Abstract

Lecture room scheduling system design intended to address the problems of the use of the lecture room using a computer and some of the information posted on any lecture room. Computers installed Visual Basic 6.0 program serves as a database and perform ongoing scheduling simultaneously send information to every device information that is in every room lecture schedule the use of the lecture room. The device consists of a microcontroller AT89S51 information, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) 4x20 and Buzzer. AT89S51 microcontroller serves as a processor of information that will be displayed on the LCD and activate the buzzer. 4x20 LCD serves as a viewer to information received by the microcontroller from the computer. Buzzer serves as an alarm to remind you that the time course lecturer will end soon. Scheduling system is able to provide information on any room lectures through information sent by the computer to the device information is displayed on the LCD so that faculty and students can see the ongoing lectures in a lecture room. Thus, the scheduling system is expected to overcome the limitations of the lecture room and the use of space beyond the time so it does not happen again delays both at the beginning and end of the course. Key word : Buzzer,  Computer, LCD 4x20, Microcontroller AT89S51, Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

Procurement of ATK Goods can be implemented effectively and efficiently with the principles of healthy, transparent, open, and fair trade practices for all parties. Procurement of Goods Government is an activity to obtain goods Unit Unit Region / Other institutions whose process starts from the planning needs until the completion of it all its activities to obtain goods. Along with the development of the increasingly modern darana and government infrastructure also varied following developments and tailored to the needs of the government. The procurement of goods is financed by the State / Regional Budget. The results of this study include the procurement of goods in the Regional Revenue Board in general has been in accordance with the system and mechanisms specified in the rules. However, after being reviewed and reviewed more deeply there are still some constraints and fraudulent behavior committed by the procurement committee and procurement participants and the parties involved in the procurement process of the goods.

Abstract

The role of an expert or experts is crucial in solving a problem so as to get an effective solution. Currently there is a new innovative techniques in capturing and integrating knowledge of an expert in a computer system. In the expert system are the knowledge base in the form of formal knowledge, which mostly comes from experience. Like humans theoretical and practical knowledge and has been refined through experience in the domain. The use of expert system can apply or pour the expertise of a technician or an expert in the field of computers, especially computer networks. The purpose of this study is to design an expert system computer network management device that acts to solve practical problems when the expert is not available. In this research, the analysis and design of data structures of production rules, inference mechanism in tracking conclusion based knowledge base and the user interface. Expert systems are designed to provide solutions based on production rules by using a forward chaining inference mechanism for identifying and advising solutions to the problem of computer network devices.Keywords: expert systems, artificial intelligence, computer network.

Abstract

Transportation problem is the linear programming problem. The main purpose is minimize the cost of distribution. In present day the solution of transportation problem are North-West Corner, Least Cost, and Vogel’s Approximation (VAM). In 1946-1947 G.B Dantzig proposes the research and designed the MODI (Modified For Distribution), the method could be applied to transportation problem. The MODI method and other method that use a transportation table are adequate as long as the problem is relatively small. Once the problem becomes large, then finding the unique  and performing the updating is difficult. This study was made to find solutions to transportation problems using basis tree. Is a literature study that the authors use to conduct research, with the source form of journal papers, articles and textbooks. The Basis Tree Transportation Problem is a specialization for transportation problem. The key idea in this method is that any basic feasible solution of transportation problem is a spanning tree of the underlying graph. Hence for each iteration, the basis is represent as a rooted spanning tree in which an arc  and its flow  represent the basic variable , and the simplex multiplier (dual variable) are represent by node potential. Use of  Nort-West Corner aimlessly total freight 1490, and the results of the iteration will be obtained a minimum total transportation cost 920. Iterations that use basis tree using five iterations. It can be noted that minimizes transportation costs using the basis tree method resulted in a difference of 570. Keywords: North-West Corner, Basis Tree, Transportation Problem.

Abstract

Problems are often encountered in the provision of credit is to determine lending decisions to someone, while other issues are not all credit payments can run well. Among the causes are errors of judgment in making credit decisions. In this study will be used  neural network with radial basis function method and neural network with multilayer perceptron method to analyze the risk of car credit,  then compare which method is the better. From the test results to measure the performance of the method is to use testing methods confusion matrix and ROC curve, it is known that the method of  neural network with multilayer perceptron is better than method of neural network with radial basis function where has  a value of accuracy is 96,1%  and value of AUC is 0.999. This shows that the model produced, including the classification is Exellent Clasification because it has the value of AUC  between 0.90- 1.00.

