Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis ISSN: 2302-2663 is a research-based journal published by Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. The journal published two times per year in March and October. This journal started publishes since 2013. The scope and focus are related to the research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as a microeconomic, macroeconomic, development studies, behavioral economics, human resources management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research about education on economic. The journal also publishes an article related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching model for economic studies. And also published the study of development policy. According to the scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis welcome multidiscipline articles which related to the economics, management, accounting, and economic education research. This journal focuses on economics and education research by quantitative and qualitative approaches. There are many more problems related to the economics study and education problems. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis only publishes original research of economic, management, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and overseas. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries. Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis has been ACCREDITED at rank 2rd (Sinta 2) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia according to the Decree (SK) No. 28/E/KPT/2019. It is valid from Vol. 7 No. 1 (2019) until Vol. 11 No. 1 (2023). This research is aimed to analyze the effects of International Trade to Business Cycle in ASEAN-5. The data used in this research are the panel data in period of 1999 â€“ 2014 and in five country in ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand). The The technique of data analysis in this research is Bayesian Vector Autoregressive (BVAR). Based on BVAR, the output has indicated the Openness to Trade and dummy Crisis are positively and significantly affected business cycles in ASEAN-5, and Intra Industry Trade is not affected to business cycles in ASEAN-5.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance, job satisfaction and job attachment, the influence of work attachment to teacher performance, the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance, direct influence between transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by job satisfaction, and influence between transformational leadership of teacher performance mediated by work attachment. The result of the research shows that tranasformational leadership toward performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence. However, job satisfaction on teacher performance has no significant effect. Transformational leadership of performance mediated by job satisfaction shows a significant influence. Furthermore, transformational leadership towards work attachment has a positive and significant effect. Likewise on the variable attachment of work to performance. Furthermore, transformational leadership significantly affects employee performance with work attachment as a mediating variable. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Performance

This study is to understand the effect of perceived characteristics, personal innovativeness, and self-efficacy on the intention online shopping. In contrast to previous studies on online shopping, this study refers to the Technology Acceptance Theory that is integrated with the Innovation Diffusion Theory. Respondents of this study are junior high school students in Jakarta. By using the quantitative research methods and convenience methods to collect data, so the respondents as many as 356 students of junior high school have been taken. The data collected were then analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling by confirmatory factor analyses. Four of the five hypotheses were accepted. This study carried out findings that the TAM can be integrated with the IDT to predict the intentions of online shopping, so the businessman of online shopping can know the direct or indirect effect from the perceived characteristics, self-efficacy, and personal innovativeness to the intention online shopping. The purpose of this research is measurement strategy achievement of public education office of surabaya city using Balanced Scorecard as a measurement tool based on financial perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative by using the method of observation and interview and then analyzed by giving an overview of the performance of the strategy undertaken and explain systematically. The stages of the analysis include weighting performance to measure the number of indexes, which consists of Major Performance Indicator Achievement Index (IKU), Strategic Target Value (NSS), Performance Perspective Value (NKP), Unit Performance Value (NKU). Based on the achievement of strategy using balanced scorecard on the strategy used by Surabaya Education Department in improving the quality of education in Surabaya has been achieved well this is indicated by the achievement of Unit Performance Value of 102.31% which means it has met the target set 100%. This article aims to determine the relationship between creativity, self efficacy and student entrepreneurship intent of Faculty of Economics (FE), State University of Jakarta (UNJ) This research uses survey method with correlation approach.The results showed that there is a significant correlation between creativity, self efficacy and intent entrepreneurship of FE UNJ students where the result of calculation of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,635 and F count (F Change) = 49,785, and p-value = 0,000 <0,05, and coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,404 , which implies that creativity (X1) and self efficacy (X2) together influence 40.4% of entrepreneurship intentions (Y). This article aims to determine the effect of the project office management variable, project management system, site conditions, owner involvement, and the capacity of the project management team. The research method used survey. Respondents numbered 250 people. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that the variables of the project management office, project management system, site conditions, owner involvement, and project management team capacity have a positive effect on project performance at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Keywords: project management office, project management system, site condition, owner involvment, project management team capacity and project performance.

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). The object of this research is to obtain information about the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. It was quantitative research with survey method inThe State Islamic Institute Kendari southeast Sulawesi.The research was conducted to all lecturer of The State Islamic Institute Kendari Southeast Sulawesi by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.There is76 employees are used as a sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: There is a direct positive effect of work environment onjob satisfaction The State Islamic Institute of Islam (IAIN) Kendari Southeast Sulawesi.
