Abstract

Buying and selling is a type of economic activity carried out by sellers and buyers that encourages the exchange of property rights to products or services from the hands of the seller into the hands of the buyer. Buying and selling is a necessity for people to survive. The individual needs of life will the exchange be able to be met through a meeting between merchants and buyers in a place called a market. The development of the market is indistinguishable by the turn of events and changes in the way of life of the individual. The relationship of promise and settlement is that the agreement provides a commitment. Covenants are sources of understanding, regardless of different sources. The agreement is also called understanding, arguing that the two meetings agreed to follow up with something. The understanding brought into the contract world, it must be desired by two people or two meetings to enter into the understanding, while the understanding brought into the world of rules is held by the demonstration is contrary to the wishes of the meeting in question. At the point when two individuals hold an agreement, then, at that moment, they hope that between them there is a legitimate commitment agreement. The purpose of this study is to find out the contents of the Contract of Sale, the object of sale and purchase, and the law of buying and selling. This research uses a type of method The approach method used in this study is a normative approach method, because the legal concept used in this study is a positivist legal concept and views the law of an autonomous institution. The type of research used is a descriptive type of research, because this study aims to provide as much detailed data as possible on the implementation of land sale and purchase agreements. The source of data in this study is secondary data and primary data, where secondary data are complete documents related to the sale and purchase of land, while the primary data is direct information obtained from related parties who can provide information directly the data analysis technique in this study was carried out with documentation study techniques, where data collection was obtained from literature studies and field research.

Abstract

The era of the Covid-19 pandemic until the new normal is confirmed to have affected all aspects of life, including the scope of marketing, especially the retail industry. It seems that knowing consumer decisions in making purchases is important, one of which is the influence of price strategy. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price strategy on purchasing decisions. Prima Freshmart was chosen as the representative object. The research method uses quantitative associative, simple linear regression data analysis technique is used with the stages of validity - reliability testing, classical assumption test, and simple linearity test, as well as non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling) is used (obtained a sample of 88, Prima Freshmart consumers). The data processing application used is SPSS 26.0. The results of the study are that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant and positive influence on the price strategy on purchasing decisions. Future research suggestions are also discussed.

Abstract

This research discusses descriptively the causes of the economic crisis and the approaches and analyzes of many experts who provide solutions to the economic crisis that has occurred. The occurrence of an economic crisis in Islam cannot be separated from economic practices or activities that are carried out contrary to Islamic values, such as the act of consuming usury, monopoly, corruption, and other malpractice actions. Islamic Economics and the Economic Crisis are an approach and analysis. provide solutions to the current economic crisis. Although there are differences, in general the key to solving the crisis is to eliminate the system of interest (usury) in the economy. In terms of banking, Islamic economics has provided solutions (alternatives) to avoid the practice of usury (interest) in the banking process. The solution is in the form of a Mudharabah product based on a profit sharing ratio expressed in the form of a percentage between shahibul mal and mudharib.

Abstract

One of the industrial sectors that make a high contribution to Indonesia's economic growth is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). One of the UMKM activities in the trade sector in Air Hitam village, Langkat district is the snack food industry named Kripik Cinta Mas Hendro. As an industry that relies on the availability of raw materials from nature, chips entrepreneurs need to participate in protecting the environment so that the availability of raw materials in nature is maintained, in accordance with production activities in the view of Islamic economics. Based on this, the objectives of the first study are, How to implement the production factors of the love chips industry, second, How to implement the production factors for the Cinta chips industry in Air Hitam village, Gebang district, Langkat district in an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results showed that: first, the production factors of the love chips industry had been implemented well in the application of natural resource factors, labor factors, capital factors and management factors. Second, the implementation of the production factors of the love chips industry an Islamic perspective, is all based on Islam.

