Abstract

Sungai Citarumsangatpentingbagikehidupansocialekonomimasyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Selain digunakan sebagai sumber air minumoleh Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), irigasi pertanian dan perikanan, pembangkit listrik tenaga air, DAS Citaum juga dijadikan sebagai daerah buangan limbah pabrik dan rumah tangga. yang berpotensi sebagai sumber pencemar. Menyadari bahwa keberadaan Sungai Citarum ini sangat penting, maka diperlukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pencemaran air Sungai Citarum. Metode kemagnetan batuan sebagai suatu metode yang cepat dan mudah, dapat digunakan sebagai proxy indicator pencemaran air Sungai Citarum melalui pengukuran suseptitibilitas magnetik. Penggunaan metoda ini didasarkan pada kelimpahan mineral magnetik yang terkandung dalam setiap bahan di alam. Bahan yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel untuk menduga pencemaran air adalah sedimen DAS Citarum. Nilai suseptibilitas magnetik diukur dengan menggunakan alat Bartington MS2B yang beroperasi pada dua frekuensi, 470 Hz dan 4700 Hz. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan urutan daerah yang memiliki suseptibilitas magnetik yang diukur pada 470 Hz(XLF), dari yang terbesar hingga terkecil adalah Walahar, Waduk Jatiluhur, Curug Klari, Tunggakjati, Medangasem-Jayakerta, dan PDAM. Pengukuran suseptibilitas magnetik dilakukan pula pada frekuensi yang lebih tinggi (XHF), yaitu 4700 Hz. Perbedaan relatif nilai suseptibilitas magnetik yang diukur pada dua frekuensi disebut sebagai suseptibilitas bergantung frekuensi (XFD).Pengukuran suseptibilitas magnetik pada dua frekuensi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sampel pada daerah kajian memiliki nilai XFD (%) kurang dari 4 %.Nilai suseptibilitas bergantung frekuensi yang rendah (1-4%) sering ditemukan pada tanah yang terkontaminasi.Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat diduga bahwa mineral magnetik di daerah kajian berasal dari sumber antropogenik.Dugaan bahwa sumber mineral magnetik merupakan sumber antropogenik didukung oleh analisa statistik yang menunjukkan korelasi negatif antara XLF dan XFD. Adanya korelasi negatif antara XLF dan XFD mengindikasikan bahwa mineral magnetik berasal dari polusi industri. Kata kunci: suseptibilitasmagnetik, pencemaran, Sungai Citarum

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Increased aerobic exercise capacity appears to reduce all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality. Aerobic exercise improves functional capacity (FC) is strongly recommended.However, evidence regarding the most efficient exercise intensity for patients post Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (CABG) is still limited. This study aimed to assess the effects of high-intensity intervalexercise (HIIT) compared to moderate-continous intensity exercise (MCT) for increasing FC in patients post CABG. Methods: True experimental pre-post study included 6 men post CABG participating in a phase II cardiac rehabilitation (CR) with age ≤ 65 years old, ejection fraction ≥ 40%, no heart failure, no valve disease.Each group had 3 participants. HIIT group exercise at 80-90% Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) followed by 60-70% HRR active rest periods, MCT group exercised at 60-80% HRR. Both groups trained 3 days/week for 4 weeks. FC measured at baseline and after 4 weeks of rehabilitation. FC was assessed by maximal exercise testing through indirect VO2 max measurement. Results: After training, FC increased significantly in both group HIIT: 0,98±0,48 METs (8.07±1.51 METs to 9.05±1.21 METs), p=0.03 and MCT : 0,79±1,03 METs (5.74±2.24 to 6.53±1.69 METs), p=0.04).Differences in FC improvement between the two groups are p=0.792. Conclusion: HIIT exercise had no difference with MCT in increasing FC in patients post CABG. Abstract

