Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of audit opinion and public ownership on the timeliness of submitting financial statements. This research is a sample study, which includes 222 companies from 547 companies in the manufacturing sector during the 2018-2020 observation year. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is logistic regression. The results of the study found that the audit opinion had an effect on increasing the timeliness of the submission of financial statements, especially the qualified audit opinion. Public ownership also has an effect on increasing the timeliness of submitting financial reports.

Abstract

A teacher's professional is greatly influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors are influenced by the motivation that comes from within the teacher's own soul. This study aims to investigate the effect of teacher motivation on the teacher’s performance, especially public senior secondary schools (Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri, or SMA Negeri) in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This survey was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample of 254 teachers. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and the data analysis technique employed was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings of this study indicate that teacher motivation has a significant effect on improving teacher performance in educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the development of online digital marketing by using alternatives to take advantage of the search for the social networking market through the latest provided applications for the sale of business products for the students of the Akademi Keuangan Perbankan (AKUBANK) Nusantara Aceh Timur in the current millennial era. The research was conducted on the efforts of AKUBANK Nusantara students in East Aceh using qualitative research methods, namely matching existing theories with empirical reality using descriptive methods to find out in-depth how the development of online digital marketing is carried out by Akubank Nusantara Aceh Timur students. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviewing business owners, participatory observation methods, and also through documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that students, experiencing an increase from the average business they run, have increased from day to day due to affordable prices, the quality of their products in front of trying alternative methods by utilizing the search for social networking market through the latest provided applications. This is a good sign for the marketing of Akubank Nusantara students in East Aceh itself. After analyzing the suitability of existing theories and rules with practice in the field, it can be concluded that the application of online digital marketing to the businesses of Akubank Nusantara Aceh Timur students is in accordance with sharia marketing.

Abstract

Nowadays consumers are faced with so many choices in meeting their needs and desires. E-commerce seems to be a fast way to fulfill consumer shopping desires. Shopee is one of the E-commerce sites that offers a wide variety of products to consumers. This study aims to determine the online consumer buying process at Shopee. This type of research is qualitative using the interview method. The subjects of this study consisted of four informants with different backgrounds. The analysis was carried out by dividing two types of data, namely primary data from direct interviews and secondary data from relevant articles. The results showed that in the consumer purchasing decision-making process there are five stages, namely the first stage of need recognition, the second stage of seeking information, the third stage of evaluation, the fourth stage of purchase, and the fifth stage of post-purchase behavior. The process of making consumer purchasing decisions is carried out in different ways based on each one.

Abstract

Ihtikâr in terminology is holding (hoarding) basic human goods to be able to gain profits by increasing the price and waiting for prices to soar in the market. According to the principles of Islamic law, whatever goods are permitted by Allah SWT to have them, then it is also lawful to be used as objects trading. Likewise, all forms that are forbidden to possess it are also forbidden to trade them. According to Yusuf al-Qardhawi, risywah is "money given to the ruler or employee, so that the ruler or employee imposes a punishment that benefits him. The type of research I use is a qualitative research type. Ihtikâr and Its Impact on the World Economy. There are several economic activities that benefit only one party but are prohibited by religion, such as gambling, usury, fraud (al-ghabn), tadlîs in buying and selling and hoarding (ihtikâr). For this reason, every economic activity must be based on a sense of transcendence. In general, risywah crimes have an impact on 3 important sectors in daily life, namely the individual, the community and the government.

