Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product and service quality on consumer satisfaction in purchasing necessities in the market and to determine the correlation, multiple linear regression between product quality, service quality, and consumer satisfaction in fundamental food traders. This type of research is quantitative research using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The subjects of this study are visitors and grocery sellers, totaling 97 respondents, and the sample of this study is the mothers of market visitors. Data collection uses questionnaires to determine the influence of consumer satisfaction on product and service quality. Instruments or questionnaires, before being distributed, are first consulted with expert judges and tested for validity and reliability. The results in this study are that in the normality test, the test results are obtained. Namely, there are only three variables that are usually distributed. The next step is to conduct a linearity test and obtain linear data results. Because in one of the tests, the assumption that one of the variables is not normally distributed, a correlation test is carried out, with which H0 is rejected, with the results of this study, namely, the quality of products and services correlating with consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, profitability, leverage, and good corporate governance on financial distress. This study is quantitative research. Quantitative Data obtained by using secondary data in the form of documentation of financial statements obtained through www.idx.co.id. This study will be proven by testing the hypothesis using statistical analysis methods with multiple linear regression analysis assisted using SPSS applications. The population used in this study is food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2022. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The results provide empirical evidence that liquidity, profitability, and independent commissioners have no effect on financial distress, while leverage, and managerial ownership influence financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of GoFood PT GoTo. The method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 112 respondents who are users of the GoFood application. The results of the study show that service quality and price have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that the two independent variables, service quality and price, together contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. This study provides recommendations to improve service quality and adjust prices to be more affordable, to effectively and efficiently increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Competition in the online transportation industry is getting tighter, with the presence of various platforms such as Go-Jek, Grab, and Ageu Jek. Ageu Jek, a local platform in Purwakarta Regency, faces challenges to increase its app users. This study aims to analyze Ageu Jek's marketing strategy implementation in increasing app users in Purwakarta Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with interview and observation techniques. The research informants are Ageu Jek application owners, Ageu Jek drivers, and Ageu Jek application users. The results showed that Ageu Jek faces several challenges, such as the lack of public awareness about the app, fierce competition with other platforms, and incomplete app features. Ageu Jek's marketing strategy still needs to be optimized, focusing on promotion through social media, developing app features, and improving service quality. Ageu Jek needs to improve its marketing strategy by focusing on market analysis, market segmentation and the right target audience. Application feature development and service quality improvement also need to be considered. With the right strategy, Ageu Jek can increase its application users and become a competitive online transportation platform in Purwakarta Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions of contact lenses at Diens Optik Purwakarta. The optical business faces intense competition, necessitating effective strategies to attract and retain consumers. Price perception and promotional strategies play crucial roles in consumer purchase decisions. Diens Optik Purwakarta utilizes various promotional techniques, including shopkeeper and door-to-door approaches, alongside a 10% discount on purchasing three products as a retention strategy. Despite these efforts, recent months have seen a decline in consumer numbers. Using a quantitative approach under positivism philosophy, the study gathered data from 97 respondents through incidental sampling. Validity tests were conducted using the product-moment correlation coefficient method. Results indicated high validity for all items related to price perception and promotion. Statistical analysis revealed significant positive influences of both price perception and promotion on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic Corporate Governance, Sharia Complience and Islamic Social Reporting on the Financial Performance of Indonesian Sharia Banking. This research uses secondary data in the form of company annual reports. The sample used in this research was Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the financial services authority in 2018 - 2022. From this research, 35 samples were obtained that met the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that Islamic Corporate Governance, Zakat Performance Ratio, Islamic Social Reporting have an effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks, while the Profit-Sharing Ratio has no effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of education level, business scale, business age, and accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta City. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with a sample of 104 MSME owners in Surakarta. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient test using SPSS 25. The research results show that education level and accounting knowledge have a significant effect on the use of accounting information in MSMEs. The variables of business scale and business age have no significant effect on the use of accounting information in MSMEs in Surakarta.

Abstract

Earnings quality is the precision of earnings information reflecting the company's actual performance and its reliability in predicting future performance as presented in financial statements. This study aims to analyze the impact of earnings persistence, potential profit, capital structure, and growth opportunities on earnings quality in industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 107 firm-years that met the criteria as observation units. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings provide empirical evidence that potential profit and growth opportunities significantly influence earnings quality. However, earnings persistence and capital structure do not affect earnings quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset intensity, profitability, and leverage on cost stickiness in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2022. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, with a population of 144 companies, from which a sample of 70 companies was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that asset intensity and profitability have a significant effect on cost stickiness, while leverage does not have a significant effect. These findings provide additional insights into cost behavior within companies and can serve as a reference for further research in managerial accounting. Moreover, the results of this study are expected to assist management in making more effective decisions regarding cost control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting perception, accounting knowledge, business scale and educational background on the use of accounting information.  The research method in this study is classified as using quantitative research with a causal approach. The Data used in this study is a type of primary data. In this study the primary data was obtained by conducting field surveys and providing questionnaires. The questionnaire used a likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study is SMEs. Sample selection in this study using nonprobability sampling technique with convenience sampling. Based on the calculation, the sample of respondents in this study is 100 of the total number of MSME actors in Teras District, Boyolali regency. The results of research that has been done and the discussion that has been described can be concluded that the perception of accounting, accounting knowledge affect the use of accounting information, while the scale of business and background do not affect the use of accounting information.
