Abstract

This research aims to collect previous research which focuses on group counseling and student anxiety in facing exams. Student anxiety when facing exams is a complex problem. Apart from the problem of student anxiety at school, other problems can also concern the environment around students. Regarding this problem, it is necessary to implement group counseling by guidance and counseling teachers to avoid cases of student anxiety when facing exams. Generally, student anxiety in facing exams occurs due to two factors, namely internal and external factors. Where internal factors come from the student, while external factors come from outside the student, such as the family environment, society and the student's relationships. This research aims to review several research articles examining the effectiveness of group counseling to reduce student anxiety when taking exams. The method used in this research is a literature review indexed by Sinta. Which aims to collect, analyze and seek general views about the effectiveness of group counseling in reducing students' anxiety when facing exams at school. The research results showed that the seven articles analyzed with a focus on discussing group counseling gave positive results and revealed that group counseling using various approaches was effective in reducing students' anxiety when facing exams. It is hoped that the results of this research can be utilized by guidance and counseling teachers and future researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation stages of individual counseling using a behavioral approach for perpetrators of sexual violence at the UPTD PKS Insan Berguna, Lampung Province Social Service. Children involved in sexual violence need a more advanced approach, such as through guidance and counseling that focuses on recovery. Individual counseling is effective because it involves direct interaction between the counselor and the client, allowing the counselor to pay more in-depth attention to the problems faced by the client. The method used in this research is a field research method. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this research show that individual counseling with a behavioral approach has an effect on changing clients' good behavior. The main focus of this research is to describe the behavior patterns of these children, as well as the changes that occur in the rehabilitation process carried out at that place. Researchers also try to explain how a counseling process based on a behavioral approach can help these children identify and change their behavior patterns to be more positive. And clients are starting to realize the impact of their bad habits and are actively working to change them. After attending this counseling, the three clients realized their mistakes and will now try to change for the better. Individual counseling with a behavioral approach shows effectiveness in dealing with behavioral problems, but also emphasizes that self-awareness is an important first step in efforts to improve lifestyle. Furthermore, the behavioral changes achieved by clients during the counseling process provide hope that this kind of intervention can contribute to a sustainable improvement in their quality of life.

Abstract

This study explored the implementation of moral education in enhancing self-efficacy, moral development, and social intelligence among Muslim adolescents, along with its theoretical implications. Using a comprehensive literature review method, data sources included journals, books, and academic publications related to moral education and youth development. Data were collected through the identification, selection, and critical analysis of relevant literature. The findings indicate that moral education, emphasizing values such as honesty, justice, and responsibility, significantly enhances students' self-efficacy. Structured programs involving personal reflection, group discussions, and community service projects help students develop self-confidence, moral awareness, and ethical decision-making skills. A supportive environment and positive reinforcement also play crucial roles in promoting positive social interactions and social skills like empathy and cooperation. These findings support theories of moral development and Bandura's self-efficacy theory, highlighting the importance of direct experience, positive reinforcement, and social interaction in the development of social and moral skills. Structured moral education provides a strong foundation for students' personal and social development, preparing them to become ethical, confident, and adaptable individuals in society.