Abstract

Economic growth and development are the most common components in economic policy strategies, but as countries develop and progress, on the other hand, poverty rates are increasing dramatically and have various kinds of problems in other economic sectors. The purpose of this study is to discuss issues that occur in Islamic-based economic expansion. By examining growth and development which includes how economic development is to build the welfare of the people, how to increase human resources, and how the role and responsibilities of the state in Islam are. This research method uses a research library and uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the issue of economic growth and development has become a point of interest for experts in Islamic economic studies. Most of the direct economic growth and development, summarized in the teachings of the Qur'an, Sunnah, and previous Islamic thinkers. It has become a very serious focus point on increasing the welfare of the ummah, human resources and innate capacity to improve the position of human dignity and status which is emphasized on the growth and development of the Islamic economy, and the role and responsibility of the state in Islam.

Abstract

The presence of the internet opens up opportunities for digital marketing and business owners compete to create interesting content to achieve sales targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Content marketing on Kopi Kenangan's Customer engagement and how big the influence of Content marketing on Kopi Kenangan's Customer engagement. The population in this study were the customers of Kopi Kenangan branch of the shophouse M. Toha, Tangerang City, which amounted to 175 customers. The method used is quantitative method with a total sample of 64 respondents. The technique of collecting samples using simple random sampling technique. The process of collecting data using a questionnaire via google form. Then the results were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Content marketing on Kopi Kenangan Customer engagement. The effect of Content marketing on Customer engagement is 52.8%, while the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all sectors, one of which is the economy. The impact is very felt for MSME entrepreneurs, not a few MSME entrepreneurs can maintain their business during the pandemic. This study aims to determine the strategies used by SMEs in maintaining their business during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach in data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. In data analysis using conclusion and verification techniques. The initial conclusions put forward are still primary data sources and secondary data. The data that has been obtained will then be analyzed in the form of decomposition and then the results of the data will be analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or Reduction Display Conclusions, with target accuracy, socialization, goal achievement and time. The results of this study indicate that 82% of MSMEs in the Cilangkap area of East Jakarta can survive because they have used digital marketing during the pandemic. Further research is suggested that Indonesian MSMEs survive by using digital marketing.

Abstract

The internet has grown rapidly, thus making online shopping service providers such as TikTok Shop have to modify several ways in order to compete with other e-commerce competitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of shopping experience and consumer trust on repurchase interest in the TikTok Shop application, the study was conducted on FKIP UHAMKA students class 2018. The research method used was quantitative research with non-probability sampling technique and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and the data was processed with the help of the JASP (Jeffreys’s Amazing Statistic Program) statistical application. The results showed that the online shopping experience had a significant positive effect on repurchase interest with a value of sig 0.001 <0.05, while the trust variable had no significant effect on repurchase interest with a sig value of 0.076> 0.05. Simultaneously, online shopping experience and trust affect repurchase intention with a value of sig 0.001 < 0.05. It is important for Tiktok Shop managers to maintain consumer confidence in order to increase consumer surplus every year.

Abstract

One of the activities of UKM in the trade sector in Langkat Regency, Air Hitam Village, Gebang Sub-district is the snack food industry named Kripik Cinta Mas Hendro. The success of an UKM is strongly influenced by the individual performance of its employees. The success of employee performance is the spearhead of the success of UKM itself. It also needs work motivation. Motivation will encourage employees to be more accomplished and productive. With the right motivation, employees will be encouraged to do their best in carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of employees of chips Cinta Mas Hendro. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples as many as 100 employees of love chips. The research data were analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that indicators of work performance, fair wages, recognition of performance and challenging work have a positive influence on employee performance. Hendro while the responsibility indicator has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation on consumer buying interest, especially in the New Normal Era. The research object chosen is Roti Unyil Venus Bogor which is considered representative because it is identified that they often innovate on their products. The research population comes from consumers who make transactions from February to April 2022, then the sampling technique is Cochran. The research method uses associative quantitative, the analysis technique uses simple linear regression with the stages of validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression test. The results show that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, with an R-Square value of 27.3%
