Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the level of understanding of Islamic bank customers who have entered into murabahah contracts, as well as the factors that influence customer decisions to use Islamic banks for murabahah financing. 45 Islamic bank customers who have taken murabaha financing were selected as samples. The data used is primary data collected from customers who have taken murabaha credit through surveys and direct interviews. Qualitative analytical approach was used in data analysis. The findings show that customers are not aware of the murabahah financing arrangements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on online marketing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and is included in the type of library research. The output of this research is national and international journals. This research is expected to increase the growth of MSMEs through online marketing. The results of a literature review concluded that the coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on business actors around the world, including in Indonesia. Most business actors are forced to stop their business activities, because of policies issued by the government. This situation has an impact on reducing turnover. But on the other hand, there is a significant increase in online sales transactions so that it can become an opportunity for the growth of MSMEs by optimizing online marketing.

Abstract

Savings play an important role in improving the national and regional economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of PDRB, BI Rate and IPM on savings at the Bank either partially or simultaneously. Panel data analysis was used for data in North Sumatra Province with identical research variables. The use of secondary data in this study is based ondata time series and cross section from 2010-2020. In addition, to see the effect of specific research variables in Langkat Regency, multiple linear regression models are used. The data was processed with the help of the eviews version 11 program and passed the classic assumption problem test and the data normality test. The initial findings in this study are that the IPM variable has a significant effect on savings at banks in North Sumatra, while the BI Rate and PDRB variables have no effect on savings, but at a significance level of 10%, the BI Rate variable has an effect. Further findings are that there is a significant effect of the PDRB and IPM variables on public savings in Langkat Regency. Meanwhile, the BI Rate variable has no effect on the Langkat Regency community savings. Simultaneously all independent variables of the study affect the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between investment credit variables and the financial performance of MSMEs in the absorption of investment credit in Aceh. This study uses the 2019-2020 time series data by determining as many as 24 selected observers. The analytical method used in this study is a causality test with the help of Eviews 7 software. The study was conducted in Aceh Province in the period April-July 2020. The results showed that there was a one-way causality relationship between the Investment Credit (LKI) variable and the Financial Performance (LKK) variable. SMEs with a probability of 0.065 and a significance level of 10 percent. This means that investment loans that are channeled by banks to MSMEs can affect the financial performance of MSMEs and have a positive and significant relationship at the level of 10 percent. The results of the study indicate that the distribution of investment credit by banks to MSMEs in Aceh can have a positive impact on the financial growth of MSME businesses.

Abstract

The specific objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the development of production, working capital, labor, sales volume, wage level, selling price, material costs, and profits of brick industry business actors, 2) To determine the feasibility of brick business in Banda Aceh City, and 3) To analyze strategic flexibility in the development of the brick refinery business after the COVID-19 pandemic. Descriptive and quantitative analysis was used to analyze the data, with direct observation of a research object in order to determine the condition of the business location and the characteristics of the brick business in Banda Aceh City. In order to determine whether or not the business was feasible, the business was carried out using BCR analysis calculations. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development of the brick refinery business is known. The results of data analysis regarding the amount of production, labor, working capital, sales volume, wages, selling prices, raw material costs, and business profits of the brick refinery have increased every year. In contrast, in 2020-2021 there will be a decline caused by declining demand and high raw materials for brick processing. The results of the calculation of business feasibility in terms of Capital and Revenue using the BCR formula show that the capital and revenue variables have a positive effect on the feasibility of the 2017 to 2019 Brick Refinery Business or in other words that the Brick Refinery Business does not lose. It was reversed in 2020-2021 where the brick business decreased in demand but the stock became large and no significant losses were found. However, the bricks business revenue has decreased. The brick refinery business seen from the marketing aspect experienced positive developments in 2017-2019, this can be seen from the number of requests that always increase every year. It is different in 2020-2021 where the development from the marketing aspect is low, due to the pandemic and reduced development in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government policies in SKPD within the Aceh Government and their impact on employee performance. Considering that work morale can also be an important determinant of performance formation, in this study employee morale is used as an intermediary variable between employee performance and the implementation of e-government policies. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design that examines the functional relationship between employee performance and the implementation of e-government and work morale. The unit of analysis is 47 SKPD in the ranks of the Aceh Government. Research respondents in each SKPD as many as 5 people so that the total respondents are 235 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to employees in each SKPD. The questionnaire contains questions related to employee performance, e-government policies, and works morale. Each statement provided alternative answer choices in the form of a level of agreement ranging from strongly disagree, disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree. Each answer choice is given a score based on a Likert scale with a weight of 1 to 5. In order to test the functional relationship between variables, the AMOS 21 statistical inference model structural equation model (SEM) is used. This is done through efforts to improve the quality of e-government implementation and strengthen employee morale. Each SKPD head should pay attention to the importance of improving the quality of e-government which has been implemented so far in improving the quality of public services. Along with the development of information and communication technology, the implementation of e-government needs to be balanced with innovation in the field of public services. Besides being able to have an impact on improving the work of carrying out tasks by employees, service innovations supported by e-government will have a good impact on the quality of services for the community

