Digital image interpolation is important role in the geometric manipulation of a digital image. Interpolation is related to the process of mapping pixels, forward and reverse.Then this research will implementation of the bicubic interpolation method in the image process that is 16 pixel  nearest neighborhood contained in the input image and generated a new pixel value with upscale  and . Tests carried out on the type of RGB and images with BMP format with a variety of different image sizes. Tests with secondary data "Set5" and "Set14" validation results on upscale 3x using the PSNR method and results based on the average value of the secondary data "Set5" 30.40 and "Set14" 27.54 Keywords: Bicubic Interpolation, Super Resolution, PSNR,

The development of the website as a media is growing rapidly. Both in quality and quantity. Culture is a way of life from humans that will affect the work of humans, including website as human’s creation. Culture is composed of technology, values and society. This research will evidence at how the influence of culture on a website, both visual and non-visual. This study use the Hofstede framework that uses 6 parameters ; Power Distance, Individualism, Masculinity, Uncertainty Avoidance, Long Term Orientation, and Indulgence. Case studies in this study are the Indonesian Red Cross website and the British Red Cross website. The results of this study it can be concluded that the culture of a country influences on the  website design. So website design is a reflection of culture and history of that country.

Distruptif teknologi yang ada di era Industri 4.0 ternyata tidak hanya berdampak pada dunia indstri dan usaha, tetapi juga bagi sektor pemerintahan maupun maupun warganya. Saat ini Pemerintah Kota Surabaya terus melakukan inovasi digital berbasis e-government mulai dari sistem pengelolaan keuangan daerah, e-sdm, e-monitoring, e-education, e-office, media center hingga sistem pelayanan publik terpadu seperti e-lampid, e-health dan SSW. Namun, perkembangan inovasi digital tersebut perlu memperhatikan tidak hanya dari aspek manfaat nya saja, melainkan perlu dikaji dan diantisipasi dampak negative yang timbul dari adanya disuptif inovasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan tingkat disuptif teknologi e-government terhadap pelayanan publik tradisional masyarakat Surabaya di tengah maraknya perkembangan industi digital 4.0. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian melalui pendekatan deskriptif, kausatif, dan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan memilih objek e-Lampid, e-Health dan SSW sebagai salah satu e-government yang ada di Surabaya. Manfaat dari penelitian ini nantinya mampu menjadi reffrensi dan rekomendasi bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya agar tetap memperhatikan warga maupun pegawai pemerintahannya supaya tidak terkena dampak negatif dari adanya disruptif teknologi tersebut.

Untuk Kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah biasanya diawali dengan presensi kehadiran siswa terlebih dahulu. SMAN 17 Surabaya adalah salah satu sekolah yang masih menggunakan presensi siswa secara manual dan dinilai kurang efektif, karena proses rekapitulasi manual membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu cukup lama. Presensi menggunakan smartphone android dan QR Code bisa dimanfaatkan untuk membantu proses presensi yang baik dan rekapitulasi yang cepat. Pembuatan aplikasi presensi siswa menggunakan smartphone android dan QR Code ini dibangun dari gabungan beberapa produk Google yang bebas digunakan secara gratis yaitu : Google Sheet, Google App Script, Google Sites, App Inventor, dan Smartphone Android. Fitur dalam aplikasi yang dibangun antara lain, mengelola data siswa, melakukan presensi, dan merekap presensi siswa secara realtime.

Customer satisfaction in organizations is one of the critical succes factors for developing organizations. Â To improve the quality of services, an organization must know customer satisfaction with the services provided by the organization. This study aims to present a conceptual framework that is used to analyze factors that affect service quality, customer loyalty and intention to repurchase or reuse online transportation services, Go-Ride. A conceptual framework proposed to measure Go-Ride customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty and intention to repurchase. Starting from analyzing what is expected and what is felt by customer when the customer use these services with Servqual Method. This conceptual framework allows stakeholders in online transportation Go-Ride to understand customer and measure the quality of services. Conceptual Framework also can be used to set strategy and decision making improve the quality of customer services. Abstrak. Efektivitas dan efisiensi di bidang Logistik menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Salah satu solusi yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah bagaimana mengotomasi proses logistik dengan teknologi robotika yang disebut dengan AGV (Automated Guide Vehicle). Pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan AGV yang dikendalikan dengan suatu algoritma agar dapat mengikuti lintasan berupa garis berwarna putih pada saat bertugas memindahkan material dari satu tempat ke tempat lain di dalam proses logistik. Sistem kendali yang digunakan adalah kendali PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative), dengan dukungan perangkat keras berupa kamera RGB-D sebagai alat navigasi AGV untuk mendeteksi dan mengikuti lintasan. Sistem Kendali PID berfungsi untuk menjaga agar AGV tetap berada pada lintasan yang dibuat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai-nilai parameter baik kendali P, PD, dan PID agar mendapatkan parameter yang menghasilkan respon paling baik sehingga AGV mampu bergerak mengikuti lintasan garis berwarna putih. AGVÂ telah dirancang dan disimulasikan dalam sebuah perangkat lunak open source yang dikenal sebagai simulator Gazebo dan ROS (Robot Operating System). Proses navigasi menggunakan algoritma deteksi garis dengan tahapan melakukan filtering dan thresholding untuk menentukan titik pusat moment gambar lintasan garis putih. Dengan adanya titik pusat tersebut, AGV bergerak mengikuti pola lintasan dengan membandingkannya terhadap titik referensi yang telah ditentukanKata Kunci: Kendali PID, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), RGB-D, Simulator Gazebo, ROS(Robot Operating System)

Pengembangan jaringan 5G diharapkan memiliki dampak besar pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dan industri di Indonesia. Saat ini pemerintah dan para operator dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan untuk mempersiapkan implementasi jaringan 5G yang meliputi regulasi dan insfrakstruktur yang harus dibangun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan beberapa pandangan dan pertimbangan untuk implementasi 5G di Indonesia.

Zuper futsal field rental is a business entity engaged in the field of rental services that require the existence of an information system. Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental
