Human Resource Management is needed to improve the effectiveness of human resources in the organization. The aim is to provide an effective work unit organization. To achieve this goal, the study of personnel management will show how companies should obtain, develop, use, evaluate, and maintain employees in the right quantity (quantity) and type (quality). There are various models for solving problems in human resource management. The determination of the settlement model is adjusted to the size of the company. This Human Resource Management not only relies on management functions such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling, but on its implementation also relies on the operational functions of HR management, such as recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, training and development, and the practice of compensation. The Islamic viewpoint, this also does not experience differences. All Human Resource management practices are carried out as well as possible, based on what is already in the Qur'an and Al-Hadith.

Abstract

Prophetic education can be understood as a set of theories that not only describe and transform social phenomena, and not only change things for the sake of change, but more than that, are expected to direct changes on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. The three main pillars in prophetic social science are: amar ma'ruf (humanization), nahi munkar (liberation), and tu`minuna blades (transcendence). The existing education process tends to be monotonous, indoctrinative, teacher-centered, top-down, mechanical, verbal, cognitive and the mission of education has been misleading. No wonder there is an impression that Islamic education practices and processes are sterile from the context of reality, so that they are not able to make a clear contribution to the various problems that arise. Education, especially religion, is considered not effective enough to contribute in solving problems. Because of this, many ideas emerged about the need to interpret and reorient, including making a paradigm shift from the current educational practice. Education must be interpreted as an effort to help humans reach their reality by optimizing all their human potential. With this understanding, all processes leading to the realization of human potential optimization, regardless of place and time, are categorized as educational activities. Conversely, if there is a practice that is said to be education it actually hinders development, the potential for humanity in its various forms, then this is actually not the practice of education. However, it must be realized that there are indeed differences in methods or strategies between one another, but these differences should only be limited to the technical implementation, not the meaning of education itself.

Abstract

Efforts made by the Nganjuk Regency WCC (Women's Crisis Center) are efforts to assist victims, especially women who are in conflict with the law, meaning that they are women in conflict with the law, women as victims, women as witnesses or women as parties. The mission carried out by the Nganjuk Regency is a very noble humanitarian mission because in general women who face law often face gaps and discrimination and do not receive justice. Handling assistance for victims is not an easy matter, this is due to patriarchal cultural factors that apply in the community, especially in the Nganjuk Regency community, in addition to the lack of awareness and understanding of gender. So the victims did not dare to make legal efforts to obtain a sense of justice. Settlement by WCC Nganjuk Regency usually provides two options, namely legal advocacy for law and settlement outside the court (family) that can be fought for so that there is a meeting point that can be accepted by all parties who are more focused on the humanist (humanitarian) side.

Abstract

Marriage aims to foster family sakinah mawaddah and rahmah. In an effort to realize this goal, Islam offers harmony between couples, which is commensurate with both the social strata or the same beliefs. The occurrence of interfaith marriages is considered contrary to the purpose of marriage, how can it be able to create a family that is sakinah, mawaddah, and mercy . In the perspective of sadd az-zari'ah, interfaith marriage is prohibited because it is feared that it can damage the existence of one's faith. The Indonesian Ulema Council, the Muhammadiyah PP Majlis, and the NU cleric banned interfaith marriages on the basis of closing the potential consequences of interfaith marriages. This ban also gained momentum when it was linked to the discourse of Christianization that is rife today. Interfaith marriages today are not in accordance with the purpose of inter-religious marriage at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, now inter-religious marriage is only a proof of prestige and satisfaction of mere lust not for the glory of Islam so that it is better avoided.

Abstract

Patriarchal culture in the modern era is still ingrained in the minds of the people. Patriarchs place the power of women under the authority of men and assume that men are stronger than women in personal, family, community, and state life. Of course, there are consequences there must be a cause. Historically, patriarchy has manifested itself in social, legal, political, religious, and economic organizations of various different cultures. Fiqh in the social structure functions to regulate the problems of muamalah. This shows that fiqh palys an important role in social life. But, there are some rules of fiqh that are considered by the public that the law is part of patriarchal culture, such as the prohibitation of women becoming prayer leaders, forbidding women to become witnesses in a case, and so on. Historical reality shows that woman have played a role in the movement. Therefore, to form a society with social justice and understanding of women’s ragihts, it can be done by recalling female scholars who have contributed greatly to the Islamic struggle so that patriarchal fiqh culture can be minimized.

The method used is descriptive qualitative associated with the policy theory of George C. Edwards III, Marilee S. Grindle, and Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn using 9 variables. The results showed the Regent's Circular was implemented by involving the Bina Laut Sharia Cooperative. In general, SKPDs adhere to the Regent's Circular, but there are some SKPDs that do not routinely buy salt. There are two factors that become obstacles, namely Communication and Human Resources. With the Circular, salt marketing becomes more secure, thereby increasing the income and welfare of salt farmers and administrators of the Bina Laut Sharia Cooperative. At the same time answering the results of previous research by Khaerunnisah (2016), said that the main obstacles faced by salt farmers in the District of Sekotong are salt prices are still low and marketing is not smooth.

The Wonosobo people are known for their obedience to religion and uphold their culture and customs. Before Islam came to Wonosobo, the influence of Hindu and Buddhist culture was rooted in the traditions and beliefs of the Wonosobo people. Therefore, although Islam has developed and advanced in Wonosobo, there are some traditional cultures and beliefs that are still preserved by the Wonosobo people. The existence of these cultures causes Islam as a newcomer to be able to be in harmony with existing cultures.
