Abstract

The emergence of new technology (printing) that can change the way batik is made, make batik craftsmen experience a shift. This is a problem because of the difficulty in marketing batik as traditional clothing. In the midst of this difficulty, batik craftsmen must survive because with the assumption that batik is a cultural heritage. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a feasibility analysis in order to avoid losses. This study aims to see the feasibility of batik business from the financial aspect. This research was conducted on Batik New Collet in Jati Pelem Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency, with purposive sampling method as the method of selecting the research site. This research was conducted in March 2021 until it was completed. Data collection techniques in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of research on Batik New Collet for the last five years are; NPV of Rp. 913,104,722, IRR of 14.07%, Net B/C of 1.80 and R/C of 4.07. Based on the results of the research, the Batik New Collet business can be said to be feasible.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja suatu perusahaan. Perusahaan dituntut mengelola sumber daya manusia secara maksimal untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu tolak ukur untuk menilai kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Romi Voleta Sidoarjo. (2) Pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. (3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawwan PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. (4) Pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 135 orang karyawan PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel motivasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Romi  Violeta Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to Examine and analyze the factors that influence village officials’ tendency to commit fraud in village funds managenment. This study used the village apparatus in Lamongan Regency as respondents. It analyzed one hundred twelve questionnaires for hypothesis testing. In this study, the independent variables were the effectiveness of internal control, information asymmetry, organizational commitment, the suitability of compensation, and individual morality, and fraud as the dependent variable. This study applied multiple linear regression analysistools for hypothesis testing. The results indicated that the information asymmetry had a significant positive effect and negativly impacted accounting fraud in village funds management. Furthermore, The organizational commitment, the suitabiity of compensation, and internal control had no effect on accounting fraud in village funds management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efek dari capital adequacy ratio, BI7DRR , dan inflasi terhadap Penyaluran Kredit UMKM pada Kelompok Bank di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data yang bersumber dari BPS, BI dan OJK. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan studi terutama penyaluran kredit UMKM. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah kelompok Bank di Indonesia. Analisis regresi dilakukan untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian kuantitatif ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa variabel capital adequacy ratio, BI7DRR , dan inflasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada penyaluran kredit di UMKM. Dan secara parsial, capital adequacy ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM. Sedangkan BI7DRR dan Inflasi memiliki pengaruh negative pada penyaluran kredit UMKM pada Kelompok Bank di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to examine market reaction to the announcement of female CEOs appointment at companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period 2010-2018. The first test uses event study analysis through t-tests using the one-sample t-test method. It was found that the market reacts negatively to the announcement of the appointment of a female CEO. Moreover, further tests are carried out to determine the factors which influenced the negative reactions, such as the characteristics of the female CEOs themselves coupled with the characteristics of the company as the control variable. The results of the regression analysis show that the characteristics of female CEOs in the form of family relations with the board of commissioners have a negative effect on market reaction. While other characteristics such as age and education of the female CEOs do not affect the market reaction. Other additional information shows that company size also has a negative effect to market reaction. Things that need to be considered by companies when they want to appoint a woman as CEO is if the candidate for CEO has a family relationship with the board of commissioners. The size of the company also needs to be considered. The bigger the size of the company, the presence of a female CEO is also increasingly in doubt because it is considered to interfere with the company's existing operations and strategy.

Abstract

One way for marketers to build Consumer-brand relationship is by creating brand accounts in social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. In addition, many brands are using social media to build a relationship through interaction with Consumers but have not made the best use of social media, ranging from how to make a brandpost according to the needs of Consumers that will generate a positive response from Consumers to the liveliness of the brands in providing response of the comments made by the Consumer. The data was obtained from brandposts on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The total of the brandposts are 2040 of 10 goods and services brands in Indonesia. Results show that brands are tend to post more informational brandposts than entertainment brandposts in building Consumer brand relationship. There is a difference between the forms of interactivity brandpost and the number of  Consumer’s response and also a difference between informational and entertainment brandposts content to the Consumer’s comments/replies. Goods and services brand products also have some differences in building relationship with Consumers through social media. But unfortunately the brands are less responsive in answering Consumer’s comments. From 32.939 Consumer’s comments/replies, there are only 1.646 comments which are replied by the brands.

Abstract

CSR atau Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan suatu pertanggungjawaban sosial suatu entitas kepada pihak lain. Dimana hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan citra dari entitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Baitul Maal Wat-Tamwil (BMT) Darussalam Wates. Metode kualitatif diskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana peneliti melakukan wawancara secara mendalam baik kepada karyawan BMT maupun kepada masyarakat sekitar BMT, kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari hasil wawancara tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa BMT telah melaksanakan CSR yaitu dengan memberikan sedekah atau bantuan untuk mendirikan masjid di dekat BMT sehingga bisa digunakan oleh karyawan BMT untuk beribadah serta masyarakat sekitar BMT. Bentuk CSR lainnya yaitu berupa santunan anak yatim piatu, kaum duafa serta melakukan tasarufan apabila ada warga sekitar BMT yang meninggal. Dana yang digunakan untuk CSR BMT diambilkan dari uang wakaf dari transaksi murabahah di BMT.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decrease in targets and realization in 2019 at PT. Bitratex Industries Semarang. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence employee performance. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. Analysis tool with multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t, F and coefficient of determination) and model accuracy test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation and supervision where the better the employee's performance will increase. For the work environment is well formed then it has no effect on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.616 means that individual characteristics, organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, supervision and work environment can affect employee performance by 61.6% and the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of companies using corporate social responsibility as a marketing strategy by involving the dimensions of business ethics and social impact around them to form a good image for the company. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate image. This study uses a case study of PT Unilever Indonesia's corporate social responsibility collaboration with the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Spektra Surabaya in the form of the Gerakan Sikat Gigi Pagi Malam in ten sub-districts in Nganjuk Regency in mid 2010-2011. This study uses Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) model as the analysis framework which consists of Community Support (X1), Diversity (X2), Employee Support (X3), Environment (X4), Non-US Operations / Not Only Operate in the Country of Origin (X5), and Products (X6) either jointly or partially on the company's image, as well as knowing which variables have dominant influence on the company's image. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research and the research method used is quantitative with the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique.
