Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI (Kemnaker) adalah Lembaga pemerintahan yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai Membina, mengendalikan dan pengawasan di bidang ketenagakerjaan dan memberikan pelatihan bagi calon pekerja agar memiliki keahlian khusus sesuai dengan permintaan para pencari tenaga kerja dan memberikan kesempatan kerja secara luas. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan lowongan informasi pada Kemnaker diantaranya, proses penyajian informasi lowongan pekerjaan yang memerlukan waktu 2-3 hari. kemudian di informasikan melalui papan informasi yang disediakan oleh kemnaker sehingga banyak sekali keluhan dari pencari kerja khususnya untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang lowongan pekerjaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diusulkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan informasi lowongan pekerjaan tersebut. Dalam hal ini adalah membuat sistem informasi lowongan kerja berbasis android untuk dapat menemukan karir/pekerjaan dengan memfasilitasi perusahaan/ institusi/industri penyedia lapangan kerja. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, sistem informasi ini membantu pihak Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI dalam memberikan informasi lowongan pekerjaan melalui android. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan pendekatan pemrograman berbasis android. Sistem ini juga bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dan pencari kerja dalam memperoleh, menyampaikan dan menginformasikan lowongan pekerjaan yang ada.

Dengue Fever is a disease that often attacks the community. Sufferers of Dengue Fever are increasing every year. In this case natural treatments are still widely found drugs that can cure Dengue Fever and Typhoid Fever (tipes), to produce which medicinal plants are good, and examples according to Dengue Fever and Typhoid disease (typhus) still experience trouble. To overcome the selection of the right medicinal plants, a decision support system was created using Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Mamdani using Matlab system test aids. The method used in decision making is the fuzzy method. The method is because the fuzzy method can be used in making multi-criteria decisions and quite well in solving identification problems that require many criteria. On the results of testing existing data obtained data by comparison between data and processes in the matlab application, the valid level of application testing is 94.4%. Based on the results of the test carried out in this study, the Decision Support System is expected to help the community to determine the symptoms that arise so that it can be known about the fever between dengue fever and typhoid (typhus) so that the selection of medicinal plants is appropriate and can be used.

Financial processing is currently widely used for business purposes. The business includes small and medium businesses. With these small and medium businesses, the system used still uses financial processes manually in its processing. As a result, there are often errors in the calculation process as well as income and expenditure. And not the same as the results of the calculation. In this cash processing application system, it can help small and medium entrepreneurs to calculate large amounts of data. And will reduce the error rate. The application model is designed using Finite State Automata. With this model, it can be seen that the value of the design testing process shows that the first and second designs have smaller processing processes compared to the third design. It can be said that to conduct data processing in a large way the third design is more accurate than the first and second. It is hoped that this application can be applied by other small and medium micro-entrepreneurs, and can assist in carrying out a more efficient financial management process.

Presence is significant for every lecture, office or other organizational activities, currently recording the attendance of student lectures at Mercu Buana University by calling one student at a time to be present by the lecturer, then the lecturer giving a sign of attendance on the particular lecturer application form that has provided. The purpose of this study is to analyze and develop RFID-based mobile UMB, which has the benefit of students being able to attend their presence without having to wait for lecturers to attend the attendance process and students can find out the level of time delay so that it can become learning so as not to delay in the future. The method used in this study uses a SWOT analysis and then designed with a system using UML, the construction of this application using the Waterfall method, and testing using a BlackBox. The results of this study are the development of modules in the UMB Mobile application successfully implemented with RFID devices.

