Abstract

Halal tourism potential in West Java, especially for sharia hotels is very high so that West Java is a potential area for developing halal tourism. To realize West Java as a halal tourism development area is not easy there are obstacles faced such as the lack of consumer interest in sharia hotels and not many people understand the difference between sharia hotels and conventional hotels. Therefore, this study will examine the development strategy of halal tourism in West Java.The purpose of this study is 1) to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) in the development of sharia tourism in West Java, 2) to identify external factors (opportunities and threats) in the development of sharia tourism in West Java, 3) for knowing the positioning of West Java in the development of sharia tourism and 4) to find out the development strategy of sharia tourism in West Java.The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The study was conducted on 8sharia hotels in the West Java region. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis using internal factors and external factors of the company.The SWOT matrix calculation results produce ten alternative strategies, namelyencouraging and providing halal certification facilities for sharia hotels, conductingassessment of facilities and infrastructure, halal tourism needs and other supportingelements in West Java, increasing the promotion of sharia tourism through various mediaand providing tourism information based on information technology that suits the needs of tourists, conducts an inventory of data in collaboration with the city or district government to hotels that implement the concept of sharia in West Java, develop uniqueness as excellence found in sharia hotels in West Java, Cooperate with various parties including the tourism ministry, the community and other stakeholders, equating the perception of the concept of sharia tourism between the government and business actors through halal tourism discussions and seminars, Developing various tourism products Halal with the aim of attracting tourists, conducting training and coaching Islamic tourism HR in accordance with the standards of the MUI, providing a place of worship complete with other worship facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study are expected to be a recommendation to the government of West Java Province and sharia hotels in the development of halal tourism in West Java.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis konsep produksi konvensional dalam pandangan John Maynard Keynes dan konsep produksi Islam dalam pandangan Yusuf Qardhawi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research yaitu lebih menitik beratkan pada pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dengan metode dokumentasi.Kegiatan produksi merupakan respon terhadap kegiatan konsumsi, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan memperoleh keuntungan maksimum. Proses produksi dalam literatur konvensional, hanya ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungannya maupun mengoptimalkan efisiensi produksinya, maka dalam ekonomi Islam tidak hanya demikian, akan tetapi adanya penekanan untuk memperhatikan kemungkinan munculnya dampak sosial-spiritual menjadi ciri khas yang cukup untuk membedakan keduanya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa John Maynard Keynes menyatakan proses produksi ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan laba tanpa memikirkan dampak spiritualnya, sedangkan Yusuf Qardhawi lebih menitik beratkan proses produksi pada nilai dan akhlaknya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah(alms)) fundraising through rural community activities. The research location is located inMergolangu village, Wonosobo District. This research uses an analytical descriptive approach ofqualitative and is equipped with relevant literature sources. Data analysis techniques using Milesand Huberman interactive model. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZISfundraising through community activities in Mergolangu Village is quite effective, this can happenbecause it still maintains the customs and traditions in the village that are always oriented to theharmony of citizens and local wisdom. So that the residents are still very enthusiastic in followingthe social activities in rural areas coupled with the activities of accumulating ZIS funds, althoughwith the nominal relatively not too much but because of the regular activities of the ZIS funds arealso collected a lot. The distribution system uses the principle of “from citizens, by citizens, and forcitizens” as a manifestation of the icon “gotong-royong” typical of Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui  saluran tataniaga nilam dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis saluran tataniaga nilam di Kabupaten Konawe dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam. Pada penelitian ini, responden petani diambil secara sengaja (purposive sampling), dipilih responden 15 %  dari jumlah populasi sehingga jumlah petani responden adalah 20 orang petani, sedangkan responden 2 orang penyuling dan 3 orang pedagang dilakukan berdasarkan teknik bola salju (snowball sampling). Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Proses saluran tataniaga nilam terdapat 2 jenis saluran tataniaga  yaitu : Pertama, Petani nilam menjual kepedagang pengumpul daun kemudian pengepul kePenyuling minyak nilam. Kedua, Petani daun nilam kering menjual langsung Penyuling minyak nilam. Berdasarkan analisis dari saluran tataniaga nilam di Kecamatan Anggaberi  Kabupaten Konawe tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam, baik dari produksi, harga, dan distribusinya karena dalam menjual hasil nilamnya ke pedagang pengumpul daun maupun langsung ke penyuling minyak nilan tidak ada unsur paksaan atau intimidasi. Untuk menegakkan prinsip tata niaga yang berdasarkan prinsip ekonomi Islam, maka praktek riba, gharar dan maisir harus dihilangkan. Ekonomi Islam dan ekonomi kerakyatan sesungguhnya mempunyai tujuan yang sama, yaitu kesejahteraan dan keadilan dalam ekonomi bagi semua orang. Sesungguhnya dapat dikatakan ekonomi Islam adalah ekonomi kerakyatan yang berjalan di atas norma-norma dan etika berlandaskan syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Religiosity on customer decisionsin choosing Islamic insurance at PT.Prudential Life Anssurance Branch of Gorontalo City, with asample size of 177 respondents using random sampling method. This study uses multiple regressionanalysis tool on primary data found that the factor of Product Quality have positive andsignificant influence to customer decision to choose sharia insurance and religiosity have positiveand significant influence to customer decision to choose sharia insurance.The result of hypothesis test simultaneously (Test F) from both independent variables withFhitung equal to 80,111 in area of Ho rejected. This means that simultaneously factor of productquality and religiosity have a positive and significant influence to the decision of customers tochoose sharia insurance in PT. Prudential Life Ansurance Branch of Gorontalo City.Determination coefficient value of both independent variables obtained results of 0.479, it meansthat the Effect of Product Quality and Religiosity on customer decisions in choosing shariainsurance in PT.Prudential Life Anssurance Branch of Gorontalo City of 47.9% and the rest of52.1% influenced by other variables Which were not included in this study. Other variables may bepresent in marketing mix such as: promotion, people, place, process, and physical evidence.

