Abstract

At present the development of technology has been increasingly rapid, especially in terms of information using technology. Not a few who take advantage of opportunities from current technological developments. Many systems and applications are made to help and facilitate an activity. Likewise with the service system and school facilities that also take advantage of current technological developments, namely website-based academic information systems that aim to facilitate students, teachers and parents in monitoring and getting information about teaching and learning activities quickly, anywhere and anytime. A website-based academic information system that can be accessed anywhere can facilitate and be an appropriate alternative for finding and delivering information about academics effectively. SMA Negeri 20 Kab. Tangerang is one of the schools that does not have an academic information system where the data processing is still using conventional methods. The existence of an academic information system means that the school has the right alternative media as a provider of information, so that it can make it easier for teachers, students and parents to deliver and get information on grades, subjects, study schedules and other information. The system development model used to design and build this application is the waterfall model. And this academic information system is designed and developed using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS using the Mysql Database.

Abstract

Food security is a cross-cutting issue which has become a national issue as the impact of food insecurity in several regions in Indonesia. Food Logistics Systems focuses on determining the location of the farm, to delivery points and distribution centers of commodities that can improve system performance food logistics. In this case some of the factors considered, commodities, the offender and logistics service provider, Transportation, policies and regulations and food logistics. The integration of SD and GIS (SDS) involved in producing the model output as input for policy formulation in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics in the food supply chain. The results of the dynamic system model scenario will be visualized using GIS as a basis for decision-making related to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics in the food supply chain, so as to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of food logistics in the future.

Abstract

Video Surveillance adalah salah satu aplikasi yang sering dimanfaatkan pada system keamanan. Penerapan teknik deteksi gerak (Motion Detection) pada video surveillance merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan. Metode pencarian objek gerak pada visual video dengan menggunakan metode Spektral Residual. Langkap-langkah dalam penelitian deteksi gerak adalah input video dengan ukuran 176x144 piksel, proses segmentasi dengan menggunakan metode Threshold Otsu, Proses Saliency Detection yang menggunakan metode Spektrum Residu, Proses Tracking untuk menghasilkan hasil Output Objek deteksi gerak. Data untuk uji coba sejumlah 30 data video dan tingkat keberhasilannya sebesar 90%.Kata Kunci: Deteksi Gerak, Video Surveilance ,Spektral Residual, Thershold Otsu

Abstract

ABSTRAKDengan perkembangan saat ini, kebutuhan internet dapat juga disebut kebutuhan pokok. Apalagi pada saat ini, di saat pandemi COVID-19 ini semua aktivitas dilakukan di rumah. Kegiatan belajar mengajar, bisnis, agama (kajian online) semua dilakukan melalui online (Youtube, Teleconference) semua itu menggunakan jaringan internet. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan jaringan internet yang cepat dan juga stabil. Hadirnya teknologi jaringan 5G akan banyak mendapatkan berbagai informasi dengan cepat dan mudah. Semua ini akan dibahas melalui tulisan kami. Disini kita akan mendapat gambaran seperti apa teknologi jaringan yang akan datang. Salah satunya yang paling terlihat berbeda dari sebelumnya yaitu dari segi kecepatan, dari yang sebelumnya (Mb/s) menjadi (Gb/s). Hasil penelitian ini akan menggambarkan apa yang akan terjadi di masa depan jika teknologi ini benar-benar akan diadopsi oleh pemerintah. Kita hanya dapat menunggu langkah apa yang akan dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam menyediakan regulasi yang dapat menjamin agar 5G tidak menimbulkan masalah pada pihak tertentu.Kata kunci: Teknologi, Jaringan, 5G

Abstract

This study contains about Image Retrieval system image on Lingga Yoni at historical sites Trowulan. In the area Trowulan is a legacy of work Majapahit era where the majority of people it is a Hindu, so many relics found in the form of Linga Yoni which serves as the worship of Lord Shiva. Data retrieval image Yoni Linga Linga Yoni as many as 50 images using a digital camera, and the image size Lingga Yoni 200 x 300 pixels in BMP file format. Stages Image Retrieval system on the study include segmentation stages: (1) Smoothing using the method Pas Low Filter to soften the image of the noise; (2) the extraction step texture by using Region Growing by altering the RGB color image is converted into to facilitate the HSL color groups; (3) Region Region Merging Growing did for the incorporation of color image corresponding to the object Linga Yoni; (4) to get to extraction stage form was originally looking for edge detection using Canny edge; (5) the image is converted into binary form to the morphology using opening and closing. At Stages Image Retrieval 50 Linga Yoni image texture extraction step performed using the 4 corners of each feature value GLCM with Different Inverse Moment IDM to revise the results of Image Retrieval using methods Precision and Recall.