Nowadays people especially those in the metropolitan area or developing their livelihood on a smart phone. Based on this, there arose an idea to expand and enrich the smart phone functions not only as a medium of communication, but one of them as a device that can help people in carrying out daily activities. One of them as a device that can help people to supplement the existing weaknesses in him, such forgetfulness. Forgetting the parking location is one of human weakness because of forgetfulness. That requires a device that can help people to remember the location of parking their vehicles. In addition, the smart phone also can help people to make payment transactions more practical. Then, if a parking location reminder device combined with payment at the parking booth will be a very useful tool and efficient. Diarrhea is a disease that makes sufferers defecate more than 4 times, diarrhea usually strikes all people, including toddlers, teens and adults. The increasing population density in DKI Jakarta Province in 2017 around 10,177,924 inhabitants spread over 6 cities consisting of 44 districts and 267 villages. To be able to see the area of diarrhea distribution, it is necessary to make a grouping based on the attributes used consisting of JSP, JSSP, SHARING and OD in order to obtain the center of the diarrhea spread point. K-Means algorithm is very suitable in clustering the spread of diarrhea Kelurahan. To determine the centroid starting point based on diarrhea sufferers as a parameter in determining C1, C2 and C3 which get C1 is Duren Tiga Village, C2 is Kebon Baru Village and C3 is Bendungan Hilir Village. The results of grouping based on the attributes used get C1 totaling 11 Kelurahans, C2 totaling 34 Kelurahans and C3 totaling 43 Kelurahans from 88 Kelurahan data used in which C1 is categorized as a diarrhea prone point, C2 is categorized as a possible spread of diarrhea and C3 is categorized as a Kelurahan that is safe from spread of diarrhea.

Restoran Bebek Goreng Haji Yogi adalah suatu usaha restoran yang berkembang Bebek Goreng Haji Yogi Restaurant is a restaurant business that develops in the West Jakarta area. The fried haji yogi duck restaurant serves a variety of menus with the main ingredients of duck meat. During this time, the system that runs in restaurants still uses notes of paper on consumer orders. Losing sheet paper transactions will have an impact on not fulfilling consumer orders and will worsen service. The application of a computerized system at Bebek Goreng Haji Yogi Restaurant is needed to provide effective ordering services to customers and make it easier to make reports. The analytical method used uses the pieces and supporting software methods to design using PHP, MySQL and balsamiq programming languages. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of orders to customers. So that the E-Order service information system can simplify ordering and minimize customers in queuing for food orders so they can minimize data error in recording product sales transaction data.

Social media writing content growing make a lot of new words that appear on Twitter in the form of words and abbreviations that appear so that sentiment analysis is increasingly difficult to get high accuracy of textual data on Twitter social media. In this study, the authors conducted research on sentiment analysis of the pairs of candidates for President and Vice President of Indonesia in the 2019 Elections. To obtain higher accuracy results and accommodate the problem of textual data development on Twitter, the authors conducted a combination of methods to conduct the sentiment analysis with unsupervised and supervised methods. namely Lexicon Based. This study used Twitter data in October 2018 using the search keywords with the names of each pair of candidates for President and Vice President of the 2019 Elections totaling 800 datasets. From the study with 800 datasets the best accuracy was obtained with a value of 92.5% with 80% training data composition and 20% testing data with a Precision value in each class between 85.7% - 97.2% and Recall value for each class among 78, 2% - 93.5%. With the Lexicon Based method as a labeling dataset, the process of labeling the Support Vector Machine dataset is no longer done manually but is processed by the Lexicon Based method and the dictionary on the lexicon can be added along with the development of data content on Twitter social media.

Technology is one part that can not be separated from human life. Various fields in human life have been greatly welcomed by technology, computer technology first. Virtual Reality (VR) is a new way to explore the virtual world. With virtual reality, the user seemed to be entering a new environment in the virtual world. The vastness of the virtual world can provide many advantages to produce a variety of fun entertainment. "My Journey My Adventure" is a game with a genre of first person shooter genre (FPS) that can be played by all people spent to be able to survive with modest stamina and a short time. This application is created using 3D unity and SDK as the main software. The stages in this research include discussing problems, initial planning, design and design, testing and implementation. And for system modeling languages using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This application was created as a medium of entertainment for each player by using Virtual Reality (VR) which allows players to experience more real difficulties such as those in games and introduce virtual reality technology. System testing shows that not all Samsung smartphones can activate this virtual reality game, and also on the application quality test that shows it. This application has a weight of 44.7 which corresponds to the "very good" category.
