Abstract

This study raises the issue of how to assess bank health using the Risk Based Bank Rating method with ratios of NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, NIM and CAR at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk 2016-2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the soundness of Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk with the Risk Based Bank Rating method by looking at the conditions based on the annual financial statements. With the results of the NPL ratio having a value of less than 2%, which means that lending is more than non-performing loans, the LDR ratio with the criteria of 85%-100% which means it is quite healthy to fulfill its obligations, the GCG ratio is in level 2 condition, which is generally good, ROA ratio that asset management is in good condition, the NIM ratio is above 3%, which means a high level of income and a CAR ratio is above 12% in a very healthy condition, which means that capital is carried out very effectively.

Abstract

This observation goals to understand and examine the have an effect on of human relations, work environment and job satisfaction at overall performance of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta personnel. The populace of this observe is the personnel of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta with a total of 55 employees. For the retrieval technique determine Nonprobability Sampling. Saturated Sampling technique is a method of determining the sample if the complete populace of employees is used as a sample, in order that the sample is taken as many as 55 employees. For statistics series the an instrument within the shape of a questionnaire. Methods of facts evaluation using statistical methods such as validity and reliability tests for questionnaires, more than one linear regression evaluation using the classical assumption take a look at  for the feasibility of the model; F-test and t-test for hypothesis verification. Abstract

The high number of COVID-19 cases in December 2020 caused 3,233 people to be infected. 303 of those people underwent treatment at the dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Public Hospital as a COVID-19 referral hospital. As a result, this phenomenon caused a surge in bed occupancy capacity of 85%-100%, so that it increased the nurse workload. This research aimed to understand the relationship between the nurse workload and the motivation to implement nursing training documentation at IRNA I dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Public Hospital. The research method applied was correlational research with a cross-sectional approach. This method aimed to determine the relationship between the nurse workload and the motivation to implement nursing training documentation. The sample consisted of 55 people who were chosen by total sampling. The variable studied in this research was the nurse workload with the motivation to implement nursing training documentation. The results showed that most of the respondents had a high workload, which was as many as 27 people (67.5%), and the motivation to implement nursing training documentation was primarily high, which was as many as 33 people (82.5%). However, when the workload was very high, and 6 respondents experienced it, the motivation decreased by 12, 5%. The results of Spearman's analysis and statistical test, p = -0.378 at = 0.05, indicated that there was a significant correlation between the variables. The direction of the negative correlation indicated that the higher the workload of nurses, the lower the motivation in conducting nursing training documentation. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the availability of nurses and the workload so that the quality of the nursing services can be reached.

Abstract

An intersection is a part of a road where currents from various directions or directions meet. This is what causes conflicts between currents from opposite directions and intersect each other, resulting in congestion along the intersection arm. The signalized intersection on Jl. Panglima Sudirman – Jl. Urip Sumoharjo – Jl. Pattimura is one of the main network junctions in Malang City, precisely located in an area that provides several public facilities, namely the National Defense Field, Kota Baru Station and Klojen Market. This intersection connects to public places such as the city center, schools, offices and others. This reseach aims to evaluate the performance of the intersection and the degree of saturation as well as the level of service at the signalized intersection at the current condition based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. This reseach uses empirical methods to obtain data from observations that occur in the field. From the results of the reseach the degree of saturation (DS) on the north approach was 0.89, with queue length (QL) = 140.30 m, south approach 0.84, with queue length (QL) = 97.25 m, east approach 0, 49 with queue length (QL) = 69.25 m and the western approach 0.56 with queue length (QL) = 54.40 m. The average delay of the intersection is 27.31 sec/pcu and is included in the value of service level of service D.

Abstract

Preserving wood using chemical preservatives has a negative effect on the environment, so preservatives are needed that are more environmentally friendly. Wood vinegar from sawn waste contains potential acid and phenol compounds as natural preservatives. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of tembesu wood vinegar (Fagraea fragrans) and rengas (Gluta renghas) as natural preservatives and analyze the durability of pulai wood (Alstonia scholaris) against Schizophyllum commune Fires. The preservation method is carried out by cold-soaking for 48 hours then proceed with the feeding process with the fungus Schizophyllum commune Fires for 8 weeks. The variables observed were retention value, absorption and penetration of preservatives. The results showed that the retention and absorption value of pulai wood that was soaked with wood vinegar decreased based on the position of the wood part, starting at the base, middle and tip. The value and absorption of tembesu wood vinegar has a greater value than renghas wood vinegar. The results of wood vinegar penetration showed increased values starting from the base, middle, and top of the wood. Renghas wood vinegar is not visible from the penetration result while tembesu wood vinegar is visible from the penetration. The visual checking on the wood samples shows that the both of Renghas and Tembesu wood vinegar can be inhibited the Schizophyllum commune Fires growth.
