Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the knowledge level of sanitation hygiene and K2, 2) the implementation of PCKI practicum, and 3) the relationship between sanitation hygiene and K2 with implementing PCKI practicum. The population was 199 students. The research sample used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with Slovin, which resulted in 67 students. The data analysis technique used a Likert scale questionnaire to measure knowledge of sanitation hygiene and K2 and rating scale observation to measure the implementation of sanitation hygiene and K2. Descriptive analysis, including mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. Correlational analysis, using product moment and normality testing using lilliefors and F test. Results explain:1)Knowledge of sanitation hygiene and K2 included in the good category with a relative frequency of 36%. 2)Results of the study on the implementation of PCKI practicum included in a sufficient category with a relative frequency of 46%. 3)There is a positive and significant relationship between sanitation hygiene and K2 with application in PCKI practicum, rcount=0.403> rtable= 0.244.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) class X student’s interest in basic design subjects, (2) the learning interest of class X students in basic design subjects is seen from internal factors, (3) the learning interest of class X students in basic design subjects at SMK N 2 Godean seen from external factors. This research is quantitative and descriptive. This study's population was all class X fashion design students with a total of 106. The research sample is 51 students. Data collection using observation and questionnaires.Data analysis using standard deviation. The research results show (1) the learning interest of class X students in basic design subjects is in the moderate category with a relative frequency of 49,01%, (2) the learning interest of class X students in basic design subjects seen from internal factors is in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of 49,01%, (3) the learning interest of class X students in basic design subjects seen from external factors is in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of50,98%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) the implementation of blended learning for Class XI Fashion Design students, (2) the learning outcomes of Class XI Fashion Design students, (3) the effect of implementing blended learning on student learning outcomes for Class XI Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 2 Tolitoli. This research is a quantitative research that is ex-post facto. The population in this study were 100 class XI Fashion Design students, 50 samples were determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection uses questionnaires and documentation. Instrument trials were conducted on 30 students outside the sample. The results of the validity test obtained 28 valid items and 4 invalid items. The hypothesis test uses the product moment correlation which is preceded by the requirements analysis test, namely the normality and linearity tests. Reliability test with alpha cronbach with a coefficient value of 0.808. The results showed that (1) the blended learning model was in the moderate category with a relative frequency of 48% (2) the learning outcomes of industrial fashion subjects were in the high category with a relative frequency of 56% (3) there was a positive and significant influence between the blended learning model on learning outcomes for industrial fashion subjects with a value of rcount = 0.587 > rtable 0.279 and a determinant value (R2) of 0.344 which means that the blended learning model variable contributes 34.4% to the learning outcome variable

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine: (1) Understanding of sanitary hygiene and work safety, (2) Understanding of the implementation of pastry and bakery practicum, (3) The effect of understanding sanitation hygiene and work safety on the implementation of pastry and bakery practicum. This type of quantitative descriptive research. The research population was 144 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with the slovin formula of 59 students. Data analysis techniques used descriptive quantitative and hypothesis testing using product moment correlation preceded by prerequisite analysis tests including normality tests and linearity tests. The results showed: (1) Understanding of sanitation hygiene and work safety was in the sufficient category (40.68%), (2) Implementation of pastry and bakery practicum was in the sufficient category (42.37%), (3) There was a positive and significant influence on understanding hygiene sanitation and occupational safety on the implementation of pastry and bakery practicum as indicated by the value of r count = 0.411 > rtable = 0.252 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.169 or (16.9%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in continuing their studies to tertiary institutions for class XII students of Fashion Design at SMK Ma'arif Al-Munawwir Yogyakarta, seen from internal factors and external factors. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques to calculate the Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation. The results showed that the interest in continuing their studies to tertiary institutions for class XII students of Fashion Design at Ma'arif Al-Munawwir Vocational High School Yogyakarta was in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of 58.33%. Variable students' interest in continuing their studies at tertiary institutions has two indicators, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are a sufficient category with a relative frequency of 65% and external factors are in the sufficient category with a relative frequency of 50%.   Keywords: interest, fashion, study at university

Abstract

The background of the problem is that students have difficulty finding inspiration to complete assignments, are late in submitting assignments, and look unenthusiastic when studying. The purpose of the study was to find out what efforts teachers make to improve students' learning motivation. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity is carried out using triangulation techniques. The research procedure goes through the following stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study are: (1) students gain an understanding of the learning process by understanding the goals and benefits of learning (2) students gain self-awareness of learning (3) teachers provide gentle touches as a motivator for students' enthusiasm (4) teachers give gifts as a form of appreciation (5) teachers give praise and awards as a form of appreciation (6) teachers create a healthy competitive learning climate in the classroom (7) teachers do not inform students of their learning achievements (8) teachers use multimedia when teaching (9) teachers use multi-methods when teaching.   Keywords: Teacher Effort, Learning Motivation, Creative Batik Crafts

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to determine and describe the upcycling process of fashion making outerwear by utilizing used jeans, and 2) to develop used jeans products into creative outerwear products. The method in this study uses the Gustami art creation model which includes three stages including 1) the exploration stage, namely collecting visual references, design ideas, and material studies on used jeans that are suitable for use; 2) the design stage, in the form of making three outwear design sketches with sustainable fashion characteristics, then a selection is carried out to choose the most suitable design for production; 3) the realization stage, namely the realization of the selected design into an outwear product using used jeans as the main material. Validation of the work is carried out through a structured interview method using an assessment rubric format, involving experts. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of sustainable fashion design and become a reference in textile waste management through a creative and functional approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of creativity on the learningoutcomes of creative and entrepreneurial products of class XI students of fashion design atState Vocational High School 6 Yogyakarta. This type of research is a quantitative study usingdocumentation and questionnaire data collection methods. The results showed that (1) therewas effectiveness and significance of creativity on the results of the subject value of creativeproducts and entrepreneurship in class XI of fashion with rcount 0.569> rtabel 0.279.(2) thecreativity of class XI students of fashion design is in the high category with a relative frequencyof 44.23%, and (3) The learning outcomes of creative products and entrepreneurship are inthe high category with a relative frequency of 48.1%.
