Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the success of the Independent Entrepreneurship program implemented by the Kutaraja Polytechnic Independent Entrepreneurship team. The aspect assessed is satisfaction with the implementation of the Independent Entrepreneurship program by students, field assistant lecturers and MSME mentors. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The respondents of this research were students participating in the Merdeka Polytechnic Entrepreneurship Kutaraja, field assistant lecturers in the Merdeka Polytechnic Entrepreneurship Kutaraja and MSME partners of the Independent Entrepreneurship Kutaraja Polytechnic. Data from the questionnaire results were obtained through the implementation team of the Kutaraja Polytechnic Independent Entrepreneurship program. The results of this research were that 41.78% of students, field assistant lecturers and MSME mentors were very satisfied with the implementation of Independent Entrepreneurship carried out by the Kutaraja Polytechnic Independent Entrepreneurship team.

Abstract

The archives are one of the important sources of information that can support the processes of administrative and bureaucratic activities. The archives created from processing units will always be improved because the activities of an institution or individual never stop and will grow. One way to reduce the amount excess archives in an organization or agency is by narrowing the archives. Archive reduction is one of the activities of archive management in the archival unit of an institution such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banda Aceh Branch. The purpose of this research is to find out the stages of archive narrowing, and the constraints experienced by the BPJS of Banda Aceh Branch. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with observational data collection techniques, interviews, and library studies. The result of this research is the production of archive shrinkage in BPJS. The archive is destroyed by the Archival Unit in several ways, and the archive transfer is carried out by the Archival Unit to the Head of ANRI. The transfer of archives to BPJS is done according to the guidelines of JRA. The problems experienced by BPJS are limited archive storage, a lack of human resources, and a lack of training for human resources.

Abstract

This community service was conducted in international collaboration with the attendance of several polytechnics held in Gampong Siem Aceh Besar. This service is themed as BUMG and already exists in the village. From the observation results, it was found that currently, there are only two BUMGs that have existed in the fields of animal husbandry and savings and loans. Meanwhile, from the results of the analyses and discussions, it was found that the BUMG operations were not fully optimal, so some discussions inspired improvements to advance the BUMG. For example, in animal husbandry, a fermentation process can be used to handle feed problems and structured financial reports in the savings and loan business. In both business fields, human resource development is still needed so that the BUMG becomes a valuable institution in the community economy in accordance with the community's circumstances and culture.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of SiManja in the field of storage, processing, and preservation of library materials at the Aceh Library and Archives Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews with 10 employees, field observations, and internal document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SiManja helps improve employee discipline by filling in Employee Performance Targets (SKP) more systematically and organized. However, some technical obstacles such as difficulty understanding the application are still found. With continuous training and simpler guidance, the effectiveness of the system can be further improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, pelatihan, dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, keempat variabel independen tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Model regresi yang digunakan memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 25,3%, yang berarti hanya sebagian kecil variasi produktivitas dapat dijelaskan oleh model ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pengkajian lebih lanjut terhadap faktor-faktor lain di luar variabel manajerial yang mungkin lebih dominan memengaruhi produktivitas kerja dalam konteks organisasi publik.Kata Kunci: Penilaian kinerja, Kompensasi, Pelatihan, Kepemimpinan,   Produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial oleh Dinas Sosial Provinsi Aceh pada tahun 2024 melalui dua program utama, yaitu Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak Dinas Sosial serta telaah dokumen seperti laporan tahunan dan petunjuk teknis program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program menunjukkan capaian yang cukup tinggi dalam hal ketepatan waktu (98%), jumlah (100% PKH via BSI, 92% via POS, dan 99% BPNT), serta ketepatan sasaran (97%). Namun demikian, keterbatasan dalam akses terhadap data pengaduan masyarakat menunjukkan adanya kelemahan dalam aspek akuntabilitas dan transparansi publik. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada Dinas Sosial, Pemerintah Daerah, lembaga pengawasan independen, dan Kementerian Sosial agar memperkuat keterbukaan data, pengawasan publik, serta digitalisasi sistem informasi bantuan sosial.Kata Kunci: Bantuan Sosial, Efektivitas Program, PKH, BPNT, Dinas Sosial Aceh

Abstract

The financial management training at TK Bustanul Athfal Lhong Raya aims to enhance the capacity of the school administrators in managing finances transparently and accountably. The issues faced by the administrators include a lack of skills in structuring financial documents and limited use of technology. This training involved the school principal, treasurer, teachers, and representatives from the school committee as participants, covering topics such as budgeting, cash flow recording, and the preparation of simple financial reports. The methods combined theory and practice to ensure participants could implement what they learned in their daily activities. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in managing financial documents in a more structured and transparent manner, as evidenced by their ability to create daily cash books, annual budgets, and more systematic financial reports. Post-training monitoring confirmed that most participants had applied the taught materials in managing school finances, although further assistance is required, especially in the use of financial technology. This activity successfully established a better financial management system, increased transparency, and built trust among the community in the financial management of TK Bustanul Athfal. This training provides a strong foundation for accountable and sustainable financial management in TK Bustanul Athfal Lhong Raya Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Penyaluran bantuan sosial di Provinsi Aceh pada tahun 2024 melalui ProgramKeluarga Harapan (PKH) dan Bantuan Pangan Non-Tunai (BPNT) menunjukkankinerja yang cukup efektif meskipun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan. Penelitianini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas penyaluran bantuan sosial oleh Dinas SosialAceh dengan mengukur ketepatan sasaran, ketepatan waktu, ketepatan jumlah, danefisiensi distribusi. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan denganpengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkanbahwa tingkat realisasi penyaluran PKH dan BPNT berada di kisaran 91-93%,ketepatan sasaran mencapai sekitar 92%, dan ketepatan waktu mencapai 100%.Namun, terdapat ketimpangan efektivitas antar kabupaten/kota serta keterbatasandalam transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang menghambat deteksi penyimpangan.Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pemutakhiran data penerima secaraberkala, peningkatan kapasitas daerah dengan capaian rendah, diversifikasi jalurdistribusi, dan penguatan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkanefektivitas dan transparansi penyaluran bantuan sosial di masa mendatangKata Kunci: Bantuan Sosial, PKH, BPNT, Efektivitas, Ketepatan Sasaran,Transparansi
