Abstract

One of the networks of Bank Riau Kepri Siak Branch is Bank Riau Kepri Sabak Auh shop which is expected to be able to provide productive credit marketing and be able to become a market leader for similar credit products in terms of lower interest rates than other banks. Customers of Bank Riau Kepri Kedai Sabak Auh are retail customers and there is no collaboration with cooperatives or other institutions in terms of offering credit to their members. This is different from other office units in the Bank Riau Kepri Siak network which have cooperation with cooperatives or other institutions in providing productive credit to their members. This study aims to analyze the effect of the promotion mix on the decision to use credit. The effect of the promotion mix on customer satisfaction. The effect of the decision to use productive credit and to analyze the effect of the promotion mix on customer satisfaction through the decision to use credit. The population in this study were all productive credit customers (KUKM and KUM) at Bank Riau Kepri Kedai Sabak Auh in 2021 spread across the Sabak Auh sub-district as many as 161 people. While the sample used as many as 118 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is the data analysis used in this study is the Structural Equation Model. The results showed that the Promotional Mix had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use credit. Promotional mix has a positive and significant effect on visitor goals. The decision to use has an effect on customer satisfaction. And the promotion mix affects the customer's goals through the decision to use productive credit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze economic growth and development in the District/City of Aceh Province for the period 2012 to 2016 and identify the economic growth of the District/City in Aceh Province which has a significant influence. The data used in this study is 5-year panel data from 23 regencies/cities of Aceh Province from 2012 to 2016, while the object of this research is the development of economic development in each region, regional economic development and the factors that influence it. Based on the results of growth and the Aceh Province's inter-regional economic development in Aceh Province, it can be ascertained that 1) Inequality of economic development in Aceh Province Regency/City which is calculated using Entropy for the 2012-2016 Period shows an increase, 2) The order of Aceh Regency/City which has a high growth value minus / negative namely City. Lhokseumawe, Regency. North Aceh and the District. East Aceh, 3) economic growth and income which were analyzed using Theil Entrophy Index showed an increase every year from 2012-2016 in the City. Subulussalam, Langsa City and Sabang City, 4) Sources of economic growth in Aceh Province are partly generated from economic sectors such as agriculture sector, implementation sector, industrial sector, plantation sector, transportation sector, information, and communication sector, and 5) Based on In the test using a linear trendline, there are 7 regencies/cities out of 23 regencies/cities in Aceh Province, namely regencies. Simeulue, District, Aceh Besar, District. Southwest Aceh, Sabang City, Langsa City, Bener Meriah Regency, and Subulussalam City which deserve R2 close to 1 and are relatively strong, namely the independent variable explains the variable.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the short Return on Assets ROA affect the stock price, whether the Earning Per Share which is abbreviated as EPS affect the stock price, and whether the ROA and EPS simultaneously affect the stock price which is carried out on the object of research at PT Indofood Sukses. Makmur Tbk for the period 2011-2020 for 10 years. This study uses a quantitative-based method and the tests carried out are classical assumption test, regression equation regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing consisting of T and F. This research results that partially ROA has no effect on stock prices, partially EPS has an effect on the stock price and simultaneously ROA and EPS affect the stock price at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK which occurred over a period of 10 years, from 2011 to 2020.

Abstract

This research is meant to determine the effect of online shopping transaction satisfaction and trust on consumer attitudes in E-commerce. The population in this study were employees of Borma Toserba Bandung. The sampling technique used is the census technique because the population is not larger than 100 respondents. Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires with a total of 56 respondents obtained from employees of borma department store bandung. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive method, and statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test with a significant level of 5%. The results show that online shopping transaction satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on consumer attitudes in E-commerce, consumer trust has a significant and positive effect on consumer attitudes in E-commerce, and online shopping transaction satisfaction and consumer trust together have a significant and significant effect on consumer attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Liquidity Ratio which is proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) and the Solvency Ratio which is proxied by the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on the Profitability Ratio which is proxied by the Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. period 2011-2020. The research method used is quantitative research by looking for causal associative relationships and using classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing (t test and F test), coefficient of determination test, using SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study are Current Ratio partially significant effect and is positively related to Return on Assets. Judging from the results of the partial test (t test), the CR variable with a value of tcount > ttable is 3,448 > 2,365 and a significant value of 0.011 < 0.05. Debt to Asset Ratio partially has a significant and negative effect on Return on Assets. Judging from the partial test (t test), the DAR variable with a value of tcount > ttable is -4.229 > 2.365 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Judging from the simultaneous test (F test), Fcount > Ftable, which is 38.058 > 4.74 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the R-Square of 0.916 means that the contribution of the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio variables to Return on Assets is 91.6% while the remaining 8.4% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Shopee Consumers at PT. Gucci Ratu Textile Cimahi City. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the contribution of the influence of product display and Electronic Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously at Shopee. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis is the individual, namely the Dyeing-Finishing Department employee at PT. Gucci Ratu Textile Cimahi City who shop online at Shopee. The sample in this study was 129 respondents. Proportional stratified random sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, besides that, the validity and reliability of the research instrument were also tested. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is an influence either partially or simultaneously on exogenous variables (product appearance and Electronic Word Of Mouth) on endogenous variables (purchase decisions). The implication of this research is that Shopee can review the differences in product display design at Shopee with other online shops to make it more attractive, pay attention to information regarding product prices that must be in accordance with market prices, and increase consumer satisfaction in terms of providing discounts.

Abstract

Research was conducted at Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the benefits of social media to increase sales volume at Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus. The purpose of promotion is to convey information, position the product, persuade consumers to like the product, increase and control sales volume, and can influence consumer spending decisions. If this promotional strategy is carried out properly, it will have a good impact on the sustainability of Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus because there is quite a lot of potential to introduce products and conduct sales activities through the use of social media Facebook and Instagram. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data used are primary data and secondary data. With data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The population used is 2 managers of Mexalminuz Clothing in Kudus and the sample to see customer responses is 4 people with indicators of respondents making purchases in the last 1 month. The results of this study are advertising using social media Facebook and Instagram, sales promotions using discounts or price reductions, premiums or gifts, trade shows, coupons or vouchers, and product guarantees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education level and use of accounting information on the success of MSMEs in micro, small and medium enterprises. This study used a population of 45 traders who were at the Trunojoyo Sampang monument, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely 35 traders. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to traders at the Trunooyo Sampang monument. The results of this study indicate that the level of education and the use of accounting information have a significant effect on the success of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of debt in moderating the effect of institutional ownership on sales to related parties. This research is a sample study, which includes 300 companies from 706 manufacturing sector companies during the 2017-2020 observation year. The sample was selected with certain criteria techniques. The analytical method used is moderated regression analysis. The results of the study found that institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on sales to related parties. Debt is not able to moderate the effect of institutional ownership on sales to related parties.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax avoidance, governance and funding sources on firm value. This research is a sample study, which includes 300 companies from 706 companies in the manufacturing sector during the 2017-2020 observation year with certain criteria. The analytical method used is fixed effect panel data regression model. The results of this study found that tax avoidance and funding sources have a negative effect on firm value. Corporate governance has a positive effect on firm value.
