<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the level of IT Governance capability and provide recommendations for improving IT Governance in Information Technology Development Institute using COBIT 5. The domains chosen in this research are APO and BAI in order to improve IT services and optimize IT implementation in BPTI environment. The research method used are interviews and questionnaires in obtaining research data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the measurement of the eight selected processes indicated that most of the processes were already at level 1, and a few were at level 0. Based on the results of prioritization, the process that became the top priority in making improvements was APO07, namely Managing Human Resources. This research was only carried out in eight processes which were in accordance with previously mapped, so that this research was more complete and comprehensive, it could be carried out using other process areas in COBIT 5.]]>

<![CDATA[Islam requerer tompay zakat for wellbeing of Islamic people. Zakat is the forth of Islamic pillars. The contribution of zakat and maqashid syariah has the direct relations. This study aimed to know the relevale of zakat’s contribution to reach maqashid syariah with ANP method. ANP method is used to completed the problem in decomposition of synthesis and criterion scale. The study I s used techniques purposive sampling. Responden the study is expert and knowledgeable in this field (zakat). The result of this study showed the rank of each criterion from senif contribution of zakat. Senif fakir criterion is that have’nt anything. Senif miskin criterion is people that have the money less than the nisab. Senif amil criterion is mukallaf. Senif muallaf criterion is the new people in Islam religion. Senif gharimin criterion is the owed for his life. Senif fisabilillah criterion is established the dakwah center. Senif Ibnu sabil criterion is musafir for wealfare. The priority of maqashid syariah in senif contribution of zakat is religions. Then the priority contribution of zakat to reach maqasid syariah is fakir. The contribution of zakat should be distributed better for the welfare of muslims.]]>

<![CDATA[At the time of the covid-19 pandemic, as it is today, it changed the consumption pattern of the community, especially for students. The consumption behavior of students tends to increase due to several influencing factors, one of which is a glamorous lifestyle. This study aims to determine the effect of online shopping on the consumptive behavior of students of Economics Education FKIP UHAMKA. The population in this study were students of Economics Education FKIP UHAMKA Academic Year 2020/2021, totaling 307 students with a research sample of 174 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting samples using simple random sampling technique. The process of collecting data in this study used questionnaires via google form. Then the results of the information were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant correlation and influence between online shopping on consumptive behavior, which was 25.8%. This means that online shopping has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior among students in using online shopping applications. In addition, student consumptive behavior cannot be avoided without the awareness to be wise in using online shopping applications. Furthermore, the average student does online shopping without considering time and needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the soundness level of financial performance at the Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative in Lhokseumawe City and the cooperative which has the highest financial performance level. The samples of this research are the KPN KOPERISMA Cooperative, the Tunas Baru KPN Cooperative, the Muammalat Sejahtera Employee Cooperative, the Al Ummah Dayah Ulumuddin Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, the Kriya Sakti Cooperative (KOPINKRA), and the KPN Tiga Serangkai Cooperative. The data used are the 2018 financial statements of each cooperative, the method of data analysis used is the assessment of the financial performance of the sharia savings and loan cooperatives. The results showed that: 1) KOPERISMA Cooperative got a score of 77.25 with the predicate Fairly healthy, 2) KPN Tunas Baru Cooperative got a score of 73.55 with the predicate Fairly Healthy.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether career development has an effect on employee performance, and to determine the magnitude of the effect of career development on employee performance. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Aceh Sharia Bank. The object of this research is all employees at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, with a total research sample of 217 people who have received a career development training program. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires (list of questions), which had been prepared to the respondents. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression formulations with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[Cryptocurrency or virtual currency is a form of investment that has developed since 2010. Today, there are more than 2,000 types of crypto currencies worldwide. Cryptocurrency research in Indonesia is still focused on the legal status and legal status of cryptocurrency investments. This quantitative descriptive study aims to describe the returns and risks of investing in crypto currencies. Descriptive analysis by calculating risk measures and using the heteroscedastic model GARCH (1,1) was carried out on the return data of 15 crypto currencies that had the greatest value. Information was obtained that investing in most crypto currencies resulted in higher returns than investing in foreign currencies or the stock market. On the other hand, Crypto currencies have a higher risk of loss and volatility clustering or heteroscedasticity. Further research is needed to uncover the characteristics of Crypto currency returns and their performance in the form of a portfolio.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on various sectors, especially the economic sector, including the existence of MSMEs that have played an important role in Indonesia's economic development. This study aims to analyze how digitalization has become a strategy for developing MSMEs in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and to understand the urgency of using e-marketing to encourage the sustainability of MSMEs by taking the example of digital platform-based MSMEs. This research uses qualitative methods, descriptive analysis methods, and contextual techniques. The data collected is supporting data from literature research and relevant online reporting documents. This research concludes that the implementation of digitalization and e-marketing through the marketplace carried out by MSME entrepreneurs is considered very necessary so that business activities can continue and generate economic value in the midst of a pandemic as it is today.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the impact of responsibilities and roles on implementation. This examination was led by the SKPK within the East Aceh Regional Government. The sample of this audit data is 49 echelon IV financial administration officials who were taken for strategic audit purposes. Information is collected using surveys and then the information is checked using various direct relapse techniques. This investigation traces that the responsibilities of the chief financial officer and the department together affect the performance of the financial supervisor. The responsibilities of the financial supervisor positively affect the finance director. Part of the financial supervisor does not affect the finance director.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to see that farmers provide for their family's needs with the rice yields obtained for each harvest. But lately, farmers have felt that there are problems that occur from the sale of rice harvests, because lately agents have set sales prices unfairly. This study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the mechanism for determining the sale and purchase price of agricultural products in the form of rice by agents to farmers in Muling Manyang Village in general could not be said to be good because most of the rice agents had not applied prices in accordance with sharia economic principles, only a few parties set prices in accordance with Islamic economic perspective.]]>

<![CDATA[Market structure in Islam is based on the principle of freedom, including in carrying out economic activities but is still limited by rules without neglecting the principles of responsibility and justice. Fair in this case is not detrimental to consumers or producers, related to producer surplus and consumer surplus. In Islam, Muslims are encouraged to try anything as long as they are still within the corridor of sharia, meaning that as long as the effort does not violate the provisions stipulated by Allah SWT. Likewise, in terms of carrying out economic activities, everything is permissible as long as it does not violate these rules. One of the economic activities can be seen in the market, where sellers and buyers meet to make transactions for goods or services, both in the form of production and pricing.]]>
