An advocate is a person who berfropesi to give legal services both inside and outside the Court meet the requirements based on the provisions of the Act. The role of an advocate in providing legal services in civil matters is that the Advocate as a recipient of the power or the plaintiff or defendant from representing in the beracara in front of the Court to explain and straighten out the facts and evidence put forward by its clients, so that they can assist and facilitate the judge in taking a decision.In carrying out its functions and perananya of the civil code in the case of the powerlaw is obliged to execute the code etiknya as legal advisor. The job of an advocate or a legal advisor is as trust. Thus the relationship between legal counsel with clientsmust be prefixed with a trust relationship. So the relationship between legal counselwith clients can run in accordance with the code of ethics that has been determinedfor legal counsel. This article describes a model Debate Analysis and Findings (DAT) in the yellow book learning in schools to improve students' critical thinking skills so they can find a new science. This article is an article the development model of learning called DAT models. DAT models applied by using two parallel classes, two classes as the control group and three other classes as the experimental group. In a grade control applied to the conventional learning model and the experimental class applied DAT models. Through the model DAT teachers are expected to be helped in the classroom so that learning takes place more systematically implemented and significantly improved comprehension and critical thinking skills of students.Keywords: debate, analysis, findings, boarding, yellow book

The purpose of this study is to conduct optimization of utilization of food sufficiency Grounds to support rural families in the Western Cape District Jabung, so as to enhance the fulfillment of family food. The research method used was survey method, a research by taking a sample from a population which aims at obtaining a generalization insofar as the population from which the sample was taken, as for the phase of research is mitigation activities, data collection, focused group discussion. The conclusions of this study, namely the optimization utilization of yard can be done by developing sustainable food home with the right technique, namely through the creation of groups, the identification of needs, the preparation of a plan of activities, training event, the creation of nurseries and structuring the environment of the area.Proper development techniques able to embody the replication area homes preserved food quickly and can provide real benefits for your family and the environment.Keywords : Yard, The Home Of Sustainable Food

Writing is one of skill that students should be mastered beside other skill such as listening, speaking and reading skill. Writing is a complex skill, because to be success in writing the st udent should be mastered complex grammar, they should have many vocabularies, conjunction, punctuation, spelling and mechanical in writing. Learning theories provides the foundation for the selection of instructional strategies. Here the major learning theories are discussed and selected examples of instructional design models are explained. The main objectives of this article is to present instructional design model for EFL students’ writing skill, Learning theory, and some previous instructional design model as theoretical evidence for design and delivery of instructional materials. The background of this research is it is very important for the university students to write about the script of drama, but actually the students’ ability in writing the script of drama is still limited. One of the source of this problembs is the teaching model of writing script of drama is not appropriate. So that it is important to develop the model of drama script writing. This research will use descriptive qualitative method. The data collection of this research are observation and test. The technique analysis data is content analysis and library research. To increase the students’ affective, pshycomotori, and cognitive competence in writing drama script, three fases activities is designed as individual-group-individual.Keywords: model design, drama script writing, content analysis

PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PERMAINAN EDUKATIF PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI APLIKASI MICROSOFT POWERPOINT Nyimas Muazzomi

This study aim to : 1) producing the teaching material in the form of educational games visual tool for early childhood education using PowerPoint program application; 2) knowing the feasibility of the product is considered an expert media and content and 3) evaluate the response of teacher and observing children's behavior related to the use of media in a small group trial.Type of research is the study of research and development (R & D),which adopted the ADDIE model. The instrument used was a questionnaire for the validation assessment and aobservation sheet to observe the child's attitude.The results of the study show that: 1) Research ADDIE model adopted consists of 5 stages of development: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation; 2) scores of media quality assessment results in the review of the validation material is 4.4 with the criteria very well and validation assessment score of 3.92 with the media interesting criteria; 3) based on the response of teachers, otherwise the product is very good and interesting with the acquisition of a score of 4 and eligibility percentage of 96%. Based on the observation sheet in small group trial in the child's attitude is very good use of the media to gain a score of 86 %.Keyword : Development, Educative Game Tool, Microsoft Powerpoint.

The kids had dared to do criminal acts not only as a large area of the city, but also has up to remote corners of the region. With children as perpetrators of crime adds to the problems facing especially in the overthrow of pidananya, because on one side to implement the provisions of the applicable legislation and on the other hand protect the perpetrators of the continuation of his future as the nation's next generation. On that basis, the required accuracy and the judge in taking policy consideration to the determination of the verdict that will overthrow against the perpetrators of the crime are still children. In the matter of the determination of the verdict against a rogue or a child who commits a criminal act in addition to judge received reports the results of research of civic mentors, judges are also obliged to pay attention to the types of crime that kids do, what is the motive and purpose of criminal acts, as well as the weight of the ringannya errors committed by the child.Keyword: criminal policy, the perpetrator of a criminal offence

This study aims to evaluate the factors that affect the Quality of Work Life at Port PT Indonesia II (persero), and this research is quantitative research is an investigation about the social issues based on testing a theory consists of a variable-variables, measured by numbers, and analyzed with the statistics procedures to determine whether predictive generalizations of these theories is correct. the data used in this research is qualitative data by spreading the questionnaire covered alternative answer had been provided to the respondent, hereinafter the qualitative data in the quantitative method using Likert Summated Rating with a given score. After the data is collected then analyzed using factor analysis. From all this research analysis to see that there are six variables that influence positively and significantly to Quality of Work Life and the rest have not been significant then it can be said that the influence factors towards the Quality of Work Life at Port PT Indonesia II (Persero)Keywords : Quality of Work Life