Abstract

تجریدالبحث ھدف ھذا البحث إلى تحلیل العوامل المؤثرة في تفضیلات العملاء المدخرین لاستخدام الإنتاجات التي قدمھا بنك المعاملات الإندونیسي بغورونتالو، والبیانات المحلولة خلال ھذا البحث ھي البیانات الرئیسیة حیث اختار الباحث في بحثھ مائة مستجوب بتوزیع استبانات على جمیع عملاء ھذا البنك، ولحل البیانات المجموعة استعان الباحث بتحلیل العوامل. . وأما لتنظیمھا، فاستعان بالبرنامج المسمى بالحزمة الإحصائیة للعلوم الاجتماعیة للنسخة 20 ودلت نتائج البحث على أن ھناك سبعة عوامل یؤثر كل منھا في تفضیلات العملاء لاستھلاك إنتاجات بنك المعاملات الإندونیسي بغورونتالو، والعوامل السبعة ھي: عامل الشریعة، وعامل العلامة الإنتاجیة والإدارة، وعامل التسھیلات، وعامل الخدمة، وعامل الموضع، وعامل الاجتماع، وعامل الإنتاج. وانطلاقا من نتائج البحث، تم العثور على أن عامل الخدمة ھو أبرز ھذه العوامل السبعة جمیعا في تفضیلات العملاء المدخرین لاستھلاك إنتاجات بنك المعاملات بغورونتالو. وھذا العامل یتكون من خمسة متغیرات، وھي: سرعة الخدمة، والتواضع، والتھیؤ والإرضاء، والصبر الفائق من قبل الموظفین عند قیامھم بخدمة العملاء، وأن بنك المعاملات الموجود في غورونتالو یعتبر ذا سمعة عالیة بقیاس غیره من البنوك الشرعیة الموجودة بإندونیسیا جمیعا، وكما تم العثور على أن عامل الشریعة أیضا قد لا یقل تأثیرا في ترغیب العملاء المدخرین لعقد صفقاتھم عند ھذا البنك. الكلمة المفتاحیة: تحلیل التفضیلات، العملاء المدخرون.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know : (1) The feasibility of red chili pepper in Duriasi village of Konawe regency, and (2) Economic review of Islam to the feasibility of red chili pepper in Duriasi village Konawe regency. The method of determining the sample is purposive. Sampling in this research is conducted by census that is take all population of red chili pepper farmer so that total of respondent is 20 respondents. Result of research concluded that : (1) Based on analysis result obtained R/C equal to 3,06. The value of R/C > 1, this means that in the red chili pepper plant undertaken by farmer of respondents in the village Duriasi subdistrict Wonggeduku is efficient or feasible to cultivate and every one rupiah issued will generate revenue of 3,06 rupiah. (2) According to the Islamic economic review of the feasibility of red chili pepper business is accordance with Islamic ekonomic principles because it can realize the level of welfare and increase the level of economic income of family members, especially farmers.