Abstract

This paper is a literature review that aims to determine the market mechanism in the context of Islam. The methodology used is a review of studies and books both on a local Indonesian scale and on an international scale. In contrast to conventional systems, the concept of Islamic Economics emphasizes that market mechanisms and price fixing need to be regulated to achieve market equilibrium and economic justice by considering the urgency of the parties involved in the market. Fair and fair prices are prices obtained based on the power of supply (supply) and demand (demand). In the event of unfair actions that result in market distortions or prices are not at their equilibrium point, the government plays a very important role in taking regulations in the form of price fixing by looking at the factors that cause these distortions and returning prices to the original equilibrium point.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the utilization of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) ideas in Leuge Beach, East Aceh. namely: (1) knowing the efforts made by the Government of East Aceh in creating a tourism travel industry (CBT) Based on Local Areas, (2) knowing the potential of the travel industry that can be formed into CBT, (3) obtaining data on the inhibiting variables of CBT in the region. East Aceh, and (4) using the CBT progress model as a methodology for regional monetary strengthening in the East Aceh government. The efforts of the East Aceh Regional Government in realizing CBT as one of the regional monetary strengthening techniques are carried out through: (a) a program to increase the destination of the travel industry, (b) an advertising promotion project for the travel industry, and (c) an organizational improvement program. Meanwhile, the types of travel industries that can be formed into regions based on the tourist travel industry in East Aceh include the travel industry, beaches, educational, social, make-up, and culinary industries. travel industry. There are several components that hinder the progress of CBT in the East Aceh Government, namely: (a) the framework has not been enforced, (b) regional investment in creating the travel industry is still low, and (c) the organization has not been fully resolved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction on work motivation, (2) The effect of job satisfaction on performance (3) The effect of job satisfaction on the performance of post-covid 19 vocational high school teachers in Aceh Regency. The data collection method in this research is survey, non-probability method with purposive sampling technique, which means that the sample is selected based on its characteristics, the data analysis tool uses SPSS with a sample of 120 respondents. The results of the analysis show that 1. there is no effect of job satisfaction on teacher work motivation, this is seen from the probability (sig) = 0.195 because the value of sig < 0.05 the correlation coefficient is not significant and the t-table is greater than t-count, it can be seen that work motivation is not influenced by job satisfaction, 2 there is an effect of job satisfaction There is teacher performance and 3 there is an impact of work motivation on teacher performance job satisfaction on the performance of post-covid 19 vocational high school teachers in East Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors make the TikTok platform an effective promotional media in marketing a product and increasing sales. In this study the method used is a descriptive approach, this research is a field research, the data used from this study are primary and secondary data, with observation data collection techniques, and interviews. The results showed that sales promotion by giving discounts or price reductions, giving vouchers and coupons, free bars and product guarantees. Publicity with a direct approach to consumers. Interactive marketing by involving consumers in sales activities. TikTok with various interesting features in it. These things help TN Official Store to market their products and increase their sales. So optimal use of TikTok features and a good relationship with consumers can help increase sales. Thus, TikTok becomes an effective promotional media in marketing activities.
