Abstract

Displaced Commercial Risk (DCR) merupakan risiko yang dihadapi oleh bank syariah sebagai konsekuensi diterapkanya dual banking system di Indonesia. Bank syariah dituntut untuk memberikan imbal hasil yang kompetitif untuk mempertahankan deposan. Kondisi kesehatan bank yang meliputi Capital, Asset quality, Management, Earning, dan Liquidity (CAMEL) juga menjadi indikator kekuatan Market Disicipline bagi pertumbuhan deposito bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan DCR dan Market Discipline pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode Oktober 2014 hingga Desember 2018. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Auto Regresive Distributed Lag (ARDL) menunjukkan keberadaan DCR pada bank umum syariah. Namun demikian hasil lainya menunjukkan lemahnya Market Discipline, dimana deposan hanya melihat kondisi likuiditas dan kualitas aset sebagai indikator dalam menempatan dananya.

Abstract

The research looked at the role of Rural Financial Institutions in improving public welfare of Oleleh Village of Kabila Bone in Bone Bolango District. This institution is an extension of the local government of Bolango Bone, this is the program for the welfare of society with the help of venture capital, either as fishermen, farmers as well as a small merchant, the results of this study found that the role of the village financial institutions can contribute to improve the welfare of society . This can be measured by several indicators, those are the return of agricultural land controlled by the middlemen, the primary requirement before the establishment of “LKD?” sometimes difficult to be fulfilled, but after this institution was established and worked, it can increase the income and the living conditions of local society

Abstract

This study aims to explore the marketing strategies of Banyurip urban batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan city, with qualitative types of filed research. The collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study that batik entrepreneurs in Banyurip village had carried out marketing mix marketing strategies, they made various batik products, with cash and tempo prices, distribution by coming to the market, batik shops, shipping packages, and through Loper and resellers, market coverage from the city, outside the city to outside Java and even abroad, most of them use direct selling promotions, and utilize social media technology. Batik entrepreneurs in general as much as 75% have applied the principles of sharia marketing mix. The 25% have not perfectly implemented sharia principles with those who still use the services of interest-based financial institutions for production capital, in addition there are still entrepreneurs who dispose of batik waste water directly. The strength possessed by entrepreneurs produce batik products with various types, motivations and patterns, the weakness is capital and less competent workforce, the opportunity is to maximize technology and maintain trust, while the threat is raw materials which tend to rise but selling prices lower and more competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the efficiency of the marketing of pepper inKonawe viewed from the perspective of Islamic economic. Method of sampling isdone by simple random sampling as many as 45 respondents out of the totalpopulation, while traders villages (PPD) were 3 people and traders districts(PPK) have as many as two people in the census.The result of the study conluded that the marketing efficiency of the in thevillage Unaasi. Anggaberi districts in Konawe through two (2) marketingchannels, namely :Marketing channel I, from farmers producing PPK ofinter-island trader, with the marketing margin 97,46 %. Marketing channel II,from farmers producing PPD PPK of inter-island trader, with themarketng margin 97,40%.From the analysis it can be conluded that the marketing activities on thecommodity pepper in Konawe already efficient, but needs to be improved. Interms of the service has been satisfactory. Viewed from the perspective of Islamiceconomy againts commodity pepper were done by farmers/producers, the views ofthe marketing is in conformity with the two assumptions that are under theinfluence of the spirit of Islam that is the assumption of economic rationality andselling without any coercion. Since marketing of commodities pepper is the effortsmade by farmers/producers in order to maximize satisfaction and fulfillment. Inmarketing the pepper that they (farmers) produced by choosing their ownmarketing channels they want to sell pepper production. Transactions conductedby this farmer also insyaAllah avoid speculative transactions, transactions that arenot clear (Gharar), usury and false (evil deeds).

Abstract

his paper aims to understand the meaning and essence of usury in the Koran, thus providing a complete understanding to distinguish transactional practices that have prevailed in the Arab community, including the sale and purchase and to understand the Qoran solutions to combat the practice of usury. Using descriptive analysis method with socio-historical approach to interpretation, verses that discuss usury, analyzing and linking (absurd) between verses on usury. The first result, that usury question is ad'afan mudh'afatan happens to contain elements of economic practices ekploitasi. secondly, usury actors experience the chaos and confusion in life and last the Qoran offers charity (including alms) as a concept ta'awwun (help) to those in need