Abstract

The tourism sector is confirmed to be a significant economic growth sub-sector in Indonesia, especially on Pari Island which has tourism potential that can contribute to the country's foreign exchange. However, complex problems with digital marketing communication strategies and Covid-19 have occurred in recent years. This study aims to explore digital marketing communication strategies for increasing tourist visits. This type of research is Mix Method Exploratory Sequential Design used with 2 phases. Phase 1 is the qualitative technique, purposive sampling, data collection is by observation and semi-interviews and the analysis is Interactive Model Analysis and phase 2 is a quantitative technique, saturated sampling (N=20), and the analysis is Simple Linear Regression. The results show that in phase 1 (qualitative approach), the travel manager of the Pari Island tourist attraction applies a digital marketing communication strategy to increase tourist visits, namely Advertising, Sales promotion, Direct Marketing, Personal selling, and Public Relations. Phase 2 (quantitative approach) confirms that the digital marketing communication strategy has a significant effect on tourism interest. The implications of the research suggest that tourism travel managers and tourism offices can implement good digital marketing communication strategies in order to increase tourist visits to Pari Island after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Currently, more and more companies, both government and private, realize that the influence of work stress and conflict is very large to produce productive employee performance, so that the role of work stress in carrying out their duties, authorities and responsibilities as well as the influence of conflict between leaders and their subordinates can stimulate subordinates in carrying out their duties. and responsibilities so as to achieve the expected company goals in a productive and efficient manner. This research was conducted to find out how the level of work stress, conflict and employee performance levels were carried out at PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, and how much influence work stress and conflict have on the performance of PD employees. Earth Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The types of data needed for research are primary data and secondary data, while the techniques used in collecting data for research are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sample taken is 38 respondents. Data processing and analysis was carried out quantitatively using statistical methods, namely to find out how much influence work stress and conflict had on the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu uses path analysis. The results showed the level of work stress in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 23 respondents from 38 respondents (60.53%) stated that they strongly agreed with the work stress carried out by PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the level of conflict in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 28 respondents out of 38 respondents (73.68%) stated that they strongly agree with the conflict carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu and the level of employee performance variables PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the medium and high category. This shows that 13 respondents out of 38 respondents (34.21%) expressed doubt and agreed with the performance carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, although there are still some who have not fully delivered and implemented this performance well, this can be seen from the level of performance variables which show medium and high levels. From the path analysis results, the structural function equations are obtained, as follows: Y = -0.364 X1 + 0.299 X2. Based on these calculations, it can be stated that work stress (X1) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 13.2% and conflict (X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 8.9% and work stress and conflict (X1X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) of 13.1%, and the influence of other variables outside the variables used = 0.932 (86.86%). The magnitude of the influence of other variables, which is 86.86%, indicates that there are other influences besides work stress (X1) and conflict (X2) which are very large on changes in the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the value of Fcount is 2.639 < Ftable 3.27 while the value of tcount is -2.097 (X1) and 1.727 (X2) > ttable 1.689. The residual variables consist of factors that are not studied, such as; job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational culture, communication systems, and others.

Abstract

The commitment of the Government of Indonesia in developing the livestock sector that focuses on business management that is environmentally friendly, pays attention to social conditions and is carried out with good governance needs to be supported by all stakeholders. One of them is the readiness and understanding of farmers in Indonesia to develop sustainable businesses through the corporatization of farmers that focuses on environmental, social and governance activities. This study aims to determine the perception of Indonesian farmers in developing sustainable livestock business through breeder corporatization that focuses on environmental, social and governance activities. The study was conducted on 49 respondents from Indonesian farmers through distributing questionnaires in the form of statements of understanding on environmental, social and governance issues towards sustainable livestock business through livestock corporatization. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian farmers have relatively understood sustainable activities that focus on environmental, social and governance issues. In addition, farmers through cooperatives as a form of breeder corporatization are relatively ready to implement, anticipate impacts and understand the control of sustainable livestock activities. However, farmers' understanding is still limited regarding the extent to which cooperatives are obligated to implement sustainability activities. Therefore, intensive socialization is still needed to get support from all levels of society in implementing sustainability activities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Unemployment is a very big problem. Coupled with the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus which resulted in many employees and workers being laid off. The purpose of this study is to predict the unemployment rate based on the number of the workforce. To produce an accurate prediction requires valid data in the long term. This makes it a reference for forecasting the unemployment population in a 5-year time series. For forecasting, a method is needed, namely the Linear Regression method. Linear regression is a statistical method that serves to test how far the relationship between the causal variables and the effect variables is. After forecasting, prediction data is generated in 2022, and the population and unemployment have changed from the previous year. Where the population in 2022 is predicted to be 144189 and the number of unemployed is 4513 people. This result is a prediction, not 100% accurate, therefore it would be better if you use another method to compare the prediction results and the level of accuracy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of the factors that influence the quality of MSME financial reporting. The population selected in this study were 116 farmers in Indonesia, while the sampling technique used was simple random sampling so that the research sample was 54 farmers. The results of the study provide evidence of a positive influence on accounting understanding and human resource competence on quality MSME financial reporting. Thus the factors that influence the quality of MSME financial reporting include factors of accounting understanding and human resource competence.