Abstract

. Irrigation  systems in Indonesia are mostly carried out manually in which opening and closing of irrigation channel to rice field are done in traditional way. Internet of Things (IoT)-based control system on irrigation with Wemos D1 ESP8266is a device designed for assisting farmers to ease water irrigation to their rice fields from far away in the real-time. This device aims at improving the farmer effectiveness in working. It used servo motor as the hardware for portal functioning to obtain data from the water height by HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor as well as serving the control centre by Wemos D1 ESP8266 microcontroller. The control system of irrigation portal was carried out by android application which connected to node controller trough apy key from web hosting. After the portal was opened, the data of water height from controller node was sent and displayed in application. The process of system controlling can be done wher ever and whenever as long as there is a real-time internet connection. The system testing used rice field prototype as the test parameter for the success of control and connectivity functionality. The test employed 3 different connectivity which yielded control delay average with different provider speeds i.e 5.819 seconds, 3.545 seconds, and 7.333 seconds after the controlling process from application.Keywords : android, apy key, Internet of Things, internet, Wemos D1 R2, control.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction in organizations is one of the critical succes factors for developing organizations.  To improve the quality of services, an organization must know customer satisfaction with the services provided by the organization. This study aims to present a conceptual framework that is used to analyze factors that affect service quality, customer loyalty and intention to repurchase or reuse online transportation services, Go-Ride. A conceptual framework proposed to measure Go-Ride customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty and intention to repurchase. Starting from analyzing what is expected and what is felt by customer when the customer use these services with Servqual Method. This conceptual framework allows stakeholders in online transportation Go-Ride to understand customer and measure the quality of services. Conceptual Framework also can be used to set strategy and decision making improve the quality of customer services. Abstract

Many large companies today do not pay attention to customer service relationships. Companies that often consider products sold are superior products that are sought after by the public. While good service will make customers loyal to the company. Imagine the amount of loss received if you do not pay attention to customer service. One way to overcome this problem is by using technology and marketing concepts CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Application (Short Message Service) SMS Gateway as a technology used to support effective and efficient CRM concepts. At present, all customers have mobile phones, so SMS is chosen as a good facility to deliver information because it is fast and reaches directly to customers, besides because of its low cost. The purpose of this study is to study the implementation of SMS Gateways that facilitate companies in conveying information to Gaudi Clothing customers. With the SMS Gateway, companies can broadcast attractive promos and new products to customers. It is expected to reduce promotions through brochures due to printing costs and waste. In designing this system, the data collection methods used are literature studies, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Application of SMS Gateway with the help of Nexmo application. Based on the research conducted, the percentage value obtained was 70.75% which was proposed by the AGREE criteria. Gaudi Entrance Clothing. So using the SMS Gateway to support the customer service process on Gaudi Clothing, can be a good solution because it is useful to support the service process and relationships with customers of Gaudi Clothing

Abstract

Kejaksaan Negeri Penajam Paser Utara menggunakan sumber daya teknologi informasi untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan aktivitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat . Untuk mengetahui sudah sejauh mana tata kelola teknologi informasi berjalan maka dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI yang telah diterapkan . Simkari SIMKARI CMS merupakan aplikasi internal Kejaksaan Negeri Penajam Paser Utara yang digunakan untuk memasukan berkas perkara yang akan digunakan nantinya. Aplikasi Simkari SIMKARI CMS hanya digunakan oleh sebagian pegawai Kejaksaan Negeri Penajam Paser Utara. Tujuan dari dilakukannya pengukuran ini adalah untuk mengetahui sudah sampai dimanakah level kemampuan tata kelola TI yang telah diterapkan , sehingga dapat diberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan tersebut . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method ,dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara . Dari hasil pengumpulan data berdasarkan framework COBIT 5 menyediakan panduan yang lengkap, pedoman yang komprehensif dalam membantu organisasi untuk mencapai efektivitas penggunaan TI. Tahap pertama pada penelitian ini adalah melakukan penilaian tingkat kapabilitas, kemudian memetakan governance objective, enterprise goals, IT Related Goals dan IT Process pada COBIT 5. Sehingga menghasilkan proses prioritas yaitu EDM04 dan DSS01 yang akan dianalisis dan dilakukan perancangan prosedur tata kelola TI dengan menggunakan COBIT 5. Pada penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan struktur organisasi sasaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan Kejaksaan Negeri Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

Abstract. Hadoop is an open-source framework. Various improvements may be applied to improve the performance of hadoop for processing data and stabilizing clusters. Stability is definitely required when distributions of blocks in clusters are not in order to keep the clusters stable. The experiments were in two system application versions, i.e. :original and modified. The sizes of files studied in the process were 1, 2, 3, and 4 GB resulting increase of write time speeds of the original version, as basis of comparison, compared to the ones of the modified version by 8.261 seconds, 25.7294 seconds, 9.49695, and 8.8813 seconds. On the other hands, the increases of read time speeds were by 0.1229 seconds, 2.0566 seconds, 24.3564 seconds, and 1.7612 seconds. The difference of average speed time between the original balancer and modified balancer was 3.7 minutes. Based on the results of the data analysis, it showed that block size affected read time speed and write time speed as well as balancer speed of hadoop clusterKeywords: Hadoop, Balancer, block size.Abstrak. Hadoop merupakan sebuah framework yang bersifat open-source maka berbagai cara dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan performa hadoop untuk pengolahan data dan stabilitas cluster. Stabilitas diperlukan ketika distribusi block pada cluster tidak merata sehingga cluster tetap dalam keadaan stabil. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan dalam 2 penerapan sistem yaitu secara original dan secara modifikasi. Pada prosesnya digunakan file dengan ukuran 1, 2, 3, dan 4 GB dengan hasil pertambahan kecepatan write time antara original sebagai dasar dan modifikasi sebesar 8.261 detik, 25.7294 detik, 9.49695, dan 8.8813 detik. Dan pada kecepatan read time sebesar 0.1229 detik, 2.0566 detik, 24.3564 detik, dan 1.7612 detik. Sedangkan perbedaan waktu rata-rata kecepatan balancer original dan balancer modifikasi sebesar 3.7 menit. Berdasar pada hasil data bahwa block size dapat mempengaruhi kecepatan read time, write time dan balancer pada hadoop cluster.Kata Kunci : Hadoop, Balancer, block size.