Abstract

Humans are resource of power in economic development that acts as the caliph of Allah on earth that is demanded to be responsible for the continuity of development that bring maslahah people in the world and the hereafter. However, in reality the human resource problem itself is still very complex, such as the lack of optimal quality of human resources, evidenced by the high number of unemployed in Indonesia. Where open unemployment in February 2017 reached 5,33% from 5,50% in February 2016. This phenomenon is interesting to review from the standpoint of human resource development in an Islamic perspective. By using qualitative methods and data collection through observation, interview and documentation of the Al-Falah Social Fund Foundation (YDSF) Surabaya as a sample of research. Finally this article explains that human resource development at Al-Falah Social Fund Foundation (YDSF) Surabaya uses spiritual and material approach. Through these two approaches, human resource development goes with programs aimed at improving human resources both spiritually and the material. In addition, this article also explains the obstacles encountered along with the solution to be applied by the Al-Falah Social Fund Foundation (YDSF) in order to optimize the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja saham syariah di Bursa Efek Indonesia melalui indeks ISSI, JII, dan portofolio yang dibentuk secara acak dari kelompok saham syariah kemudian membandingkannya dengan kinerja portofolio konvensional melalui tujuh indeks dan portofolio yang dibentuk secara acak dari kelompok saham konvensional. Penelitian ini juga menguji faktor-faktor fundamental perusahaan yang memengaruhi kinerja saham syariah dan membandingkannya dengan faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja saham konvensional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 355 emiten terdiri dari 134 emiten saham syariah dan 221 emiten saham konvensional pada periode waktu 2011—2015. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja saham adalah risk-adjusted model dengan empat pendekatan Sharpe, Treynor, M2, dan Jensen’ Alpha. Analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan Cross Random Model. Hasil pengujian dan pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa secara umum sepanjang 2011—2015 kinerja portofolio saham konvensional mengungguli portofolio syariah. Namun demikian pada periode krisis global akhir tahun 2011 dan 2012 kinerja portofolio saham syariah mengungguli portofolio saham konvensional, ini memperkuat hasil penelitian yang mengatakan bahwa kinerja saham syariah lebih baik ketika krisis karena investor melakukan mekanisme hedging. Faktor fundamental yang memengaruhi kinerja saham syariah berbeda dengan faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja saham konvensional, terutama pada debt to equity ratio, yang menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan pada saham syariah dan hasil sebaliknya pada saham konvensional menunjukan hubungan negatif walaupun tidak signifikan secara statistik.

Abstract

The purpose of this resesarch was to analyze the effect of location, reveneu sharing and promotion simultaneously and partially to decision process to save in product tabungan Flexible in PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents from the customers of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained is the primary data that is the result of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire were distributed. These results of this study indicate that there is influence imultaneously on location variable, revenue sharing and promotion towards decision process to save. In the test of determination, there is the influence of a variable 51,9% location, revenue sharing and promotion to the decision to save. Meanwhile 48,1 %% (100% - 51,9%) were influenced by other variables that not included in this study. The result of this research showed that the location effect partially to the decision process to save, with significant value that is 0,021 < 0,05 and t count <t table (2,364 >1,993). Revenue sharing do not effect partially to the decision process to save, with a significant value of 0,503 > 0,05 and t count < t table (0,674 < 1,993). Promotion effect partially to the decision process save, with significant value that is 0,000 <0,05 and t count > t table (4,193 > 1,993)

Abstract

Abstract Inclusion wakalah in murabaha financing is an innovative banking practitioners, hybrid contract, an agreement the two parties to implement a contract that contains two or more contract. Wakalah wal Murabahah is a financing agreement of sale and purchase, the bank as the seller has set aside and delegate to the customer as a buyer to purchase their own items needed on behalf of a third party bank independently. This study aims to determine the implementation of inclusion wakalah on murabaha financing at BNI Syariah Branch Kendari and economic overview of Islam against the inclusion of such contract. This study is a qualitative research using interview, observation and documentation to collect data, and then processed and analyzed by the reduction step, presentation and conclusion. Based on the nature and purpose, this study included descriptive exploratory study. The approach used in this study is normative. Based on the results of the study found a discrepancy between the implementation of inclusion wakalah on murabaha financing at BNI Syariah Branch Kendari with a scheme provided by the bank. First, themurabaha contract which should be done after the customer as the representative of the bank buys the goods to the supplier turned out to be held in conjunction with wakalah. Second, purchasing goods over to the customer representative was not in the name but in the name of customers bank itself. Third, funding the purchase of goods that should be paid directly by the bank to the supplier turned out to be melted first by transferring to customers' accounts.In the perspective of Islamic economics, murabaha wal wakalah included in this type of merger contract are allowed, but each pillar and second terms in this contract must be fulfilled if it will be combined. However, in practice, the financing murabaha wal wakalah happened in BNI Syariah Branch Kendari has invalidated one of the pillars and the terms of the sale and purchase namely the lack of traded goods and the goods are not the full property rights berakad parties. Offers to buy this kind of forbidden because included in the category of selling goods that are not owned, sell goods that is not your own and set a profit on goods that are not yet under control. Terms in wakalah also not fulfilled because the goods to be purchased has not become the property of the bank. The bank does not have a relationship of cooperation and agreement in the purchase agreements with suppliers of goods so that the purchasing process can not be delegated to the customer. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manfaat terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, untuk menguji pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, Untuk menguji pengaruh edukasi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif  kuantitatif. Populasi pada Penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Sampel dari Penelitian ini adalah 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS 23. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan slovin dan stratified proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan manfaat, pengetahuan, dan edukasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga.