A number of activities occur around the Cikijing River in Rancaekek area, West Java, such as industrial and domestic activities. The various activities could decrease the quality of the river and surrounding environment due to anthropogenic pollutants that might be produced. Since the Cikijing River is also used as the source of irrigation, paddy fields around the river could be also be affected. The presence of pollutants in river sediments and agricultural soils over a long period could change their magnetic properties. Magnetic susceptibility of Cikijing River sediments and soils of the paddy fields in the surrounding have been examined considering that magnetic properties could represent environmental conditions. The results show that river sediments have magnetic susceptibility (cLF) in range of 356.2-456.3 (×10-8) m3kg-1, whereas soils samples have cLF varying from 94.1 to 347.1 (×10-8) m3kg-1, suggesting domination of ferrimagnetic minerals. The cFD (%) is <4% indicating the anthropogenic origin of magnetic minerals.  Electron microscopy images show the imperfect octahedral and spherules shapes of magnetic grains that supports magnetic susceptibility analysis about the source of magnetic minerals. Abstract

Excessive fertilizer on farmland can increase or decrease mineral elements in the soil. If there is a change in the structure, then the land is a suspected of having the potential to experience contamination that affects the soil fertility. Cropping pattern in a farm area village "X" uses excess fertilizer due to short planting period, so it needs to identify the level of soil fertility on the farmland. One method that could use is the electrical method of rock. This method uses the observable magnetic properties of the ground to figure the value of the soil conductivity. The results showed that farmland in Village "X" has diverse conductivity values but has the same pattern. But when compared with the original soil (not farmland), there are striking differences. In addition to using the electrical method of rock, also conducted the soil color matching using Munsell Color. Keywords: Contamination, Conductivity, Rock Electrical, Munsell Color

Abstract

Every industrial activity has the potential to make pollution on agricultural land, in general waste out of that factory is dumped directly into the river, where the waste can be a waste of toxic for the environment. The study aims to get information from the soil sample has been meticulous about the level of pollution in farming caused by waste disposal a textile mill which is located in Bandung. The experiment at the different places, there is the area which located closer by pollution source (a) and area which far from pollution source (b). After we’ve done the measurement, we got some data, there are PH (a) =7,8, PH(b) = 7,1, TDS dan EC (a) = 0,161 - 0,313 dan 0,34 - 0,627, TDS dan EC (b) = 0,06 - 0,206 dan 0,127 - 0,419, cfd % (a) = 0,66 – 2,4 % , cfd % (b) = 3,26 – 3,76 %.  That data is shown the pollution of the soil at the place, it is area (a), which specification are PH (>>), TDS and EC (>>) and cfd % (<<), it means the soil is alkali with big grain and has high salt concentration. Abstract

Rock magnetism have been conducted on the issue of pollution by vehicle to identify mineral magnetic in the soil surface and leaf samples. Samples taken at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, West Bandung regency. Location of the study is divided into two zones, zone 1 is located close to the highway, and a zone 2 that is located away from the road. In this study magnetic susceptibility measured in two frequencies, low frequency, (0.46 kHz) and high frequency, (4.6 kHz). The measurement results show that the value of the leaf samples ranged, 1Í10-821Í10-8 m3/kg (zone 1), and 1Í10-83Í10-8 m3/kg (zone 2), On the surface soil samples, value from each frequency almost the same range 1200Í10-81700Í10-8 m3/kg (zone 1), and 2600Í10-8 m3/kg2800Í10-8 m3/kg (zone 2). The relative difference of and value will produce (%). The calculation result , (%) is within the range of 2% -4% (zone 1) and 1.4% -1.7% (zone 2). Based on the scheme between and (%), indicating that the zone 1 and zone 2 types of magnetic minerals is more likely as the mineral from the combustion of fossil gas. Abstract

