Abstract

A self-balancing type of robot works on the principle of maintaining the balance of the load's position to remains in the center. As a consequence of this principle, the driver can go forward reverse the vehicle by leaning in a particular direction. One of the factors affecting the control model is the weight of the driver. A control system that has been designed will not be able to balance the system if the driver using the vehicle exceeds or less than the predetermined weight value. The main objective of the study is to develop a semi-adaptive control system by implementing an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm that can estimate the driver's weight and use this information to reset the gain used in the control system. The experimental results show that the Artificial Neural Network can be used to estimate the weight of the driver's body by using 50-ms-duration of tilt sensor data to categorize into three defined classes that have been set. The ANN algorithm provides a high accuracy given by the results of the confusion matrix and the precision calculations, which show 99%.

Abstract

In the development of information systems, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of the system which can be reviewed through aspects of usability for its users and following the needs and specifications of its users. This study will analyze the quality of the sales order management information system based on two characteristics of the ISO 25010 quality standard system, namely functional suitability and usability. The functional suitability test was carried out by the BlackBox testing method to test three sub-characteristics of functional suitability that are functional completeness, functional correctness, and functional appropriateness. Usability tests use a use questionnaire which is divided into four criteria that are usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction. In testing the suitability of functionality involving 5 respondents and 17 respondents in usability testing. The results of this study indicate that the sales order management system fulfills two characteristics of information system quality that are functional suitability and usability. Where all the features designed are by the successful features, and the usability characteristics are 85.45% which indicates that the system is very feasible to implement.

Abstract

Sales order documents at retail companies are a very important procedure in the project or work initialization process. However, the management of the sales order which is still done manually creates several problems in the process. This research will try to offer a solution by building a sales order management system that is developed by applying the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. 4 stages in the RUP must be carried out, namely: the initial stage, the elaboration stage, the construction stage, and the transition stage. To reduce the risk of changes desired by the user, testing is carried out at the end of each phase. The results of this study have succeeded in building an SO management system where each feature designed is successfully implemented, which is indicated by the results of measuring the functional suitability of the system at each stage getting a value of 1.

Abstract

The widespread drought area in Trenggalek Regency in 2019 needs to be analyzed to reduce negative impacts and as a monitoring tool to anticipate future drought events. The Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) is a drought analysis method by calculating the rainwater deficit at various time scales used to identify the distribution of drought in Trenggalek Regency. This study using rain data on 13 rain stations for the period 1990-2019 and agricultural production data for 2019. The calculation results show that the highest SPI value occurred in March at the highly wet level with a value of 2.11. The lowest SPI value occurred in May at the extremely dry level with a value of -2.31. The results are then mapped using ArcGIS with the Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) method to identify the spatial distribution of drought.

Abstract

School is an essential thing for education quality. This time, the South Tangerang government is implementing a new student admission process using a zoning system; all prospective students must choose a school that has the shortest distance from their residence. However, many parents and prospective students do not understand this zoning system. The limited access to information is a problem for them, so they do not know where the schools are included in their zoning area. For this reason, the need to efforts the problem-solve to use Dijkstra's algorithm as a consideration to find the results more accurate for the shortest distance. So the exact solution that should implement the information technology this time is "Implementation of Dijkstra's Algorithm to Find a School Shortest Distance Based on The Zoning System In South Tangerang." It is a solution for parents and prospective students to get information about school choices included in their zoning.

Abstract

The Social Security Administrative Body is a legal entity established to administer social security programs. News about BPJS policies is often found online and social media that has received responses from netizens as a form of public opinion on the policy. One of them is the opinion of netizens on social media Twitter. Ideas can be positive, neutral, or negative. These opinions are processed using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, in some SVM studies still getting unsatisfactory results, with rates below 60%. For this reason, it is necessary to have feature selection or a combination with the other methods to obtain higher accuracy. To see the actors who influence the opinion of netizens on the topic of BPJS, the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method is used. Based on the SVM Method's test results, the best accuracy results are obtained in combining the SVM Method with Adaboost, with an accuracy rate of 92%. Compared to the pure SVM method by 91%, the Combination of SVM Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) by 87% and SVM using Feature Selection Genetic Algorithm (GA) by 86%.