Abstract

Islamic financial products have quite different characteristic compare to conventional financial products, especially related to fundamental principle. Islamic finance should implement sharia law which consider Islamic rule in Quran and Hadist. The rise of Indonesian millennial awareness in Islamic products impact on how firms conduct their business, especially related to financial products because they are relatively complex. This paper attempts to provide an understanding related to millennial consideration in Islamic financial products which examine several aspects, such as Islamic financial literacy, Islamic lifestyle, perceive risk, and social influence. Smart PLS is used to analyze 600 data in order to provide statistical result. Purposive sampling is a technique that this paper used to classified research data. The finding indicates that all variables have strong relationship to determine Islamic financial products decision making. Most variables impact millennial behavior in using financial products, except perceive risk and social influence. The result of this study also provides practical implication for Islamic finance institution, government, academic, and business owner.

Abstract

This study examined the role of student cooperatives in improving member welfare and its implications on the economic resilience of members, by taking the object of research in Student Cooperation UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Student Cooperative "Kopma of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University" in improving the welfare of Student Cooperative Members "Kopma of Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University" and it was implications for the Economic Resilience Member. To measure the indicators of economic resilience of members of student cooperatives in Student Cooperation UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta used some indicators that are, 1) the income of entrepreneur members of the cooperative, 2) the fulfillment of basic needs. Some things which is done by student cooperatives in order to realize the economic resilience of members, 1) increasing the welfare of members of student cooperatives and 2) fulfillment of life needs through the business developed. However, there were still obstacles caused by members.This was due to loyalty and double roles by members in following cooperative activities.

Abstract

Abstract Changes in the exchange rate is an important issue because the exchange rate is always changing and is not permanent. In economic theory, reduced and increased the amount of money for a person if pursued in a fair, because money can not develop with itself without any work done. In the Islamic economic system of currency exchange is still controversy in the changes resulting from the exchange rate outstanding. As well as with the existing implications of changes in the excange rate, which is an important Islamic economic discourse, so it should be in revisit the principles according to Islamic economic perspective. Based on the results of studies describing the discussion of this literature study/library, showed that : (1) exchange rate in Islamic economics is part of a transaction that mubah or allowed. Currency exchange either from the same country as well as an other countries must meet the requirements that exist in Islamic economics, (2) the implications of changes in currency exchange rates not only impact on the level of domestic goods but also affecting the price of the currency a country, so that deflation and inflation can not be avoided. The implication of changes in the exchange rate of the most looked for our nation that the currency crisis that hit Indonesia and other countries in Asia. The economy collapsed due to changing currency values, resulting in rising prices of goods,both domestic and non domestic high, and (3) in the economic system of Islam, the concept of time value of money is not there. There is the concept of economic value of time. The future which has a value of economic, not money that has economic value. That if the time to good use, efficient and efectif, because increasing and decreasing the value of money if pursued with those efforts. Keywords: Change, exchange rate, and Islamic economic.
