Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and commitment on employee work performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Licensing and Investment Service (DPPM DIY), both permanent and contractual. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 employees. The results of this study indicate that the effect of motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, commitment has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and motivation and commitment have a positive and significant effect on work performance of the employees of the Licensing and Investment Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DPPM DIY).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of compensation, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and determine the influence that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction that has a role as a mediator in ATR / BPN Kantah, Wonosobo Regency. Quantitative descriptive research was used by researchers in this study. Employees from ATR / BPN Kantah, Wonosobo Regency became the object of this research. In this study, the questionnaire became a method of data collection used by researchers, with the technique saturated 82 respondents as sampling techniques. Validity and reliability tests are used by researchers to test data quality, with data analysis techniques used, namely classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and sobel test. Based on the results of research that has been implemented, it shows that if compensation has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, compensation does not have a significant positive influence on OCB, Emotional intelligence has a significant positive impact on OCB, job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on OCB, job satisfaction can mediate between compensation and OCB, and job satisfaction can mediate for emotional intelligence and OCB.

Abstract

Campus academic life lies in the learning media and its environment. The role of the lecturer as a facilitator should be able to facilitate students and their students to find their own way of learning, which can be done without being limited by space and time. It is hoped that with this E-learning method, students and female students will be able to be more active and more creative in learning with the motivation to learn from themselves. This study aims to determine whether E-learning, Learning Motivation, and the Learning Environment affect Intellectual Ability. The research method used is a quantitative method and the data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the independent variable.

Abstract

This observation goals to understand and examine the have an effect on of human relations, work environment and job satisfaction at overall performance of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta personnel. The populace of this observe is the personnel of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta with a total of 55 employees. For the retrieval technique determine Nonprobability Sampling. Saturated Sampling technique is a method of determining the sample if the complete populace of employees is used as a sample, in order that the sample is taken as many as 55 employees. For statistics series the an instrument within the shape of a questionnaire. Methods of facts evaluation using statistical methods such as validity and reliability tests for questionnaires, more than one linear regression evaluation using the classical assumption take a look atĀ  for the feasibility of the model; F-test and t-test for hypothesis verification. So the output of this observe shows that: 1) Human relations have no significant impact on the overall performance of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta employees; 2) The work environment has no significant effect at performance of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta personnel; 3) Job Satisfaction has a significant impact at performance of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta employees; 4) Human relations, work environment, and delight have a fantastic and significant influence at overall performance of Super Dazzle Yogyakarta employees. Human relations, work environment, and job pleasure have the capacity to describe the analysis of employee performance variables on average 64.0%, at the same time the ultimate 36.0% cost is the affect of different unbiased variables no longer tested in research.

Abstract

Tujuan: penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada RSUD Muhammad Zein. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kusioner dan studi pustaka. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan RSUD Muhammad Zein. Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian adalah uji vaiditas, realiabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hipotesis diterima atau ditolak. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Quality of work life memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di RSUD Muhammad Zein. Sehingga semakin bagus quality of work lifeĀ  yang diberikan maka akan diiringi dengan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja karyawan 2). Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap kepuasan kerja karyawan. hal ini membuktikan bahwa dengan memberikan motivasi kerja yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. 3). Quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepusan kerja karyawan di RSUD Muhammad Zein. Hal ini menunjukkan jika quality of work life dan motivasi berjalan dengan baik maka akan diiringi dengan naiknya tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work discipline on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Derma Beauty Indonesia. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Derma Beauty Indonesia with a total sample of 55 respondents. The sample used is saturated sampling, which means that all members of the population are sampled in this study. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to calculate the magnitude of the regression coefficient to show the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work discipline on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). While the feasibility test of the model shows that the variables of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work discipline together have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Derma Beauty Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on OCB; (2) transformational leadership has a significant effect on OCB; (3) work discipline has a significant effect on OCB; (4) organizational culture, transformational leadership, and work discipline have a significant effect against OCB.

Abstract

One of the qualities and advantages of an area can be seen from the service to the community in that area. Regional community services can run well if the government and employees working in this field have the ability to manage the quality of human resources, especially in terms of controlling and controlling the emotions and moods of employees. This study aims to examine the level of the role of emotional intelligence and mood on job satisfaction and work stress that is often experienced by an employee. This research is a descriptive research by taking a sample of 83 samples taken by purposive sampling technique. The research findings show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on job stress. Meanwhile, mood has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant effect on work stress. Other research findings reveal that emotional intelligence and mood have a role in job satisfaction and job stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation can affect employee loyalty carried out at CV. Logam Jaya Abadi, Bitung City, North Sulawesi. This research is a survey research using the technique of distributing questionnaires to employees of CV. Metal Jaya Abadi which is the sample in the study. The determination of the sample is based on the Cohen Manion and Marriso table, with a confidence level of 90 per count by taking the least sample, which is close to 50. The hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test. The data testing technique in this study consisted of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. This study provides results that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. However, work motivation gives negative results or does not affect employee loyalty, in research conducted in the field, researchers conclude that there are several factors such as salaries that are deemed inappropriate and inadequate health and old age benefits, which is why the work motivation variable is negative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi? Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Aneka Logam Industri. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, namun untuk variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of incentives and work motivation on job satisfaction with gender as a control variable conducted at the Ngadirejo Health Center, Temanggung. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of all employees of the Ngadirejo Health Center, totaling 66 people. Data from the population was taken using a census data collection method with a questionnaire survey. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and t-tests using the SPSS 25 software application. The results of the study stated that incentives had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then for incentives and motivation, it can be stated that they simultaneously influence job satisfaction. The control variable shows that the male gender has no significant effect on job satisfaction but the female gender has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
