Abstract

The research is purposed to understand the factor determining a credit demand and the efficiency level of the using of production factor. The research method used is explanatory survey method. We have 120 level scale farmers of oil palm as the customers, consists of 60 customers in both Mandiri bank and KUD. The results shows that: first, there is a connection according to a credit demand,we will have the level elasticity of interest rate of credit  as -0,248; the elasticity of administration expense as 0,217; the elasticity of permanent income as 0,739; and the elasticity of transitory income as 0,077. Second, the factor of work force production in the decreasing returns to scale position, it means that the amount of oil palm production will increase with lower proportion than the increasing of work force expanse; and the financial capital factor in the increasing returns to scale, it means that the amount of oil palm production will increase with higher proportion than the increasing of financial capital.

Abstract

Leadership in the workplace is inseparable from spiritual values; therefore, it is very important to instill spiritual moral values for all employees. Nurses and midwives as part of human resources must have high performance and job satisfaction in order to support the achievement of the stated goals by the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual leadership, employee engagement, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of health workers in Dharma Yadnya Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach. The scope of this study is identified as all the employees of Dharma Yadnya Hospital with the sample are 65 respondents. Data was collected by using questionnaires and processed with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of this study showed that spiritual leadership, employee engagement, work motivation have significant effect on the performance and job satisfaction of health workers.

Abstract

The bank's task is as an intermediary institution that is funding and lending. OJK Data shows that each year financing in Sharia banks continues to increase. Therefore sharia banking should prevent the minimum financing to occur and be obliged to know what the factors of the NPF are in order to maintain banking health. The purpose of this research is to know the NPF factors in Indonesia's Sharia bank. The research method used in this research is to use quantitative research with a double linear regression approach. The data used in this study was a monthly data series from the year 2014-2018. The variables used in this study are NPF as variable dependent and CAR, FDR, inflation, SBIS, BOPO as independent variables. The result in the study was the CAR and FDR impactful negative and significant to the NPF, inflation and SBIS impact negative and insignificant, while BOPO influential positive and significant.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know accounting student’s competency andtheir readiness to enter working environment in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) era. Accounting student’s competency measured by ethical competency, knowledge competency, capability competency, relationship competency, and analysis competency. This research used primary data from questionnaires given to Tarumanagara University accounting students as respondents. The result of this research showed that Tarumanagara University accounting students have adequate ethical, capability, relationship, and analysis competency, but still not adequate for knowledge competency. Ethical, knowledge, and capability competency have significant influences to accounting student’s readiness, while relationship and analysis competency have insignificant influences to accounting student’s readiness to enter working environment in AEC era.

Abstract

The global economic crisis of 2008-2010 had an impact on the global economic slowdown. Plus the political crisis in the countries of the Middle East region called the Arab Spring had become the center of world attention, because it also lowers economic conditions and corporate America and in other developing countries. By using daily data price of crude oil, the price of gold and exchange rates as well Rp./USD IDX Composite Index from  the year 2010 - 2012, tested the impact of crude oil prices, global gold prices on the Stock Exchange Composite Index. The result was at the time of global economic and political crisis in oil prices and the world gold price positively affects JCI opposed  to when normal conditions. When the economic crisis plus the political crisis that led to the oil price increases, the share price (CSPI) on the Stock Exchange also increased. Funds drawn investors from investing in the United States and other developing countries is invested in Indonesia so that stock prices rise along with oil prices and gold prices. While the exchange rate negatively affects Rp./USD JCI Stock Exchange, as a stronger rupiah lead JCI Stock Exchange also increased

Abstract

This study aims to test the impact ofindependent commissioner, board of directors, audit committee, ownership of institutional and management shares and size of firm to the firm performance of the firms listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange Index LQ45 for two consecutive years of the period  February 2014 to January 2016.  This study use the sampling data of 31 firms  The sampling is based on the method of purposive sampling.  Process of analysis data is carried out with analysis partially first and then analysis simultaneous.  The statistic method used is SPPS ( Statistical Product and Service Solution) to obtain descriptive statistics, correlation of variables and analysis of variance. The result of the partial analysis shows that there are two variable has significant influence to the firm performance which is portion of independent commissioner and ownership of institutional shares.  Whereas, the result of the simultaneous analysis has shows  significant impact.

Abstract

The increase in business during the global crisis to the challenge of funding and capital structure dynamic analysis approach is suitable for the observation of the capital structure. This study is intended to demonstrate the influence of profitability, firm size, cost of equity, debt cost, and firm value volatility, leverage and speed adjustment sertaoptimal the capital structure. By using the auto company's financial statements and its components in a data 2008-2012 profitability, firm size, cost of equity, debt cost, danfirm value volatility analyzed using multiple regression analysis to examine the effect on the capital structure and leverage optimal data and speed adjustmentdianalisis method Generalized Moment Method (GMM) to examine the achievement of optimal capital structure and speed of achievement of optimal capital structure. The results found that the only significant profitability and firm size negatively affects the capital structure, the cost is being equity, debt cost, and firm value volatilitytidak significantly affect their capital structure. The automotive industry and its components was successfully adjust its capital structure to an optimal position, but the adjustment is slow. In a global crisis of capital structure adjustment to the optimal capital structure is progressing slowly in view of the difficulty of finding external funding sources.