Sungai Citarum merupakan sungai utama yang ada di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi. Di bagian hilir, Sungai Citarum ini banyak melewati daerah pemukiman padat penduduk, daerah industri, dan bahkan pesawahan. Oleh karena itu, perlu kajian mengenai kondisi Sungai Citarum salah satunya dengan mengidentifikasi parameter electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolve solid (TDS), pH dan suhu serta karakteristik mineral magnetik pada sedimen melalui analisis sifat magnetik, mineralogi dan morfologi magnetiknya. Pengukuran parameter EC, TDS, pH dan suhu dilakukan secara in situ pada sampel air Sungai Citarum, pengukuran sifat magnetik dilakukan pada sampel sedimen yang telah dipreprasi, sedangkan pengukuran mineralogi dan morfologi dilakukan pada sampel sedimen yang telah diekstraksi. Sifat magnetik sedimen diketahui dari nilai suseptibilitas magnetik dual frekuensi yang diukur menggunakan Bartington Magnetik Susceptibilitymeter, sedangkan mineralogi dan morfologi magnetik diketahui berdasarkan hasil pengukuran scanning electron microscope–energy disperdsive x-ray (SEM-EDS) dan x-ray diffractometer (XRD). Hasil pengukuran secara in situ pada sampel air menunjukkan bahwa rentang nilai EC, TDS, pH dan suhu berturut-turut adalah (200–4120) mS/cm, (100–2060) ppt, 7,34–9,22, dan (26,8–32,6) oC. Sedangkan, hasil pengukuran sifat magnetik menunjukkan bahwa sampel sedimen Sungai Citarum bagian hilir memiliki nilai suseptibilitas magnetik frekuensi rendah (cLF) dengan rentang (65,00–173,80) x 10-8 m3/kg, sedangkan rentang nilai suseptibilitas magnetik frekuensi tinggi (cHF) adalah (64,90–165,70) x 10-8 m3/kg. Dari kedua pengukuran cLF dan cHF diperoleh rentang nilai cFD (%) sebesar 0,15–4,66. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis morfologi dari citra SEM-EDS dan analisis mineralogi berdasarkan pengukuran XRD menunjukkan dominasi jenis mineral magnetik pada sampel sedimen adalah magnetit. Mineral magnetit ini memiliki morfologi berbentuk oktahedral sebagai representasi mineral magnetik alami dan ada pula yang berbentuk spherule sebagai representasi mineral magnetik karena adanya proses oksidasi akibat kehadiran material antropogenik pada sedimen Sungai Citarum bagian hilir.

Abstract

Keberadaan gua umumnya hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat wisata biasa atau bahkan belum dikembangkan menjadi obyek wisata. Dalam kajian ini, keberadaan gua tidak hanya dikembangkan sebagai tempat wisata biasa, namun dimanfaatkan sebagai wisata edukasi dan Pusat Kajian Ilmu Pengetahuan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk sosialisasi pengembangan fungsi Gua Lowo, Watulimo, Trenggalek sebagai Pusat Kajian Ilmu Pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi yang bekerjasama dengan mitra Pemda Kecamatan Watulimo, Trenggalek yang diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan instrumen kuisioner dan Focus Group Discussion. Kegiatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi: pembuatan poster, buku perfectus, serta video yang berisi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, seperti peran gua dalam merekam perubahan iklim dan lingkungan dimasa lampau, perubahan arah medan magnet bumi, serta kejadian gempa dimasa lampau. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan rata-rata 90% persen responden menyatakan sangat setuju karena mendapatkan pengetahuan baru, sehingga perlu mendapatkan pelatihan lanjutan untuk pemandu wisata profesional. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat digunakan sebagai role model bagi pengembangan wisata gua di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Problematika Pembiayaan Pendidikan di Sekolah.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Untuk dapat tercapai tujuan pendidikan yang optimal, maka salah satunya hal paling penting adalah mengelola biaya dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan dana yang diperlukan. Administrasi pembiayaan minimal mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penyaluran anggaran perlu dilakukan secara strategis dan intergratif antara stakeholder agar mewujutkan kondisi ini, perlu dibangun rasa saling percaya, baik internal pemerintah maupun antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat dan masyarakat dengan masyarakat itu sendiri dapat ditumbuhkan. Keterbukaan, partisipasi, akuntabilitas dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan menjadi kata- kata kunci untuk mewujutkan efektifitas pembiayaan pendidikan.
