Abstract

The role of development communications is not only a balance between central government, regional or program policies and activities that support increasing community participation, and supporting national policy, as well as private sector interests. Development communication has experienced the development of the digital era, but there is still disparity between regions in the implementation. Inequality of information systems in the development of information technology in Indonesia, has hampered the pace of development in the region. One of the forms of development communication in the digital era is the government of electronic governance (e-gov), which involves information technology and communication to improve public services and community and to increase their participation in governance of certain public sector investments. The development of gov Indonesia goes slowly and significantly, there are still many regencies / cities that have not done it yet. The main obstacle in the implementation of e-gov is the access of telecommunication networks, and internet network that is still unevenly available in various places in Indonesia

Abstract

The problems discussed in this paper is about the nature of dakwah and communication and point of contact between the two, the position of radio as a medium of communication to convey messages of dakwah, as well as the effectiveness of the delivery of dakwah messages through radio. This paper concludes, effective dakwah messages delivered via radio, supported by radio producer with the announcers who are capable of processing dakwah material efficiently and effectively, educative, sensitive, and entertaining. The message should be the needs of the listener, at a minimum be able to attract them. The language used should be thoroughly understood by the listener with sound quality that is clear and effective. Given public radio listeners cannot be limited, dakwah radio need to pay attention to diversity of listeners in terms of ethnicity, religion, race and class. The dakwah messages is inclusive, soothing and able to provide solutions to the problems of public life as a characteristic of Islam that rahmatan lil 'Alamin important to be used as broadcast. From here it is possible that dakwah over radio will be favored so as to encourage more people to accept and practice the teachings of Islam.Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam tulisan ini adalah mengenai hakikat dakwah dan komunikasi dan titik singgung antara keduanya, kedudukan radio sebagai media komunikasi untuk menyampaikan pesan dakwah, serta efektivitas penyampaian pesan dakwah melalui radio. Tulisan ini menyimpulkan, pesan-pesan dakwah efektif disampaikan melalui radio, dengan didukung produser radio bersama para penyiarnya yang mampu mengolah bahan siaran dakwah secara efisien dan efektif, mendidik, menyadarkan, sekaligus menghibur. Pesan tersebut harus menjadi kebutuhan pendengar, minimal mampu menarik minat mereka. Bahasa yang digunakan harus benar-benar dipahami oleh pendengar dengan kualitas suara yang jelas dan efektif. Mengingat masyarakat pendengar radio tidak bisa dibatasi, radio dakwah perlu memperhatikan keragaman pendengarnya baik di segi suku, agama, ras dan golongan. Pesan-pesan dakwah yang bersifat inklusif, menyejukkan hati dan mampu memberikan solusi terhadap problema kehidupan masyarakat sebagai ciri khas agama Islam yang rahmatan lil ’alamin penting untuk dijadikan bahan siaran. Dari sini tidak mustahil dakwah melalui radio akan disenangi sehingga mendorong orang untuk lebih menerima dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country whose majority is the largest Muslim in the world, making Muslim clothing the choice of most Muslim women in dress. This makes Muslim clothing in Indonesia continue to grow rapidly following the development of tren and fashions. In a business perspective, there are great opportunities that can be achieved by entrepreneurs in the field of domestic fashion to contribute to this development. Because of the fact, Muslim clothing is currently not only a fashion choice to cover aurat, but has become a life style for some Muslim women. With the many Muslim fashion fashions that are now being produced by domestic and foreign businessmen, this tren is increasingly in demand. Appearing in an Islamic and fashionable style makes Muslim women increasingly choose Muslim clothing. This closed clothing is not only worn by adult women but extends to teenagers and children. In line with this tren, in the perspective of da'wah, one of the aims of da'wah in upholding the amar ma'ruf nahi munkar can be helped as long as Muslim clothing is used in accordance with Islamic law, because basically the clothes that must be worn by Muslim women are clothes that cover their nakedness the limits specified in Islam.

Abstract

Kinesics   - this is one factor that can be used to increase the attractiveness of speech - as long as its use is right - in accordance with what we express. Expression of limb movement must be the result of due care, preparation, and habits as well as deepening the content of the speech delivered by the desire to be heard, acknowledged and obeyed. Limb movements that do not correspond to what was said can actually make the audience amused and drab. As well as facial expressions or mimic in speech equally important to note. Facial expressions have the impression speech amplifier, but do not be too forced and contrived. If this happens it will make the viewer amused, and possibly be a laughingstock.