Abstract

Determining the right home choice is tricky, it is influenced by many factors, including location, price, convenience, transportation, home design and amenities. To assist in the ease of making decisions for the selection of modest housing in Cikarang, we need a method of AHP software Expert Choice 2000. Results of analysis of data collected by the respondent that is processed using the software Expert Choice 2000, was the highest criteria in selecting housing is the price that is followed by another factor,, location, transportation, comfort, models and facilities.Keywords: AHP, Expert Choice, Housing Selection Criteria

Abstract

Technological developments, especially the Internet, has resulted changes in transaction activities and business processes of an organization. Activities of transactions that required buyers and sellers meeting at a certain place and time can now be done without any limitation of space and time. Buyers are able to view, order products and make payments whenever and wherever she/he is. The seller can receive orders, check product availability, order packing, ship goods, and receive payment from a particular place without the need for face to face directly with the buyer. The transaction activities can be done if they are supported by a business environment, called the Electronic Network Business Environment (ENBE). In addition, the Electronic Network Business Environment (ENBE) also provides changes in the activities of the company's financial reporting. The field of accounting must be able to adjust to these changes. The Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) issued by IAI has gradually adjusted towards a changing business processes. Knowledge in the field of Accounting Information System design, including hardware, software, brainware, data and procedure are also experiencing change and development. This study aims to create a framework for designing accounting information systems in the era of the Electronic Networking Business Environment (ENBE) that can be used as a reference / guideline for developing a system. The KMS Development serves as a basis to create the framework for accounting information systems. A number of the KMS methods, such as capturing and sharing knowledge, are becoming a major discussion in this study. Data collection methods conducted in this study include qualitative methods, i.e., interview and action research. It is expected that this study is able to provide a good impact to people (especially accountants, programmers), process (efficiency and effectiveness), product quality, and ultimately organizational performance can be improved as a whole. Key Words: Knowledge Management Systems, Accounting Information System

Abstract

Currently the Indonesian community was rife with long-distance communication must be use the internet facility. By using fasilitan via the Internet, hence more easy communication between each user, one of the connecting bridge that has been using social networking allows the user to communicate a lot like Facebook, Friendster, and Twiter. With many social networking facilities, then this study will provide an assessment in choosing among the three forms of social networking above and be an alternative choice. In assessing the third among alernatif social networking can be measured by several criteria such as level Popularities, Features, and Security, so that the results obtained from the analysis of the normalization of eigen value vector that can be obtained from each of the criteria can be described as follows: For the criterion level of popularity gained eigen value vector (0.4742), whereas the criteria associated with the eigenvalues obtained Features vector (0.1494), and for the safety criterion obtained eigenvalues vector (0.3764). With the basic use of the Random Index (RI) using a number n, then it can be searched value consistency Index (CI) and consistency ratio (CR) of the three social networks are as follows: In terms of criteria Popularity CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544), while the views of the criterion Features CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544) and visits from security criteria CI value (-1.1915) and CR (-2.0544).From the analysis of each value of consistency ratio (CR), it is concluded that this decision was acceptable, because the value of CR in the rules Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) must be worth less than 0.1 or a negative value. Keywords: analytic hierarchy process, eigen vector, consistency index, consistency ratio, decision making.

Abstract

Abstract— The inventory system in every government or private agency, especially in the health sector is very vital, managing a stock of goods carefully and scheduled to give an impact on the performance effectiveness of each company and to improve for the better  service consumers. To see the extent of the clinical supply system at the clinic and its level of performance, and whether the drug storage system used so far is effective and efficient for optimal benefits. From the research conducted, the authors found a weakness in the system used so far is considered less effective and efficient because it takes a long time to get information on drug supply data (manual system), either expired or reduced. the design of a drug supply information system is expected to assist the user in this part of the inventory to find out the stock data information or expiration on the drug supply effectively and detail up to the inventory reports and drug information per category. Keywords: design, information system, drug supply, clinic.
