekerja di bidang industri perkayuan yang ada di kabupaten bogor, dengan sistem yang sekarang perusahaan ini masih menggunakan sistem manual mulai dari  pencatatan  IN  barang maupun  OUT  Barang ke bagian cutting sampai menyimpan pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan. Maka dari itu penulis merancang  Sistem  informasi ini untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada di perusahaan yang saya riset, untuk itu penulis menggunakan model  Waterfall  dengan menggunakan  Software Adobe Dreamweaver 8, Sehingga permasalahan dapat tercapai dengan efektif dan efesien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini. Abstract

Many people are considering to invest his wealth in a way to save, but how to determine the proper selection of the Bank, of course there are considerations that a reference to determine the choice. Such as the type Bank whether the Bank of Conventional or Bank of Syariah, there is also view of other aspects such trusty, service, credibility, and promise.To determine the selection there is one application that can assist in decision-making process that is the expert choice application, this application has the same working principles with analytic hierarchical process. In principle, determine the eigen values vector is the most important and critical to the outcome of data analysis. If using AHP eigen values vector determination must be done repeatedly until there is no difference eigen values in each iteration, but with the application of expert choice it can be done more quickly, because it has been programmed in each iteration process. Once the eigen values vector is found then proceed by searching for value of Consistency Index (CI) and Consistency Ratio (CR).The analysis result computed by the application of expert choice eigen values vector obtained in conventional and syariah criteria is 0.667 and 0.333, while the eigen values vector sub criteria for trusty, service, credibility and promise for the conventional highest grades 0.571, 0.025, 0.083, and 0.044, while the value eigen values vector sub criteria that gets the highest score is 0.071, 0.019, 0.033, and 0.027. Analysis results for Consistency Index value is -1.333 and Consistency Ratio (CR) is -2.298, this proved that the decision is acceptable. Keywords : Bank, analytic hierarchical process, consistency index  consistency ratio, expert choice application.

Abstract

Each year, patient of diabetes mellitus is increasing, so that is needed the diagnose technique which is effective to detect in early. Neural network as a model of data mining can be used to predict wether someone is suffered from diabetes mellitus or not. In this research, Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) as a neural network algorithm is used, not only because this algorithm has agood ability in predicting but also because this algorithm is commonly used. In this research, the processed data is total of 768 records and as a result of checking up Indian Pima women at least 21 years old.. To implement the MLP algorithm, SPSS Neural Network 17.0 is used. The result of implementing algorithm then is evaluated by using confusion matrix method and ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve method. This result is proved that implementation of MLP algorithm to detect diabetes mellitus for Indian Pima has a good performance. The value of accuracy by confusion matrix method is 77,7 %. Using ROC curve method, this research shows the accuracy of 0,83, so that it is including as good classification because it is being among 0,8 until 0,9. This research proved that MLP Algorithm can be used to detect diabetes mellitus in early time.Keywords: diabetes mellitus, neural network model, multilayer perceptron, confusion matrix, kurva ROC