Abstract

This paper discusses the Islamic politics between the orientation of dakwah and power. Although dakwah was originally synonymous with cultural efforts, but the efforts of those who pull dakwah into the circle of jihad and politics have changed the meaning of the dakwah. In political Islam, dakwah is identical with political purposes of Islam itself, namely the establishment of Sharia and Islamic State. However, the other parties politicize Islam to gain power. According to some people, political parties, including the Islamic party, in Indonesia, politicize Islam rather than fight for Islam

Abstract

Da'wah represents every Muslim, male, or female. The basis of this preaching law is adjusted to the skills and understanding and understanding of religion supported by someone. One of the supporting elements of the success of Islamic da'wah is the media. The use of media certainly adapts to the conditions of mad'u. The more developed the community, the more modern the media coverage. This is marked by the shifting of their daily habits to the use of social media. The intensity of the use of social media is mostly the general public and Muslims in particular. Digitalization cannot be released by Muslims in this era of disruption, especially in the world of da'wah. The preachers and mad'u must work together to preach Islam so that the success of preaching can be obtained according to the target.

Abstract

Zakat and taxes are two important sources of funding for the state. Both function to solve economic problems and reduce poverty in the community. But in reality the function of zakat and tax can not be optimal. BAZNAS and LAZ as an extension of the government in managing zakat can not be maximized in the collection of zakat funds as well as taxes. Although the nature of the tax is not specific to the poor, but also to the rich, but in fact the existence of taxes have not been able to solve poverty in Indonesia. Therefore it is necessary solution to synergize zakat and tax in order to increase zakat and tax collection. With bersinerginya zakat and taxes are expected to increase public awareness to pay zakat and taxes that can eventually be used to reduce poverty.

Abstract

The Internet is a worldwide network between computers to communicate from one place to another in different parts of this vast world in which there are various kinds of information, both positive information, as well as negative where all the information that can be accessed via the internet. Interestingly, one communication tool that can be used by the older generation and the younger generation, even though children. Behind the great benefits, he also had something that could make a person's behavior changed from good to bad when for example he was abused by Internet users including the youth of Islam. The emergence of juvenile delinquency such as fights, and various kinds of perversity can be sourced from the misuse of the internet services. In this context, among the youth of Islam needs to be done scantlings that they "are not weak feathers and then easily catch cold."Keywords: internet, youth of Islam, criminal, communication, information, technology.Internet merupakan jaringan mendunia antar komputer untuk berkomunikasi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain di belahan dunia yang luas ini yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai macam informasi, baik informasi positif, maupun negatif dimana semua informasi itu dapat diakses via internet. Menariknya lagi, alat komunikasi yang satu ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh generasi tua maupun generasi muda, bahkan anak-anak sekalipun. Di balik manfaatnya yang besar, ia juga menyimpan sesuatu yang dapat membuat prilaku seseorang berubah dari baik ke tidak baik ketika umpamanya ia disalah gunakan oleh pengguna jasa internet termasuk di dalamnya generasi muda Islam. Munculnya kenakalan remaja seperti perkelahian, dan berbagai jenis perbuatan menyimpang dapat bersumber dari penyalah gunaan jasa internet itu. Dalam konteks ini dikalangan generasi muda Islam perlu dilakukan pengkuatan-pengkuatan agar mereka “tidak lemah bulu dan kemudian mudah mmasuk angin.”Kata kunci: internet, generasi muda Islam, kriminal, komunikasi, informasi, teknologi.

Abstract

The existence of majlis taklim in society becomes very important. This is because the assembly taklim has a position and a strategic role, in conveying the values of da'wah in the community more specifically to the mothers of the religious sciences. In addition, the assembly became a means of communication and means to strengthen the fraternity among fellow Muslims. In addition, the assembly taklim can serve as a medium in the mental mental development of Islamic societies in the face of the current era of information globalization. Therefore it can be used as a medium of enlightenment and community empowerment. In other words, the existence of majelis taklim generally can be utilized by all circles of society as non-formal education institutions.

Abstract

Since the global challenges of da’wah getting more and complex, it is necessary for  the preachers to understand strategic steps to consider before doing da’wah. Including in Indonesia as a country that has so many diversity of etnicities, tribes, languages, religions and cultures.  Realizing an atmosphere of harmony in Indonesian society requires the togetherness of various community  parties, including   preachers who bear  the responsibility for reflects   the values of Islam as rahmatan li al-‘alamin.     This paper mainly focused on how do da’wah    that can be applied in  Indonesia as a nation  unity in diversity  (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika) in   order to building peace facing the disruption era.  Regarding to  the disruption era, the da’wah approach will require changes and adjustment, both regarding the form, media, content (message)  and underlying paradigm.  The author offers  some  strategies, there are strengthening family,   fostering  common perceptions among  community groups by strengthening  universal  values and   developing an information system that is able to reach people widely and foster effective and harmonious communication. Of course, this writing accompanied by hope that there will be an effort to elaborate it systematically in the future.
