Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of market orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Indramayu Regency. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are MSME actors in Indramayu. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Additionally, this study uses Pearson correlation to examine the relationship between market orientation and product innovation with marketing performance. The results of the study show that both market orientation and product innovation have a significant and positive influence on the marketing performance of MSMEs. These findings emphasize the importance for MSMEs to integrate market orientation and product innovation into their marketing strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency, and support business growth

Abstract

The archives are one of the important sources of information that can support the processes of administrative and bureaucratic activities. The archives created from processing units will always be improved because the activities of an institution or individual never stop and will grow. One way to reduce the amount excess archives in an organization or agency is by narrowing the archives. Archive reduction is one of the activities of archive management in the archival unit of an institution such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banda Aceh Branch. The purpose of this research is to find out the stages of archive narrowing, and the constraints experienced by the BPJS of Banda Aceh Branch. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with observational data collection techniques, interviews, and library studies. The result of this research is the production of archive shrinkage in BPJS. The archive is destroyed by the Archival Unit in several ways, and the archive transfer is carried out by the Archival Unit to the Head of ANRI. The transfer of archives to BPJS is done according to the guidelines of JRA. The problems experienced by BPJS are limited archive storage, a lack of human resources, and a lack of training for human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the demand for broiler chicken in the city of Makassar. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results showed that the variable price of broiler chicken, price of fish, number of family members and consumer income simultaneously had an influence on the demand for broiler chicken in Makassar City and partially, the variable price of broiler chicken, number of family members and consumer income has an influence on the demand for broiler chicken in Makassar City.

Abstract

Home Industry Tempe Putera Sejahtera is an attempt to produce tempeh which is located in Lemah Abang, Karawang. The purpose of this study is to know and predict the amount of tempe production in the next period. The method used for this research is Single Exponential Smoothing and the method used to measure the accuracy of the forecasting is the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), the Mean Square Error (MSE) and the Mean Average Percentage Error (Mape). The result of this study was the smallest number of values ​​in MAD by 73.75, the smallest number of values ​​in MSE was 5,738 and the smallest number of values ​​in the MAPE was 2.92%. The results show the effectiveness of the Single Exponential Smoothing method in providing accurate predictions for tempe production, helping businesses in optimizing production planning and minimizing waste.

Abstract

Tax planning for Value Added Tax (VAT) in Indonesia is an important important aspect in managing company tax obligations efficiently. This study examines various VAT tax planning strategies, including the crediting of input tax, evaluation of VAT compensation, delaying the issuance of tax invoices, purchases from PKP sellers, and technical implementation. Through the application of these strategies, companies can reduce tax burdens legally, increase operational efficiency, and increase profitability. Research not only highlights the importance of tax planning in reducing tax obligations, but also provides practical guidelines to assist companies in managing their tax obligations more efficiently and effectively. In addition, research also shows how companies can use various tax incentives provided by the government to achieve these goals. The results of the study are known that strategic tax planning for VAT in Indonesia involves the use of tax incentives, ensuring the structure of transactions is optimized, and comply with relevant government laws and government policies related to VAT. Through effective VAT tax planning, companies can streamline their tax management, reduce tax burdens legally, and ultimately increase efficiency and profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of compensation, work discipline, work environment, and leadership style on employee productivity at PT. Sarana Bangun Busaka. This research method is quantitative. In this study, the population used was the productivity of employees of PT. Sarana Bangun Pusaka. This research uses non-probability sampling. The sample was taken by purposive method. This study used a sample of 70 respondents. The data needed in this study is Primary Data. The data analysis technique is with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are Employee productivity gets a significant effect partially from compensation. Employee productivity has a significant effect partially on work discipline. Employee productivity gets a significant effect partially from the work environment. Employee productivity does not get a significant effect partially from leadership style. Simultaneously the value of employee productivity is influenced by compensation, work discipline, work environment, and leadership style.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine how Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Healthy Lifestyle impact the purchasing interest of Lemonilo Noodles among students enrolled at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dian Nuswantoro University, Semarang. Utilizing quantitative data, the study employs a purposive sampling technique, distributing both online questionnaires via Google Form and offline surveys to Lemonilo Noodles consumers within the aforementioned academic community. The sample size, determined through the Lemeshow formula, was set at a minimum of 96.04 respondents, rounded up to 100. The data collected underwent validation and reliability tests using SPSS. Subsequently, the research addressed basic assumptions, followed by classical assumption testing. T-tests, simultaneous tests (F), and determination tests were then conducted. The findings indicate that Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Healthy Lifestyle individually and collectively exert a positive and statistically significant influence on purchase intention. This underscores the importance of these factors in augmenting interest in Lemonilo Noodles products.

Abstract

As technology develops, big brand hotel companies such as the Marriott Group have created their own websites and mobile applications to facilitate customer reservations. This study aims to explore the differences in perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use between Marriott’s application and website. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected and analyzed to examine the relationship between variables. The sample comprised 200 Indonesian individuals who had made a reservation on either platform. Data were analyzed using SPSS with a comparison test to evaluate the hypotheses. The results indicate differences in user ease of access, navigation, and consistency of experience and information across platforms. While overall perceptions of usefulness and ease of use were similar, notable differences suggest the importance of focusing on these aspects in the development of Marriott's digital platforms to enhance User Experience.

Abstract

The rapidly developing digital economic context, including Indonesia, has changed the global business landscape. Understanding the preferences and involvement of the younger generation, especially students, is crucial. This research aims to compare the preferences and involvement of IPB University Vocational School students in the use of E-commerce and involvement in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research uses a quantitative method, with a survey conducted using a questionnaire of 32 students to obtain students' perspectives and experiences regarding comparing e-commerce and MSMEs. The data collected was then analyzed to identify significant differences between students who were more likely to use E-commerce platforms for online shopping compared to those who preferred shopping in MSMEs. This research also digs deeper into the factors that influence student preferences and ways to optimize their potential in encouraging inclusive and sustainable economic growth

Abstract

This study describes the Strategy for Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) conducted by the Agam Regency Government through the Office of Cooperatives, Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry, and Trade. This is motivated by the existence of empowerment programs included in two patterns, namely the pattern of empowering development and empowerment patterns of assistance in efforts to enable MSMEs in Agam Regency. Researchers then compare what happens to business actors. Providing capital assistance, training, mentoring activities, and product promotion significantly empowers MSMEs in Agam Regency. In addition, the empowerment program carried out by the Agam Regency Government through the Office of Cooperatives, Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry, and Trade is in the form of the establishment of a business-owned business entity, providing a business gallery of business production, launching E-UMKM applications, formation of forums MSMEs, establish business partnerships and market expansion. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, providing an objective picture or explanation related to the empowerment of MSMEs by the Agam Regency Government. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of MSMEs in Agam Regency in the form of programs included in the pattern of guidance and assistance has been effective and beneficial for business actors.
